The story of Lisa END

Happy reading ...

Dave POV's.

The more days I don't understand his attitude. Again he looked relaxed after killing someone, just like many years ago this attitude just appeared. Not controlled.

Dana is like a psychopath but still has feelings for the opposite sex, doesn't a psychopath have no heart? All I know is that psychopaths cannot be controlled, but why does he always obey my rules secretly? These questions always come up, but I always quickly don't care.

I forgot about the important question I wanted to ask him. I should have asked about Lisa. Was he really yesterday morning at Lisa's college and with Lisa? What is their relationship?

I immediately stopped my breakfast because it was no longer tasteful, then took a flat object that had been on the dining table and next to my dinner plate.

Pressing a series of numbers that I call almost every day. “Hallo, Leo? Where?”

Leo said that he was in the office this morning to prepare some of the meeting documents needed by Dana later in the day.

“Oh okay, later I will go to the office. For last night's business, can you—”

I didn't finish saying my words, but Leo already said he would promise to keep everything a secret. Because last night, we didn't touch Tasha at all. Leo and I just cleaned up all the fingerprints in the house. And hopefully no one gets missed one bit.

“Thank you, Leo.”

Not long after I saw Dana back passing away, then I intend to follow her this time, who knows she's returning to deliver Lisa. I just want to make sure with my own eyes.

At moderate speed, Dana's car drove on the main road track, just a few cars ahead of me. Then he took the road to the office. I immediately called Leo to keep an eye on Dana later after she left the office. I drove back to my apartment.

I haven't been to that apartment in almost a year. Aside from the accident and recovery process I went through, I felt that place left too many memories of me with Lisa. Makes this heart ache if it recalls its attitude last time to me.

But that's why I became what I am now, stronger than ever even because he was the one I was excited to be able to walk again. He was the one who made my life purpose clear and maybe it was time I went back to see him.

I had enough time for him to think clearly. And hopefully, what I saw a few days ago was just my hallucinations. It felt impossible if he was with Dana.

I turned the steering wheel into the basement of my apartment and was surprised to see the Marcerdas-Benz I had given Lisa, parked there. Immediately I parked my car next to it, then went out to check it out.

Right, this is indeed the car that I gave Lisa and then I also saw some boxes of boxes in it, right above the rear passenger seat. But this car looks dusty, so thick.

“Welcome, Sir,” greet a young man who looks like a new guard in this apartment building. Well, it was visible from the uniform she was wearing and she didn't mention my name.

“Oh yes, em, is the owner of this car in my room?” ask her. His face looked confused as I asked that. “Have forgotten it. Let me look into my room directly.”

I walked inside through the lobby and I don't know why this time I used the elevator in the lobby, but usually I always use the elevator on the basement.

“Mr Winston, wait!!” exclaimed a woman who made me look over and it turns out she was one of the employees at the reception. I missed the elevator door that was already open because I saw the clerk running over to me.

“Sorry, Sir, I'm not polite. Shouldn't I shout calling Mr.” he said politely while bowing his face.

Then the woman handed me a key and said, “A year ago Miss Lisa came here and left this key on us.”

I was surprised to see the key which was the car key in the basement parking lot. Soon I took the key and went back to the basement and opened the back door. Check the contents of the box. One by one I opened it and found all the stuff I had given Lisa back to me in this box.

I'm screwed, my feelings right now. Confused, angry, annoyed and afraid mixed into a unity within me at this moment. I closed the door and got into my car. Left all the boxes and started the car engine to get out of my apartment and into Lisa's apartment.

Again I stepped on the gas pedal of the car until it ran out and darted away. I don't care anymore about the condition of my feet that have just healed completely, since yesterday. I really didn't expect Lisa to let go of everything. True my guess about the credit card I once gave him, he never used it again and returned everything in such a way, just right.

Arriving in the basement of her apartment building, I immediately entered the elevator and headed to her room. Until I finally hit the door again, exactly the same as a year ago.

I wish he was inside and out. “Lisa!! Lisa! Open .. It's me, Dave!! Open Lisa, I beg you!” There was no sign that anyone was in there.

Until a woman shows up at the end of the hall. Still the same woman who helped me a year ago. “Very early in the morning she's gone,” said the woman leaning on the door leaf.

“Do you know where he is?”

The woman shook her head. Then there came a place in my brain, which would have been visited by Lisa if the morning was like this. Yeah, where else would it not be on the campus. I hurried to say goodbye to the woman and just ran away.

Along the way, I tried to call his phone number which turned out to be no longer active. And I just found out about this. It feels like a few months ago I was still trying to reach him, only that he didn't take my phone call because I was using a new number. And stupidly I didn't send him a message.

I continued to condemn the stupidity I had done, to trivialize about him who would have been waiting for me because I had given everything for him. But as for the return of all those items, it was completely unthinkable to me before. I didn't expect him to return everything that way.

Arriving in front of the campus courtyard, I immediately parked the car out of the car. Run towards the campus. Ask everyone I meet.

“Sorry, do you know Lisa? Lalisa Florencia from Indonesia.”

“Faculty?”

I thought for a moment, I forgot the faculty. “I forgot,”.

Then one of them immediately advised me to go to a building and ask about Lisa's absence there.

“Thank you.”

I ran back to the building that was meant by some people and asked about Lisa. Suddenly someone called my name. “Dave?! Is this really you, Dave?!”

When I turned around, I could immediately recognize the figure of the woman, she was Julia.

“Where is Lisa?” I slurped straight at him by gripping both of his arms and shaking him.

Julia didn't say anything else, but she pulled my hand and took me somewhere. “Wait here, I brought him here.” I stood waiting in front of a building, precisely under a fairly shady tree at that time.

Finally, Julia actually brought me the woman I was looking for. Lisa was staring at me there, and I was finally able to meet her and see her in person like this. Julia then left us both in this place.

Slowly, I approached Lisa and grabbed each of her hands and kissed her as she continued to look into her two looking eyes.

“Sorry I just got back. I've finished everything. I am officially divorced from him. I want us to go back to how we used to be.” I kept staring at both of his eyeballs. And without a word Lisa immediately hugged me while sobbing in tears.

I did the same thing. I kept peeping at the top of his head, I missed him and in a year gone by without him, without any news of him, the feeling was still the same, not changing in the slightest.

There were no more words I could express right now, other than to continue hugging her. Feel all the flavors mixed into one. Eventually my phone rang.

🎶

Thinking you could live without me

Thinking you could live without me

Baby, I'm the one who put you up there

I don't know why (yeah, I don't know why)

🎶

I had to let go of our hooks and I reached into my pants pocket and found Leo's name on it. Then I shifted the green button on the screen and received the phone call. While looking at Lisa who wiped her tears and smiled at me, I pulled her body back into my arms. “Haloo, why Leo?”

Just now I was happy, suddenly I was again surprised by the state of my house which was being searched by the police. They found Tasha's body and made me a suspect because I had been involved in a dispute and also a divorce trial that was too long. “Shitt!” I heard Leo's explanation.

“Listen to me, whatever happens wait for me to come back. There's a little problem I need to solve. Don't ever stay with me again or think of going with another man. Understand?!” Lisa just nodded as I said that and for some reason before leaving, I wanted to kiss her soft lips and then I just did it. Until Julia came back and reprimanded the two of us, saying if it was Lisa's turn to do the trial finally.

“After this I will pick you up, so wait for me.”

I hugged her again before we separated. Lisa returned to the building for her duties, while I stepped into the car feeling a little relieved, to return home.

**

The cars of some policemen are actually moving through my house right now. There's only Leo's car, no Dana's. Didn't I tell Leo to follow Dana, why is she alone at home?

Just after I parked the car, Leo was already standing in front of the terrace. “What's up?”

Leo looked guguoy and also a little panicked. Yes, I can see his anxiety. As soon as I slightly eroded the distance, then Leo said, “Master Dana, run away,” whispered with eyes still pointing into the house, because there was a policeman who was watching his movements.

I was a little shocked, again he did something like this. I sighed before finally entering the house and talking to the police chief.

“I am the owner of this house, anything I need help with?” relaxed said.

“Is this really yours?”

A policeman showed me a plastic bag with a shirt that had blood stains there. I sighed again and confirmed the finding, that the shirt was mine.

“If it is like that, let's come with us to the office right now,” said the policeman firmly.

“Come to my lawyer and tell him I'm waiting for him at the police station.” That's all I said to Leo before I got in that cop car and left.

In my mind right now, there is only Lisa. I lied to him again, telling him to wait for me there, but I knew it would end up like this. Yeah, I've always been protecting Dana. Only Alu kept cleaning up all the trouble he created from small to the present.

She should have been treated immediately, but I always refused, because I thought she would recover from the illness. And again, I always refused to believe that Dana had the disease.

Schizophrenia.

The name of the disease that Dana suffered since childhood. A disorder that affects a person's ability to think, feel, and behave properly. The exact cause of schizophrenia is unknown, but a combination of genetics, environment, and altered brain structures and chemical compounds may play a role in the disorder.

I checked it out when he was in school. A disorder of the mind, delusions, amnesia, disorientation, mental confusion, slowness in activity, belief that ordinary events have special and personal meanings, the belief that the mind does not belong to one person and also feels that he is superior. That's Dana.

Lisa POVS.

In the afternoon, my exam was over. Julia was still with me here, in front of the campus, waiting for Dave.

“Tuh, didn't I say? He must have come back because he loved. He left not to make forever, just to finish his past.”

I smiled at Julia from earlier. He is really chatty if in certain situations and conditions.

An hour passed ...

Two hours and three hours, no sign of Dave coming. The cafe in front of the campus was closed. That means it's already showing at ten o'clock in the evening and when I glance at my watch, sure enough, it's ten in the evening.

“Try to contact him, times there he forgot,” suggested Julia.

“Gue forgot the number. 'And I've changed the new number.”

“Jeez Lisa!! I thought you copied all phone numbers.” Julia is back. While I was drowning.

'It feels impossible if he forgets his promise this time, ' my inner self while continuing to look at the gates of my campus.

After waiting until twelve in the evening, I finally decided to return to my apartment with Julia who delivered me.

But I didn't give up. To her surprise, I asked Julia for help to accompany me to her apartment but once I got there, I couldn't find her either.

Heading to his office amazed me with the new style of building, but I also did not find anyone I could ask, for the building was seen without anyone guarding it.

Every day, every month, I do the same thing. Go to both places. Until the end of my graduation day, Dave never came back. Then I decided to start working for one of the brokerage firms. Not without reason, so that I can stay in my current apartment and still be able to visit both places every day after work. However, it was all in vain that I did. I finally gave up waiting for him again.

**

Two years later.

“Don't gini dong, Lis. Siri?” julia asked when we had lunch together.

“Gue kangen Australia. At the end of this month, my contract is up. So I'm going home.”

“Emang already enough money to go home?”

“Enough, make buying one house in Indo is also enough. 'And almost every night I become your bodyguard and get percentages from you.” Smirked.

Finally the long-awaited day arrived, I returned to Indonesia without telling anyone, including Tika. Split up with Julia and ask her to deliver the rest of my belongings later.

“Don't forget to buy a shabby house. Let the cave apartment room not crowded so,” chirped Julia who made me laugh.

“I send greetings huh? If something comes up, send it to Indonesia.”

Julia slit her eyes. “Say to menggelupain, want to move on.”

“Some time he still intends to make a return.” I blinked at Julia and hugged her.

“Patch yourself well, stop being a bad boy!”

I laughed out loud and said good-bye to Julia. And in the whole city of London, for it has taught me many things. About open-mindedness and about struggling alone in life.

EXPIRE.

(letih I love this info in bbrp chapter and there are still those who understand also~)

Trus if you want to read a story that is adem anyem or happy ending continues, can find another story, because I do not promise it as a writer. (Can be read dong yaa from the title aja nyesek~)

*remember wise before commenting, because even though the author does not reply to comments you leave, but the author must read it. Because reading the initial capital to open the world window*
