Avoidance Tactics

It's been about thirty minutes Bastian waited for Amanda in the main lobby of the Opportunity Group building. But during that time, he had not seen any signs of his wife coming. All that seemed to be just a few other employees, slowly started to leave that magnificent building.

Bastian chooses to wait a little while longer, maybe Amanda still has an unsolved job.

Her phone rang, it looked like Amanda was calling.

"Hallo Manda where you are, I'm in the main lobby yes" said Bastian

"Bas, you go to the western lobby. There were some work files I had to deliver to the development department. Then I saw the elevator, I just went in, and I finally got to the western lobby" Amanda said

"It's okay to come here?" said hesitating

"It's okay, I'll be there soon" Bastian said

As soon as the call was cut off, Bastian immediately headed to the western lobby, where Amanda was waiting for him. He did not want to make his wife wait too long.

"Would you like to have dinner outside, or just in the apartment?" bastian asked his wife while remaining focused on driving.

Amanda thought for a moment, not responding directly to her husband's words. For a long time they did not enjoy time outside the house. Even every weekend, never minded both to get out of the house. Amanda also misses restaurant food, she is tired of her own cooking.

The day had begun at night, but Def was still faithfully waiting for Amanda in the main lobby. Now time has shown at seven o'clock in the evening. It was about two hours he waited. But all that time, Amanda didn't come.

The receptionist who was on duty is now not in his place, maybe he has gone home. Security who was on guard, now has changed shifts with different people. Found himself like a fool, waiting for someone who could not be sure of his arrival at all.
