"Pak Udin, yesterday after the inauguration, will eat. Somebody ate that bribe, you know." Said Mr. Hadi while walking towards the sofa opposite Dinda sitting.
"Is she?" Said Mr. Udin while walking closer to Mr. Hadi who was still standing behind the sofa.
Dinda heard their conversation, but she looked down at the newspaper. Pretend not to hear, because he knows who is the object of their conversation.
"Who, Mr Hadi?" Ask Mr. Udin while sitting on the single sofa.
"The assistant is Mr. Udin, tuh," said Mr. Hadi.
"Dinda is pretending not to hear anymore" continued Mr. Hadi.
"Is it really Din? Is it already?" Kepo Pak Udin while taking another newspaper.
"What the hell Sir? What's that?" Dinda by putting his newspaper on the table, and look to Pak Hadi and Pak Udin who like to disturb and petty it at a glance.
"Alaaahh, why the hell, if dating commander Mahmud. If you look at the two of you, too. Isn't that Mr Udin?"
"Yes, matching. Agree." Mr. Udin said with a smile.
"Anu, Mr. Udin, just get ready for the invitation. You see, I heard that Dinda doesn't want to date,"
"Ow ask the fiancee directly or to the guarantee. Good tuh. Agree," said Mr. Udin.
"What the hell is this father?" Dinda started to pout.
"Lha, commander Mahmud himself who said so," said Mr. Hadi while holding a smile, because he had succeeded in pranking Dinda to a frown and upset. Mr. Hadi walked towards the door and stood there facing out.
"Commander Mahmud said what, Mr Hadi?" Ask Mr. Udin kepo.
Dinda watched the two men take turns.
"Say gini," Mr. Hadi walked back to where he was standing.
"Oh Mr. Hadi, want to shoot his hard for mercy. Keep saying, have you tried, Ndan? And then commander Mahmud said his son didn't want to date, sir. His request was immediately applied. I see." Mr. Hadi explained at length.
"Sir, it's already. Don't talk weird, deh. Mahmud has a wife and children." Dinda Sahut.
"Who said?" Ask Mr. Hadi.
"Yes said Mr. Mahmud himself. He was betrothed to his son-in-law. He said they were not in love at first. But if you have children now, it means love each other. Yeah no?" Dinda explained.
"Cooking, anyway?" Ask Mr. Udin.
"But the guy likes you so much, Din." Connect Mr. Udin.
"No. Lying that. Mahmud is not married." Mr. Hadi insisted.
"Your own man, by the way, is married." Dinda did not lose. He immediately stood up leaving the two men.
If in their spare time they often like to joke, make fun for entertainment so as not to tense up. Unlike when working, it must be serious.
The wall clock shows twelve o'clock. Rest time.
"Din, let's take a break!" Take Mr. Hadi who has walked with Mr. Udin to the exit.
"Yes, sir." Dinda answered, turning off her computer. Then get out of the office.
Arriving at the office yard met Anu who was walking from the direction of the kitchen behind the office.
"Yes!" Calling Anu made Dinda turn her head and stop.
"Hi, Nu!"
Then they walked together.
"And, having this greeting," Anu turned to Dinda.
"Greetings? From?"
"Just to the office,"
"Many of you went to the office."
"Just what a special thing!"
"Who?"
They both kept walking.
*
After the shower, Mahmud sat in the post with Andi and two security guards.
Andi looked at the clock on the wall.
"I've got my stomach pressed, it's lunchtime. Come on, Ndan, we'll eat!" Andi turned to Mahmud and the two guards.
"Yes, Ndan, please eat. Let us take turns guard here." Said one of the guards.
Mahmud and Andi got out of the chair.
"Then I go to the kitchen first, sir." Pamit Mahmoud's.
Mahmud and Andi walk already in front of the clinic, they stop after looking at the office he saw Dinda walking together with Anu.
*
Back to Dinda and Anu.
They both kept walking.
"And look in front of the clinic!"
"Why?" Ask Dinda who is still walking while looking down, because the road is down, fearing if not careful can slip.
Then raised his face and looked straight ahead to where Anu pointed.
"Oh, Mr. Mahmud and Mr. Andi." Mumbled Dinda quietly.
"Yes. Waiting for more, huh!" Sahut Anu's.
"Ah, I know you, Nu!"
"I don't believe it."
Soon Anu and Dinda arrive in front of the clinic. There still stands Mahmud and Andi also Mantri Yos.
"Bareng yuk to the kitchen!" Bring Anu.
Mahmud stood still as he watched Dinda.
"Wait for you again." The Sahut Mantri Yos.
Then they walked along the street.
"Mbak Din, try eating in front." Take Mahmud to Dinda to eat in the front room while in the kitchen.
"Not ordinary, sir. It's common to eat in the back kitchen." Dinda looked at Anu.
"But I've seen eating up front?"
"Yes, unless there's a guest,"
"We're guests too, ma'am?" Mahmud's trick question made Dinda not answer.
Finally they arrived in front of the kitchen.
Anu had entered first through the back door. Dinda will follow but, but Dinda's arm has been banned first Mahmud to be invited to enter through the front door.
"What the hell, sir!"
"God! Don't protest!" Mahmud placed his index finger in front of his mouth.
Dinda could not resist and followed Mahmud.
Inside there are many staff employees who first eat and almost meet the dining table there.
Mahmud took off his check on Dinda's arm to retrieve the plate and its contents. This is Dinda's chance to get away from Mahmud and run backwards.
Many eyes looked at him as Dinda walked in through the front door, as she was not usually. On the front is only often used a place to eat for men. Women are more comfortable in the back. There are no rules like that actually, but because it is used to it and becomes comfortable so.
Dinda quickly picked up the plate behind and took the contents. Then find an empty seat. Without realizing it, Mahmud followed him and ate with Dinda.
"Mr Mahmud!"
"I want to eat together!"
Dinda continued to scoop up her food.
Same with Mahmud.
There was no meaningful conversation, they ate silently, only occasionally they were fixated with eyes that were mutually vibrating and incomprehensible.
Mahmud finished his meal first. Then stand up to get some drinking water, all of you take a drink for Dinda.
"It's your drink!"
Dinda who had just finished her meal was shocked and looked up at Mahmud.
"Not turned back, sir. I should have served you as a guest, but thank you for taking it,"
Dinda took the water and drank it.
"No! I'm serving my girlfriend!"
"Huk.. huk…!" Dinda choked on her drink.
Mahmud looked panicked. But not for long Dinda's cough subsided to let out tears because of the choking earlier.
"Mom, no papa, right?" Mahmud asked in panic.
"No papa." Dinda answered, wiping her tears with a tissue.
