19 Food Stalls

Ms. Yasmin stayed at Aunt Mita's house for a week. During that time, we tried a variety of new recipes for our cathering menu. The best-selling is Gegog rice.

Gegog rice is half-cooked rice in the banana leaf wrap and in it there is a side dish in the form of chicken or tuna, or also mushrooms that have been cooked. So the term side dish is in the rice, and we named it rice gegog.

The most widely enjoyed side dish here is with tuna fish side dishes. In addition to nutritious, maybe people are bored if the chicken menu only.

And as a result of the sales in this week, we can rent a kiosk that is more strategic location for the sales business.

This kiosk is around the boarding school and college children. So this stall can be very helpful for them in the business of eating.

Because we sell it at a standard price for boarding children.

If we go to school, the kiosk will be guarded by Aunt Mita, and when we get home from school, then Bella and I will continue.

The turnover from this sale is also quite large. Bella is now out of her job and chose to focus on this catering business.

We could also hire some employees to help at the kiosk.

" May, order five hundred boxes of rice and cake. You didn't forget, did you?" ask Aunt Mita tonight while we're cleaning up the stall

That is our day, every day there are orders from customers. I usually cook it at 3 in the morning. So later in the morning or afternoon just heat up or immediately pack.
