BRIPDA MAHMUD'S 30-DAY GIRLFRIEND

BRIPDA MAHMUD'S 30-DAY GIRLFRIEND
Chapter 56. At night

After dinner, they gathered at the princess dormitory, together opened the durian fruit. Ezra and his friends put up a tarp for the tent. Mahmud, Andi, Yos, and others made some stonemasonry. Maya and Santi go to the kitchen to borrow some large fried pots, a long spatula of wood, and some other cooking utensils.

Dinda, Ana helped the others, handing out durian fruit to the neighbors of the dormitories around them.

After carrying out their respective duties, they regrouped and sat under the tent. Some have already lit the furnace fire, which the wood took from the kitchen. The peeled durian is separated from the seeds.

Seeing such a scene made Dinda remember in her village when there are neighbors who have a wedding celebration, they will gather neighbors and all relatives to help make dodol.

"Hey, Din. Howling!" Snapped Ana while patting Dinda's shoulder from the side.

"Eh, Miss Ana just!" Dinda who was sitting on the mat turned to Ana who was standing next to her.

"It's a woman's business" Haris brought a basin full of durian fruit to Dinda and Ana's place. Durian fruit that has just been removed from the skin.

"Take out the seeds." Haris.

Dinda and Ana worked on it.

The fire was well lit. Andi poured the durian fruit into the pot. They alternate stirring.

"When do we practice?" Ask Haris.

"Ris, you guys practice here, you can, '" said Ana.

"We did not practice long, though. How about we stay a while? Finished training we come back here again, "Ezra asked and asked for their consent, with his thick accent.

"OKAY. So we can take turns!" Mahmud Sahut.

The group's vocal members left the venue, including Dinda. Under the tent feels lonely, because it is reduced by half the personnel.

"What song are they singing?" Ask Andi.

"Not knowing uh. I've never heard them rehearsal." Said Ana while putting firewood into the furnace.

"You Na, sing what?"

"I, haaa.. haaa. I don't sing, fake voices." Ana replied with a laugh, with one of her hands covering her mouth.

"If Ana's job is to be a consumption sexy, Mr. Andi," said Maya.

"Pantesan," Andi glanced at Ana while stirring the dodol.

"Plancessor? So, why the pants, why?" Ana also came closer to the furnace and stirred the dodol.

"Your body is not high. But stretch." Andi spread out both her hands.

"Oi, insolent to say my body is stretched!" Ana brandished the spatula she held towards Andi. He does not accept being said to be stretchy, fat, or fat.

Andi who had previously dodged, could laugh.

"Haaa..y.haaa..haaa...!" Others just listen to their debates and get busy with each other.

An hour later Dinda, Ezra, Haris and friends came out of the meeting room. They had finished training and determined what clothes to wear at the event tomorrow.

"Ting. ting.. jreeenggg...!" jreeengg…!" The sound of music from the multipurpose building had been heard since earlier. Duki is one of the band members, finished peeling the durian earlier, he immediately went to the building. He was with the band members, in addition to music rehearsals also decorate the stage.

"Din, to the building, yuk!" Bring Ana.

Actually this is the last day of Dinda and Mahmud's singing practice. Since returning from group vocal training he had not seen Mahmud there.

"Yes, Din. It's just left. Let me, Maya same these guys who continue!" Santi. Now Ezra, Haris and friends take turns stirring the dodol.

"okay, deh. I'm staying, yeah!" Pamit Dinda after considering Santi's words.

Arriving at the building, there are already many people who queue up to practice. Mahmud was also in line. After Hadi finished the song, Mahmud invited Dinda to the stage. Mahmud climbed up first, then stretched out his hand to help Dinda up. Dinda received the hand, though,

"Thank you" said Dinda.

"Ready? Mahmud asked as he looked at Dinda softly.

Dinda nodded her head in response. They're holding the mix.

"Na na na na na na na na na na naaaa na na naa …,"

The music tones correspond to the lyrics of the song that Mahmud and Dinda sang.

"For whom I was born ...," Dinda's voice began to sound.

Hearing that familiar voice, Ezra stood up from his place. He walked out of the place making dodol. He headed to the building wanting to see Dinda rehearsing a duet with Mahmud.

There was a burning surge in his heart seeing Dinda seem close to Mahmud.

"Are they really related?" Ask Ezra in my heart. Why did his heart ache to see Dinda standing on stage with others, he saw Mahmud looking at Dinda with eyes that had a different meaning.

Ezra sat on the back of the visitor bench, with both hands crossed in front of his chest, watching Dinda and Mahmud practice singing on stage. Until they finish and get off the stage. When he came down, Dinda received a helping hand from Mahmud.

"Waow! You came into contact with him! With me, you're keeping boundaries!" Ezra's cry in the heart.

Ezra moved out of the building, into his dorm. He sat on a bench under a tree that grew in front of the dormitory. Sitting alone in the dark. His mind was troubled to see the woman he liked along with other men. But what can be done, he just likes in silence. He did not dare to express his feelings to Dinda.

Ezra got up from his seat. Walking with wide steps towards the stall at the end of the road there, not long. After removing the money sheet he returned to his original place. Before he sat down he lit a cigarette he had just bought. Sitting alone in silence, while continuing to smoke his cigarette. The sound of music from the building was no longer heard. He was busy with his dreams.

Dinda's been coming back to the dorm since she got off the stage. Once there, the dodol is almost ripe. After it matures and starts to cool, Dinda distributes it to those who help cultivate.

"Sir Ezra, where is he?" Ask Dinda in my heart. He realized that Ezra was not there. He set aside the dodol part of Ezra.

"Who is that for, Din?" Ask Ana.

"Here, make Brother Ezra, Ma'am,"

"Emm, yes. He was here, out of it, like he was in a hurry to leave, didn't know where." Sahut Ana's.

"Yes, Din, it's night, sleep, yuk!" The clock has shown twelve o'clock late. Ana gets on her bed. Dinda keeps the dodol on the nightstand. He follows Ana up to the bed.

The exhausted Ana immediately fell asleep. Unlike Dinda, he was tired, but his eyes did not want to be closed, did not know why, his mind was not calm, he also did not know what the cause.
