Ayunda, Secret Wife of the President

Ayunda, Secret Wife of the President
Chapter 128 - The Pain of Losing

Arvin was standing outside the room where his daughter-in-law was in the hospital, he was staring at the door with the inscription orchid room number 15. Yes, this room is a place where patients who undergo surgery are treated as a form of recovery. Arvin stared at the door, he did not expect that his daughter-in-law was now in this room.

It was never imagined before that his son-in-law should be in this room, maybe if because the cesarean section can still be understood. But these? She was in surgery for a miscarriage. The fetus that has been maintained, always in pride, always guarded with all the soul that left the world. He died in the midst of a war against injustice. Really, imagining how sick it is to be Ayunda alone can make Arvin cry.

"Do I have to go in? I'm afraid I can't help myself." Arvino. The middle-aged man rubbed the dripping tears with his hands and decided to enter. Despite this, she will not be strong to witness the destruction of a mother who lost her child, but inevitably Arvin must see the state of her favorite daughter-in-law.

"May I be strong.." The man muttered again. Arvin opened the door of the room slowly, making the two people in the room turn towards the door that opened slowly.

The two were clearly shocked, clearly drawn from the look on their faces. However, the most visible of his second expression was to worry. Both of them are worried about the state of Ayunda which is now not yet human also after passing the fetal removal surgery.

"Fire.." Lirih Melisa's. She immediately ran closer to her husband and rushed to hug the man and cried her way there. While Narendra can only stare at the arrival of the father, then bow his head.

Sick? Obviously, he even had to lose the figure of an angel entrusted by God through the womb of the wife. Now, however, he had to lose that figure without even having the chance to see her at all. Can you imagine how painful it feels, right?

"Well why, Mi?"

"He miscarried, Pi. This morning, she was fine." Replied Melisa with her trembling voice holding back the cries, she wanted to cry out roaring to reveal how sick she was at the moment.

"Why can? Are you hiding something from us, boy?" Arvin asked his son. Making Narendra's head look up at the father's stern face with a sad look.

"Sorry.."

"What do you mean, boy?" Ask Melissa again.

"Yesterday night, Ayu's bleeding again, Mi. But we thought it was just regular bleeding, because it was just light bleeding. We also intend to check the contents this morning, but on the way Ayunda bleeding again. He was also grimacing in pain to the point of unconsciousness." Obviously Narendra was shrinking while bowing his head.

"Why are you that stupid, Boy?" Arvin's question made Narendra speechless.

"Sorry.."

"If you had taken your wife to the hospital that night, none of this would have happened." Arvin said furiously.

"I also didn't know it would be like this, Pi."

"It's all because you're taking things too lightly, just because you think it's light bleeding, so you're ignoring your wife's bleeding. Arenooh!"

"Already, Pi. Don't blame your son, it's not his fault either. If you could ask, no one would want to be like this. Let alone losing like this, it feels so painful." Melisa's words made Arvin speechless. The words of his wife are true all this is out of anyone's control, if there is anyone who wants to be like this? There will be none and no one will ever want to experience this kind of pain.

"This is not the time to blame each other, at a time like this we should be able to give encouragement to Ayunda. Here, he was the hardest hit. Not just us, but there's more pain than us." It was clearly Melisa who made the two men go silent for a moment.

Narendra looked at the pale face of the wife who until now had not been conscious. It's been three hours since he came out of the operating room, but he hasn't made it too. Said the nurse and also the doctor earlier, he said this is natural because of the influence of drugs. But still, it does not feel calm if you have not seen Ayunda wake up from his sleep.

If he's awake, it might feel a little relieved. Even though everyone here would be confused about how to calm Ayunda later if he was awake later. It will certainly raise the question of why he could be in this room with many health equipment attached to his body.

"Darling, wake up? Don't worry me, I'm afraid." Narendra Mumbled. He could not bear to see his wife was still unconscious after so long. But, when he wakes up later they have to explain what it is like to Ayunda? I don't know what Ayunda's reaction will be. Obviously, he would cry. It was too painful for anyone.

'Sorry, I was too careless. Right said Papi, I was too dismissive about your bleeding yesterday. If only I had followed my heart's intention to take you to the hospital, I'm sure our son would have survived by now.' The man was deep, he stared fixedly at the wife's pale face.

"You've eaten, Boy?" Ask Arvin. Honestly, he was annoyed that the carelessness of his son caused that unwanted departure. However, still however, he found out that his son was also grieving at this time.

"Naren hasn't eaten since this morning, Pi. He's on hunger strike."

"Cool you are, Boy? If your wife finds out about this, she'll definitely scold you." Arvin said that made Narendra speechless.

"Don't torture yourself, Papi will buy you food. What do you want to eat?"

"Meat soup."

"Okay, Papi came out with Mami. Not long anyway, if there's anything, just call Papi."

"Yes, Pi." Narendra replied softly, so soft that it was barely heard.

"The fire will be back soon."

'Papi hope, when Papi returns Ayunda has awakened.' Inner middle-aged man, he also came out with his wife from the room. Leaving Narendra and Ayunda still unconscious as well.

"Darling, papi is angry with me. But it's okay, I deserve to be upset because I'm too careless." Narendra Mumbled. The man smiled wryly, from earlier he invited his wife to talk, but until now, his wife had not woke up either.

"Until you're gonna sleep like this, baby. Let's get up, Mas kangen. Mas kangen fitting you smile, or fitting you angry Mas, even Mas miss with your voice, dear. Mas's world was over when the doctor said you had a miscarriage, baby." Narendra Mumbled. Without feeling it, her tears came back.  But quickly, he immediately rubbed her by hand. He didn't want his wife to see his fragile side, he didn't want her to wake up, he saw that her husband was crying.

He wanted when his wife woke up, he looked fine as if he was tough, like nothing had happened and could strengthen his wife. But I don't know what he'll look like if he sees his wife crying later.

A few minutes later, Ayunda began to wake up from her fainting spell. She opened her two beautiful eyes slowly, the first thing she saw was the white ceiling of the room, the breeze that felt soothing to her body she felt. However, one that he did not remember. She where? This place was so foreign, it felt like she had never seen or come to this place before her.

"Aawwhss.." Ayunda grimaced in pain as she tried to get up from her slumber.

"Why does my stomach hurt so much, what's wrong with me? Why is my stomach flat like this?" Ayunda muttered when she saw her flat stomach, but at first her stomach was already bloated.

"Darling.." Call Narendra. She just came out of the bathroom to finish her wish. After being relieved, he immediately came out and found his wife had woken up.

"Bag.."

"You're finally up, too, baby. I'm worried about you.." Narendra hugged his wife and kissed the top of her head.

"Where is this, Mas?"

"Hospital, baby."

"I why the hell?" Ask Ayunda again, making Narendra's breath choked instantly. This was what he was afraid of, he was at a loss to tell his wife where to start.

"Mas, how are you quiet? I why?"

"Darling.."

"Please promise me that if I tell you, please don't blame yourself."

"Why are you saying that, Mom? I'm just asking, why me?" Ask Ayunda again.

"You miscarried, baby."

"W-what?" Ayunda stuttered as soon as she heard the husband's answer. A miscarriage? Just be right.

"Mas, don't joke. Not funny to know!"

"Darling, I'm serious."

"J-so, he's really gone, Mas?"

"Sorry, Mom." Lirih Narendra while bowing her head. He felt guilty, especially when he saw Ayunda's expression that looked shocked. This is what makes Narendra intend not to tell this news to his wife, he was worried that the wife again dropped. Moreover, his state is still unstable at this time.

"Mas, there's no way our son's leaving, is there? Not likely. He's still here in my stomach, isn't he, Mas?" Ask Ayunda. Her tears began to trickle down her cheeks.

"It's fate, baby."

"No, Mas. He's been moving around here, there's no way he's gone this fast, ma'am. It can't be!" Shouting Ayunda hysterically, Narendra immediately hugged his wife. But the woman thrashed, she did not want to be hugged.

"Dear, please don't do this."

"How come I'm not like this, and I just lost my son, Mom?"

"Our son, baby. I'm just as sad as you are, but what can we do? We have tried our best, but God wills another." Lirih Narendra who made the cry of Ayunda slightly subsided. He began to calm down, Narendra hugged his wife more tightly trying to calm the wife who was still crying as he pleased in her arms.

"Bag.."

"Sorry, Mom. If only that night, I would have stood by my position to take you to the hospital, maybe he's still with us. Sorry, Mas.."

"Mas said don't blame yourself, but why do you blame yourself now?" Tanya Ayunda with her trembling voice. He still could not believe that the fetus he had been guarding, the fetus that had inhabited his womb for five months was now gone. He gave up because of that damn drug that made him unable to hold on anymore.

"It hurts so bad, baby."

"Other than me, Mas. All this time she was in my womb, she was here. He's moving around here, but now he's gone before we even get to see and take care of him."

"Mas failed at being a husband and father, baby."

"Mas, it's not like that. I'm also sorry for failing to take care of our son, I'm sorry, baby."

"Mas told you, don't beat yourself up, baby. It's fate."

"Then, Mas must also stop blaming himself." It was Ayunda who made Narendra re-embrace the weak body of the wife.

"You feel better?"

"A little, Mas." Answer Ayunda. I don't know, his heart feels a little relieved right now. Maybe because the words of the husband that makes his heart calm.

"We should be able to explain it, right? He'll be an angel up there."

"I just need time for that, Mom. It's too sudden for me, I'm not ready to feel this kind of pain." Lirih Ayunda's.

"Nobody's gonna be ready for this, baby. But can we refuse? No, because this is already his destiny." Narendra answered while rubbing the top of his wife's head. He also kissed both of Ayunda's eyes that looked puffy, probably due to crying too much.

"Bag.."

"It's okay, it takes a little time. There's all gonna be time, baby. We're gonna bury her tomorrow, okay?"

"Can I come?" Ask Ayunda. He was eager to watch when his fetus was buried, but seeing his current condition most likely the doctor would not allow it.

"No, hon. Your condition is still very weak, so I'm alone. Mostly with Mark and Papi, you should be treated here for a few more days to stabilize your condition, dear."

"But Mas.."

"Don't be stubborn, my dear wife. You just woke up, you are still very weak. Mas do not want to take the risk, later Mas in the hammer Papi use a hammer." Narendra replied that made Ayunda smile.

"Well, get him to his resting place well, huh, Mas? Sorry, I can't take her." Lirih Ayunda's.

"It's okay, 'cause he's been with you all along."

Ayunda looked at the handsome face of her husband, but without the thought of tears that had previously held Ayunda, now back dripping without being prevented. The pain is too painful, tight to make it difficult to breathe.

"Don't cry, baby. She'll be sad to see her mom keep crying over her departure, she's happy now that she no longer feels pain all over her body, baby."

"Yes, Mas. I'm sorry, I just haven't gotten used to the absence of it that's making me sick."

"It's okay, it all takes time." Narendra answered while peeping his wife's lips briefly and then rubbed her.

"I love you, my wife."

"I love you more, Mom. Please, after this don't leave me. Stay with me, whatever the circumstances."

"Sure, I'll always be next to you, baby." Answer Narendra. Ayunda also pinned her face on the chest of the field of the husband, the most comfortable place for him to lean after his broad shoulders.
