Edward ignored Fredrick who kept clucking and occasionally nagging, time had already shown almost midnight and he had been like that from the afternoon, he said, not even a bottle of brandy to how much he spent but he did not stop and more annoyingly he forbade Edward to leave him in the lounge of the knight camp.
"Hey brain of the sword, you hear me not?"
Edward simply continued to move his hand to sharpen the sword without responding
"Hey, you heard me, Edward!"
"Kenpas?"
"Ck! it's been almost a week Ed, a week! and he still ignored my invitation! he didn't even come out of his room! godammit! what a max hah! how can anyone feel at home for a week in the room........................................"
This is what makes Edward not call Fredrick, because if given the response his mouth will be more nagging and swearing that makes Edward's ears itchy.
"Hey Edward, you heard no!"
"i have fucking ears!"
"What was he doing in the room for almost a week?"
Edward blinked his shoulders indifferently
"I heard he punished his escort girl, maybe she's still torturing him"
Fredrick grunted violently
"Omong empty! you believe the gossip, just so you know Ed, because the mouths of the servants and my reputation got ruined in front of Victoria"
Edward stopped the movement of his hand and looked at Fredrick's face which seemed to be half drunk
"What rumors?"
"They said that I often went outside the palace to play and meet my lover! fuck them"
Hearing that Edward was loud who made Fredrick get annoyed and then downed the contents of the glass to the toilet.
"It's not gossip but reality and... since when have you had a good reputation?"
Fredrick stared at Edward's annoying face with both of his ears digesting all of Edward's speech
"Yeahh... they're right but I can't believe he punishes the girl, what's her name?"
Edward sheathed his sword and walked towards the sofa
"Diana"
"That's him, who I saw he really liked that girl"
"But he did punish her"
Fredrick looked at Edward with a curious face
"You know where it came from? waitress gossip?
Edward nodded as he filled his glass
"Her voice from the southern palace guard and kitchen attendant" Edward paused and glanced at Fredrick's increasingly reddened face from brandy "This is a story from a few days ago, unlike usual Lady Victoria asked the bodyguard to deliver a message for the kitchen waiter to deliver lunch, because usually the escort who delivered, and when a waiter entered her room to deliver a meal, the, he saw his companion kneeling on the floor with his head down and that was still the case when there was another waiter delivering dinner even his companion was still in the same position and kept bowing silently"
Fredrick furrowed his brows deeply while looking at Edward
"He's cruel"
Edward clucked while winking his shoulders indifferently

Edward smilingly looked at Fredrick who had a long sigh while leaning his back, he looked tired and desperate.
"Why don't you just go straight to his room?"
Hearing Edward's words, Fredrick's body quickly stood up and with a slightly swaying step he headed for the exit that made Edward panic
"Where are you going, stupid?!"
"To Victoria's room!"
Seeing Fredrick step back and shout his goal even with a slight hangover, Edward quickly pulled Fredrick's hand to the floor
"Damn it! what the fuck are you Ed!!!"
"You're nothing stupid Prince! do you know what time it is?"
By trying to stand up and straighten his balance Fredrick looked at Edward
"Why, I just want to talk!"
Because he was too upset Edward hit Fredrick's head
"You're going to a lady's room at this time? half drunk?"
Fredrick blinked his eyes digesting Edward's words
"She opens Lady Calista or the woman in the stupid entertainment venue! I'm also not sure you'll hold it when you see her open the door in just a thin nightgown and her beautiful hair down"
Edward grinned at Fredrick's strange face, then patted Fredrick's shoulder in a manly manner
"You better go back to Lady Calista's lair as usual, sweet and innocent girl" Edward paused and returned grinning to look at Fredrick. "An honorable lady Victoria doesn't suit you, Fred"
After saying his insinuations, taunts and insults Edward stepped back into his room, he chuckled because he could still hear the swearing Fredrick yelled for him.
"How are you doing, vic?"
Diana tried to turn Victoria's tilted body to see how she was doing, then pressed the back of her hand against Victoria's forehead, which was still quite hot.
"Mother.. I'm sick...."
Diana gently rubbed Victoria's hair to try to calm her down
"Dad.. Call Charlotte.. I'm sick...."
Diana took back her warm cloth and rubbed the Victorian temple that kept getting wet from tears. Diana's eyes are getting fuller, it's been 4 days since Victoria got sick, she kept having nightmares and when she woke up from her nightmares she would cry hysterically to make the bodyguards in the corridor panic and pick Diana up from her room. After the incident happened for two days in a row Diana decided to keep Victoria for 24 hours, she didn't even move out of Victoria's room because she was afraid that when Victoria woke up she would cry hysterically.
"I'm sorry, I promise to serve you all my life, I promise to be faithful only to you Lady Victoria"
Diana could not hold back her tears anymore, with the hands of her attendant who continued to help cleanse Victoria's body her heart continued to pray and to take her oath of allegiance.
TOK TOK TOK.
The knocking of the door stopped Diana's hand movement, she thought it might be the maid who would deliver the porridge as usual, so Victoria's half-naked body was covered only with a blanket.
TOK TOK TOK
"Just a second!"
Diana immediately ran to open the door but when it was opened Diana rounded her eyes.
"Y-your Highness"
Diana looked down respectfully
"Ekhem!.. Does Lady Victoria exist?"
"A-there's your Highness..."
Fredrick glanced towards the room but did not find the figure he was looking for and looked at Diana
"Can you tell me if I come? I'm waiting here"
Diana grew increasingly nervous and glanced towards the room then looked at Fredrick
"I'm sorry Your Highness but.but lady Victoria's not meeting you"
Fredrick narrowed his eyes and looked at Diana full of probing
"Tell him, I Prince Fredrick picked him up for tea, now I'm waiting here!!"
Hearing Fredrick's rising voice and Diana's unfriendly face becoming fearful but unsupportive, Diana took a deep breath and clenched her hands to hold back her nervousness.
"Once again apologize Your Highness but lady Victoria is not getting out"
Fredrick growled in annoyance and looked at Diana sharply
"Can't get out? or don't want to see me?!!"
"Bu-not so Yo......."
Diana had not had time to finish saying Fredrick's large body immediately broke through the door, with Diana's reflexes holding Fredrick's hand which made Fredrick's step stop and the two gray eyeballs stared intently at Diana.
"HOW DARE YOU TOUCH AND BLOCK ME!!!!"
Hearing the voice of Fredrick who had boomed Diana's body immediately trembled in fear, even her voice sounded up to the corridor, but Diana did not let go of her hand and desperately suppressed her nervousness.
"I'm sorry because I sassy Your Highness but lady Victoria now really can't see anyone else out of the room, you may punish me but I beg you not to go inside"
Fredrick brushed off Diana's hand that was still holding her back and tried to get in, as she grew increasingly panicked with Diana's reflexes to block Fredrick's body from getting into the room. Fredrick was getting upset screaming.
"ANYONE OUTSIDE DRAG THIS GIRL!!!"
Diana flinched and her listener's senses immediately caught the approaching footsteps making Diana's panic grow increasingly fast as her body fell to the floor and clashed in tears.
"I beg Your Highness, Lady Victoria's condition is not visible to others, please respect her privacy, please take care of my Lady's honor"
After saying that two bodyguards were already seen being at the door, without needing to think Diana's body immediately jumped up trying to close the door. Hearing and seeing Diana's sudden treatment Fredrick allowed Diana to close the door and widen her gaze until her eyes ended up on the bed, there Victoria's little body was lying with a compress on her forehead and a blanket that covered only half her chest. Fredrick who was either confused, surprised or fascinated could not turn his eyes until Diana stood in front of him blocking his gaze, finally Fredrick's eyes moved to Diana's face which had turned angry with wet eyes.
"Please Your Highness... The honor of a Lady is her life"
As in the ice flush, Fredrick immediately regained his senses and turned his face away

"Your Highness"
The knock on the door made Fredrick turn around immediately
"Go!"
He threw out the guards and glanced at Diana
"Detach and explain! I'm waiting outside"
