Chapter 127 - Arvin's Return

"Bapy's home.." Arvin said, the middle-aged man just came home. He carried the bag on his back, clearly a happy look on his face. Maybe Arvin was happy because he came home today, the intention of the heart to give a surprise to his wife and daughter-in-law by going home did not tell first.

But when he came home, the atmosphere was very quiet, almost uninhabited. There are only a few maids who are busy going back and forth to and fro doing their respective tasks. The man looked astonished, his unusual in this house there was no one like this. 

"Yes.." Call Arvin, make the woman who was walking accidentally cross paths with the man also stop his steps.

"Yes, Sir. When are you coming home?"

"I just got home, where's Madam? Ayunda?" Arvin's question made Maya look sad.

"The lady just went to the hospital, sir." 

"What's wrong? Who's sick, Maya?"

"Miss Ayunda." Maya's reply made Arvin's eyes perfectly rounded. She felt uneasy in her heart after hearing Maya's reply. 

"Why with her?"

"I don't know, Sir." Answer Maya again. Actually he knew what happened to Ayunda, because he had heard it directly from Melisa. However, he felt he had no right to tell Arvin this bad news, because he was a nobody. Just a maid, it would be very presumptuous if she said what makes Ayunda in hospital right now. 

"What hospital is my daughter-in-law in, Maya?"

"In the hospital xxx, sir." Answer Maya. At that moment, Arvin rushed away with his black car. She was confused when she heard Maya's words, she did not know what to do so she immediately went to the hospital to see and make sure her favorite daughter-in-law was sick. 

He drove his vehicle at high speed, really he could not wait to see the state of his son-in-law. He was worried, very worried.

Arriving at the hospital, Arvin is distraught to find the whereabouts of his wife as well as his daughter-in-law and son who he believes must be in this hospital as well. 

"Gosh, where are they?" Arvin Mumbles. He was exhausted, finally reached into his pocket and took his cell phone. 

"Damn, why not on the phone?" The man met with annoyance because he just realized, why not just called, why did he just remember when he had been around looking around here and there? Aisshh, tired of him looking but why remember if there was a cell phone?

"Excuse me, sorry sister. I'm looking for a patient on behalf of Ayunda Maishika, what room is it?" 

"Shortly, Sir. Come with me." The nurse replied, Arvin followed behind the nurse. 

The nurse opened a book and searched for the name Arvin had mentioned. 

"Miss Ayunda is in orchid room number 15, postoperative recovery." The nurse answered that made Arvin's eyes perfectly round. 

"Operation, sus?"

"Yes, this morning he was taken to the hospital unconscious due to bleeding. But what a pity, the contents can't survive and have to be operated on, sir."

"W-what? That's impossible, sus."

"Sorry, Sir. But it's her reality, Miss Ayunda miscarried and forced us to lift her fetus. Because if it's not in surgery soon, we're worried it'll harm her fetus."

"What's the cause of the bleeding, sister?" Arvin's question again made the nurse look back at the medical records the doctor had written in the book. 

"According to the doctor's description, this is the effect of the remaining gynecologist drugs, sir. The drug was very hard because it was given too much and did not fit the dose." Obviously the nurse made Arvin's whole body feel limp for a moment. Both of her hands clenched, she was angry because this was all Trisa's doing. Ayunda wouldn't have miscarried if she hadn't dealt with a bad woman like Trisa. Damn it.

'I hope that woman goes to hell!' Inner Arvino. He immediately went from there and went to the room where his daughter-in-law was being cared for. He could not imagine what kind of reaction Ayunda would be if he found out that the fetus that had inhabited his womb for five months, had to fall in the middle of battle. Intentionally, he wanted to surprise his family by going home without informing first, but it turned out that he was the one who got the surprise.

'But I'm sure you're a good woman, a strong woman. Papi is sure you will be able to get through this ordeal, dear.'
