Controlling Status

Bastian and Amanda's relationship from day one is getting better. Amanda had already solidified her heart, to start things off right. Although the two have not loved each other, but it seems that both are trying to do their responsibilities well.

Today is the weekend, Amanda and Bastian choose to stay home. Spend some time in each room. Suddenly their apartment bell rang. Bastian and Amanda simultaneously stepped out of their rooms each about to open the door.

"Well, you want to open the door too. Yes you have," said Amanda relented.

He chose to sit back on their living room couch.

Bastianpun opened the door, appearing to be a young man of his age. The man was quite handsome, tall and white. Bastian can conclude this man, not a man from the ordinary community. Thinking for a moment, guessing what the purpose of the man's arrival was.

Bastian doesn't know the guy at all. Then who's he looking for? His wife? No way, his wife is just an ordinary girl. Wait a minute, but his wife is beautiful, so he may be looking for his wife. Aaah is impossible, Bastian has to make sure who the man is.

"Sorry, who are you looking for?" ask Bastian

"Well, I'm Billy, Amanda's friend" Billy said.

Bastian was quite surprised to hear the man's words, he's Amanda's friend? Since when did his wife whom he knew the introverted girl have friends, and it was a boy anyway. He bought it with the arrival of his wife.

"Who's the bus coming?" said Amanda while touching her husband's shoulder. He was not aware of Billy's existence

"Hallo Amanda, it's me Billy" said Billy, greeting Amanda who was unaware of his whereabouts

"Hallo Billy, I'm sorry I didn't know it was you. You're so different from this casual look" Amanda laughed

"Well, Manda. Do I look handsome?" joking

"Yes it seems so Bil. Come in Billy, it's not good to receive guests outside," Amanda asked later

"Bas, know this Billy is my friend," said Amanda introduced Billy.

Bastian could not hide his surprise. Amanda introduced herself as her cousin, not her husband. It doesn't matter, after all, at the beginning of the marriage, they're not okay either. But now that they are different, they are close enough. They have become good husband and wife. Why would Amanda keep quiet, and not intend to clear up the misunderstanding.

"Aaah yes Bil, this is my cousin Bastian who I told you about back then. He just came home from abroad, there is a project he wants to work on. It's a bus" Amanda said, looking forward to anxiety.

He stared intently at Bastian's eyes, as if begging the man to say his word. But it seems Bastian disagrees with that. He pulls Amanda's hand, takes her away from the living room

"Billy for a second, there's something I want to talk to Bastian about" Amanda said, asking for permission to keep Billy unsuspecting

"Manda, what do you mean? I'm your husband, not your cousin" Bastian said angrily

"I'm sorry, Bas, but all my friends no one knows that I'm married. If I introduce you as my husband, I'm afraid they're thinking shit about me Bas"

"After our marriage no one knows. I don't want to defame your family" Amanda said casually

"Amanda, we promised to start everything right. Regardless of the reason we got married, I accept you for who you are. But why don't you acknowledge me as your husband. I don't think about you,"

"Bas, why would it be me you blame. Didn't you yourself first want our marriage to be a secret"

"I've done it Bas, I've followed all your wills by not calling us married,"

"I'm disappointed with you Manda, I think with everything I've done, you've been able to accept me"

"I think with us starting everything right, our relationship is getting better. It turns out you never understood me one bit,"

"Bas, Bastian, what do you mean?" ask Amanda not to understand. He then chases after Bastian, who walks towards the living room.
