Chapter 168 - Check Pregnancy

Today, Ayunda and Narendra decided to do monthly gynecological examination which this time always done regularly at the request of the obstetrician. It's nothing, but a twin pregnancy will usually be quite risky. Moreover, Ayunda had a history of miscarriage and weak content. 

So it makes the doctor worried about the state of Ayunda, besides that Narendra also strongly agree on it. Likewise with Melisa and Arvin, they strongly agree especially that for the health and goodness of Ayunda itself. 

"Darling, are you nervous?" Narendra asked with his head turned and smiled at his wife who somehow, the more beautiful she looked. 

"Little, Mas. But that's okay, my nervousness overcame my enthusiasm to meet our baby." Ayunda answered with a sweet smile. 

Narendra ruffled Ayunda's hair slowly, then clasped his wife's hand tightly. The two walked with carefree steps, really these were the moments most awaited by any married couple who sang the presence of a baby in their midst. 

The couple went straight into the gynecologist practice room they used to go to every month. Narendra and Ayunda sat opposite the female doctor wearing the hijab. 

"Gee, good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Today you guys come early huh.." Say hello while smiling sweetly. 

"By back, Doc. We can't wait to see our son." Reply Ayunda with a smile. 

"What complaints are there this month, miss?"

"Nothing, Doc. Morning sickness is rare, not even anymore. It's just that now I often have back pain." Answer Ayunda. 

"That's natural, Miss. Because the fetus in your womb is getting heavier, so it's natural because you're carrying two extra lives in your body." Obviously the doctor again.

"My wife sleeps hard, Doc. In the past, he never slept well. But now I'm often kicked to the ground." Narendra made Ayunda's face flushed with embarrassment. She did not expect that her husband would say that to the doctor.

"That's also one of the reasons why your wife's waist hurts, but as long as it doesn't affect anything it's okay." 

"Is that so, doc? I don't know if I slept hard, I slept."

"It's okay, Miss." Answer the Doctor. He also moved from his seat, to prepare a gurney for Ayunda examination later.

"Still drinking milk regularly, miss?"

"Still, doctor. As recommended by the doctor."

"How does nafssu eat?"

"Good, doc. It's just been sniffing a lot lately."

"Yes, her name is also pregnant. It's natural." The doctor replied, chuckling softly.

"Come, please lie here." 

Ayunda also moved from his seat, of course, helped by Narendra who was always ready to help his wife. Not a second Narendra left his wife, he faithfully waited for his wife. 

Ultrasound examination was started, Ayunda smiled sweetly while looking and also listening to the doctor's explanation. The explanation of this doctor is indeed very detailed, to make both of them understand. 

"Your fetus is developing very well, Miss. For now the gender is already visible, do you want to know it or just keep it secret so suprise?" Ask her while smiling a little.

"Let's know, Doc. Let's obviously buy her clothes, hehe." Answer Narendra.

"Pair, Sir. One woman and one man, congratulations."

"Well, allhamdulilah immediately got a pair." Narendra said as he rubbed his face. He smiled back at his wife, he was really happy at the moment. 

"His bandage's in 24 weeks now."

"That means six months huh, doc?"

"Okay, doctor." Answer Ayunda. After finishing with the examination, they went home and did not forget to make up for vitamins in the pharmaceutical section. 

After that, they decided to go home. Narendra chose to be at home today because indeed, his body is a bit sick once today. Probably because of the kick effect the wife had last night.

"Darling, would you like to snack first? Buy a snack, fruit or whatever is possible." Narendra asked with a small smile. 

"Great food for mangoes, Mas. I think it's good, in making mango sticky rice." 

"Yes, let's buy. Then we go to the supermarket first.."

"Yes, Mum." Answer Ayunda. Narendra stopped the speed of his vehicle at the nearest supermarket. The man went out with Ayunda who was holding his stomach, eventually sitting always made his waist hurt and Narendra sensitive to it. He lightly kneaded the wife's waist while walking so that the pain would be slightly lessened.

"Thank you, Mom."

"Together, baby." Answer Narendra. He picked up a shopping trolley and the two walked around looking at items he might want to buy. Especially at this time Narendra brings pregnant women who sometimes like to crave suddenly. 

"Ihhh, there's guava dong.." Ayunda looks sparkling when looking at crystal guava fruit. 

"You?"

"Can? I think it's good to make Bangkok that way."

"Take it, baby." Narendra answered while rubbing Ayunda's hair. The woman took two boxes of guava and some other fruits, but they did not get mangoes. The fruit that Ayunda wanted and because of that fruit they are here now. 

"Darling, you want melons."

"Take it, don't get permission. It's still empty trolley, which is." Reply Naren. Ayunda also put one melon, of course after patting it first to make sure it is ripe or not. Ayunda habit is very similar to Melisa, maybe all Indonesians have a habit to pat first melon or watermelon to ascertain whether the fruit is ripe or not. 

They walked to the fruit and vegetable section, Ayunda took avocado and some other fruits. Including fruits and vegetables that Ayunda thought were out at home. 

"That makes hot pot feel good."

"By tuh, so buy the same slice meat vegetables as seafood to be delicious."

"Yoo.." Answer Narendra. The couple was again busy shopping with a stock, because the name of the mother-femak would like to choose even though the quality is good also still in selectin. 

"After finishing shopping, they went home and were greeted by Melisa who seemed enthusiastic waiting for her daughter-in-law to come home in the doorway.

"Darling.."

"Yes, Mommy. Why?"

"How's the check? Mommy's grandkids are healthy, right?"

"Yes, that's fine, Mi. They even looked at their gender."

"Well, that's real? Whahuh? My mom is curious."

"Pair, Mommy." Reply Ayunda with a smile. Melisa cheered with excitement upon hearing the son-in-law's answer for whatever sake she was so happy to hear the news.

"Mami can't wait to meet Mami's granddaughter, healthy there, baby. Oma's waiting here with Opa." Said Melisa while rubbing Ayunda's stomach gently.
