**BEFORE TRAGEDY II**

"You don't seem excited Vic"

Twirling her cup Victoria looked at Easter who was looking at her worriedly

"Somehow I feel so bad about Eas"

Easter put the biscuit she had eaten in half and looked back at Victoria

"Why? do you feel your body hurts Vic?"

Victoria's long breath made Easter even more worried

"Today's father, mother and Lottie look strange and very sad"

Easter nodded and looked at Victoria with confidence

"Maybe it's the first time you've spent the night in Vic's other place, just calm down nothing's going to happen"

Doubtfully Victoria nodded, Easter who saw that Victoria still looked sad and anxious tried to twist her brain to make Victoria happy

"What if we go to the lake? play water while I tell you about our debut plans for Vic"

Victoria immediately raised her gaze to look at Easter and nodded enthusiastically

"Come on!"

Easter continued to kick water to hit Victoria who also kicked the water, occasionally their laughter was heard and shocked they voiced around the lake behind the Xonuds residence.

"I'm afraid of Erna"

Aron clasped his wife's hand tightly while observing the sight of his daughter and Victoria playing in the water

"I'm Aron too, but we can't do anything about it, it's His Grace's own decision"

"I feel like I want to send people to deliver messages to Ross and Bedford, I think we can still catch up time before nightfall, Ross and Bedford are not as far away as Lorne and Sheffield"

Erna clasped Aron's hand firmly and looked at her husband's sorrowful and solemn face

"I also really want Aron, we've talked about this a lot, I've given Emy our thoughts, too, but they stick to their choice of staying until the end and avoiding a lot of bloodshed"

"But Er...."

Erna immediately cupped her husband's face and looked at her husband's two beads intently

"If we tell this matter out to Ross, Bedford, Lorne and Sheffield they won't be silent" Erna bit her lips firmly with teary eyes. "They will try to save their families which means against the King, although tonight they can escape but tomorrow or the day after His Majesty will appoint them as rebels" Erna took her hand off her husband's teary face. "Do you want them all to end, baby? not only that, Lord Arthur was also within their grasp in the western region"

Aron immediately hugged his wife who sobbed

"If the deal doesn't go through tonight, I can't let them kill William and Emylis"

"I know baby, Emylis is also my best friend, His Grace William your best friend, I know how you feel but this is the choice of His Grace William and Emy, it's the best way for them to last until the end even though we all know otherwise there's going to be a deal tonight"

Still hugging his crying wife, Aron gazed back out the window, where Victoria was jumping by the lake laughing with her flower bud

"Oohh my son Victoria, may God always be with you"

Erna deciphered their embrace and stared at the window

"He's a strong and intelligent boy, which is why William with all his regrets and all his love will go as far as Lady Victoria is not Lady Charlotte, because His Majesty really wants it"

Aron nodded

"It's almost dark, I'll call them in"

Aron nodded again and landed a kiss on his wife's temple

The clink of forks and knives filled the dining room at Cornwell, but somehow tonight they seemed very uninterested to eat, although the dishes prepared were very appetizing

"My Lord"

The arrival of the butler made the four people who were at the dining table immediately turn their heads, Aron a brief snuggle that made the waiter return outside the dining room. Flipping the fork and the dinner knife, Aron turned to Erna who immediately turned the fork and knife and nodded at her husband

Victoria glanced at the contents of the plate Aron and Erna who also only touched a little and raised her gaze to look at the Xenuds couple who had wiped the tip of their lips and then stood up. Feeling very awkward, Victoria flipped her fork and dinner knife and then approached Easter who also stared strangely at her parents to whisper

"Eas, I need to know what's going on, this is definitely something"

Easter immediately flipped her cutlery then grabbed her glass and rubbed the tip of her lips

"Come on. They're definitely going to my dad's office"

With a sneak, Easter takes Victoria out of the back of the kitchen, Victoria just follows Easter who takes her out and walks behind the mansion, as Easter goes on without explaining, finally Victoria whispers

"Where are we going, Eas?"

"The back of the garden, there was my father's office window, we could eavesdrop from there because from the front door, if it was important business the butler would guard the door"

Victoria nodded and when she was in front of a large glass window Easter nodded at Victoria, Victoria was immediately convinced that it was Aron's glass workspace. Very slowly and steadily bowing their heads, they folded their knees and rested on legs without buttocks touching the ground.

"Can you investigate what's going on inside?"

"No my Lord, but they entered in a rude manner and directly swung the sword at the guards and servants"

Easter rounded her eyes and looked at Victoria who was just listening with a face she could not see clearly, because the back of the mansion was quite dark

"WHAT!!"

"Quiet baby"

Erna's voice full of anxiety makes Easter and Victoria look at each other in silence while putting her ears wide

"Then what else did you get!"

"We only heard the sound of screams outside and did not dare to get too close as the royal knights stood guard around the castle, especially when we saw them drag Lady Charlotte from the horse-drawn carriage that was caught trying to escape by His Grace and Her Grace"

Easter shuts her mouth with round eyes and immediately restrains Victoria when she sees Victoria standing up, Easter shakes her head firmly at Victoria to remain still in place

"My Lord, they will speak well first!!"

"Then what else can you get?"

This time Erna's slightly sobbing voice made Victoria tremble in fear, Easter tried to grip Victoria's hand with her hand that was also trembling.

"We heard the voices of some of the knights laughing behind the castel and the screams of Lady Charlotte. Sometimes they also tell Lady Charlotte who keeps asking for help if her parents will be executed tonight and Albany will belong to the kingdom"

After hearing that without being able to hold back any longer and Victoria was indeed not going to hold back any longer, Victoria quickly pulled her hand from Easter and ran inside the mansion regardless of Easter's cry

As she continued to run, Victoria immediately headed towards the door of Aron's study and forced her way in while being restrained by the butler

"I want to talk to Lord Aron! release me!!"

Victoria continued to tug at her hand held by the butler and kept shouting

The commotion at the door makes Aron and Erna stop their conversation and immediately go to the door, when Aron has opened the door they gasp to see Victoria who is already crying while struggling at the handle of the butler

"I beg My Lord I beg My Lady.."

Aron and Erna look at each other and finally allow Victoria to enter, the butler immediately releases his hold on Victoria.

With a strengthening Victoria made her voice

"My Lord please tell me, what happened?"
