"Where are you going, Mom?" zahra asked pulling the arm of Aidin who was already in the doorway of the room.
A few hours ago the man had just set foot in the house, but had now left again for no apparent reason.
"It's none of your business." Aidin brushed off Zahra's hand until it snapped.
"But I'm your wife, and I deserve to know where you're going and what you're doing outside?" Zahra spoke in a soft tone. She did not want to offend her husband. Especially if it hurts the man.
Aidin pursed his lips, looking at Zahra cynically." How many times have I told you not to interfere in my business." Pointing at Zahra's face with her index finger.
Just a few steps, Aidin stopped his swinging leg. Put both hands in her pants pocket. "I'm going out of town, maybe it'll be a little while" he said without staring.
"The shopping money this month is running out." Zahra said doubtfully.
"You can work, don't get spoiled. What was your life before was fulfilled, was not it. Even your own father never cared about you. You're not a respectable person, but just a child that your family doesn't want, so be self-aware."
Continuing his steps until it disappeared along with the tightly closed front door.
Zahra leaned her back against the wall and closed her eyes. Again his heart felt sore to hear Aidin's teasing, but he could not do anything because it was all a fact.
When do you have time for me. It's been almost a year since we got married, but you never thought I existed and attached much importance to work. Even you rarely give me a living.
Zahra Adinata, a 19-year-old girl who is beautiful and has a closed personality, always soft-spoken, accepted the proposal of Aidin Adijaya, a 27-year-old man. They met through Sosmed. In order to avoid his match with Azka, Zahra continued his relationship with Aidin to a more serious level, fearing slander. Besides being handsome, Aidin also has a capable job, being the main director in his own papa company, and that is what makes Zahra like the man.
The three-month introduction made Zahra sure that Aidin was her match. He decided to choose Aidin and leave his house like hell. Every day Zahra always received torture from her stepmother, as well as insults from her stepbrother who considered her a pimp's son.
Zahra's real mother works at nightclubs, and it's always been the gun of people to take her down.
Zahra thought that marrying Aidin would lead to a brighter new life. But he was wrong, precisely his days were only friends with loneliness, because Aidin rarely stay at home.
Her overworked work often neglects her, even Zahra sometimes feels bored because of her husband's indifferent attitude.
Three months passed
Zahra circled the numbers on her room calendar. Today it is even three months that Aidin left home. The man only told Zahra once. It was also through a short message.
Zahra grabbed the bag on the nightstand and tidied up her appearance. Staring at his face from the mirror.
"I have to get through this, I can't go home."
Still lamenting the fate that befell him.
After a month of Aidin's departure, he decided to work in a restaurant to fulfill his daily life. There is no place to complain, let alone lean. Since marriage, her father never contacted her, while Zahra was reluctant to meet with her birth mother.
A family complete with abundant wealth, but Zahra is like living a kara. No one cared about her, including her husband.
The hand of the beautiful woman created a smile on Zahra's lips. Only he is capable of giving color to Zahra's life at the moment.
"Good morning, Ra," she hugged Zahra who had just opened the front door.
"August, Ki. How still quiet." Zahra circulated her gaze on every empty seat that had been neatly arranged.
"You left too early" Kirana said, wiping the glass.
Zahra shook her head without a sound.
"Why do you have a husband if you never go home, you don't suspect? Don't __"
"Don't-don't what? It is impossible for Aidin to cheat. He is good, only his attitude is indifferent. After all as the main director it is not easy, and I do not want the position to fall into the hands of others," said Zahra as Aidin said to him.
"If I were you, I'd go to college. Let's get a better job."
Kirana follows Zahra's steps towards the dressing room. Help Zahra to prepare her work tools.
Zahra smiled, not even in her mind to think broadly. His depressed life made his thoughts unable to reach what Kirana was thinking.
"You know my family, right? Dad hates me so much, and mom, he prefers his job to mine. I'm an unwanted child to both of my parents, and I just want to improve my life, be a good wife to mas Aidin, and that's enough. If I have to work now, it does not mean that Aidin did not give me money. I just don't want to be a burden to her."
Zahra grabbed the broom in Kirana's hand.
"Patience, Za. I'm sure Aidin's a good guy."
After Kirana's back passed, Zahra's tears were shed. He cannot contain the tears that accumulate in the fertilizer.
I don't know how long I'm going to survive this, but I'm going to try to melt Aidin's heart.
Almost out, Zahra's phone rings. He immediately picked it up and pulled the green badge when he saw the name flashing on the screen.
"Hello Mas" Zahra said in a soft voice.
The sound of female laughter was able to dim Zahra's almost fluffy smile.
"Today I'm home, you prepare food for me."
"Okay, Mas" Zahra replied briefly.
"Who's that, Mom?" asked Zahra then, she could not bear the anxiety that surrounded her at this moment.
"Nobody, you don't think shit. He's my client."
Connection interrupted. Zahra's chest was tight, she brushed off all negative feelings and kept believing in Aidin.
Across there
Aidin unceasingly kissed the cheeks of the beautiful woman sitting on his lap. She is Amera, Aidin's first girlfriend.
"Is your wife not suspicious?" tanya Amera while caressing Aidin's cheeks.
"He won't be suspicious, you take it easy" he said, leaning his head against the woman's chest. It was as if it was the safest place for him.
The woman cupped both of Aidin's cheeks and stared fixedly at his bead.
"I'm sorry, if I had agreed to get married at that time, you wouldn't have forced you to marry another woman. And you didn't choose Zahra."
Aidin only responded with a smile. He did not blame Amera, but also could not take for granted the presence of Zahra who was only a wife on paper.
