Aira's Choice Man

The Eps 60

IMPREGNANT.

Aira glared at the pregnancy test kit in her grasp. His entire body felt hot, cold and numb at the same time. Aira blinked and leaned against the edge of the sink.

Aira did not know when the signs had appeared, but nothing had been going on normally in these past weeks. Initially Aira thought, she was only burdened by her brother's wedding plans.

Aira tries hard to get rid of her bad mood, her sadness and shows enthusiasm for Airez's wedding preparations but sometimes in vain. He often feels tired and not excited to think it will hurt.

This morning he got angry at Erigo, and started vomiting. Wanting to find excuses or blame menstruation, Aira realized, she had not got her period this month. Aira remembered the pregnancy test that she had not yet used in her nightstand. Now the device is in his hands and shows a positive sign.

Aira's heart surged with excitement. He opens the bathroom door when Erigo bursts into the room. Their eyes meet.

"I'm pregnant!" Cetus Aira almost simultaneously with Erigo who also said the same thing. "You're pregnant!"

Erigo smiled widely and took a quick step pulling Aira into his arms.

Aira showed the pregnancy test kit in her hand. Erigo noticed two lines on the device. Suddenly his eyes stung and his throat was blocked. He kissed Aira so hard and then wrapped his hand around her shoulder and hugged her again.

Various emotions hit Erigo, distrustful, doubtful, hopeful, and finally__he felt sure.

Erigo felt happiness welling up in his chest. This time he felt very confident that there was a baby, or two, in Aira's stomach. His kid. His kids.

"A baby.. " Said. "We're gonna have a baby."

Aira nodded. He laughed at Erigo's truly happy expression. "It's real." Said Aira lovingly. "I'm pregnant."

"Airas.. " Erigo said his name gently. "So all the sadness, your current frenzy has been largely caused by this pregnancy?" A smile adorns Erigo's face.

"Yes, I think it's true." Aira said with a stingy breath. "So does weight gain, I guess." Aira shook her shoulders. "Then the appetite problem. Dizziness and also nausea. I got those symptoms because I was pregnant." Aira was half laughing, half not.

Erigo just looked at her in silence making Aira a little anxious. "Do you want to say something?" Ask Aira later.

"I'm too busy being grateful, baby." Erigo said in a hoarse voice then kissed Aira again excitedly.

Aira's embrace tightened around Erigo's waist. "I'm really very happy, Erigo. This is a really special kid."

"Of course it's special. You and me.. We created the best magic, Aira. We're gonna love this kid, or these kids. I was half hoping that you were pregnant with twins." Erigo's eyes seemed to be beaming happily.

Erigo's words seeped into Aira's heart. 'They're going to love this kid, or these kids' that's right. Tears began to cloud his vision. Aira blinked to dispel the melancholy feeling that suddenly came.

"Oh I'm crying again." He said and laughed.

Erigo wiped away the remains of tears on Aira's cheeks and laughed along. "It's going crazy." Her speech.

"We need to see a doctor and get a prescription to deal with your nausea."

Aira nodded in agreement. "I also had to take my bridesmaid dress to the tailor to remodel it. There's not much time left." She suddenly cried again remembering her dress that did not fit.

"Don't cry baby. I'm sure you'll look fabulous in any model dress." Erigo said softly as he looked into Aira's glittering eyes. "Now, before you drown me in tears, I want to call the doctor so we can have your pregnancy checked out tomorrow."

Both Aira and Erigo still haven't told Aira's pregnancy news to their parents and close relatives. They deliberately postponed it until Airez and Zora's wedding was over, so that attention would still be paid to both.

Tomorrow morning they will visit their parents. Then they will tell this happy news to friends and closest people.

Aira looked at her husband long ago. Paying attention to his every move, Erigo followed wherever the man went. Even now when Erigo was brushing his teeth.

Erigo rinsed and cleaned his mouth. "What are you doing? You're scaring me." Erigo walked out of the bathroom.

Erigo got into bed and took a deep breath. When Aira was lying next to her, she asked again, "Say what's up Aira?"

Aira just shrugged her shoulders lazily. "It's nothing." Said. "But you look so handsome and I like to look at you."

"Well, look at me as much as you do, then quickly go to sleep." Erigo does not understand the attitude that Aira shows, but he tries to understand the hormonal turmoil that is chaotic because of his wife's pregnancy.

"You're so slender." Aira sounded really grim. Erigo almost choked.

"Why did you suddenly say it?"

"of course. Because soon I won't have a waist."

Erigo laughed now. "Your waist will remain there. Not going anywhere."

Aira glares. "It won't move, but you know what I mean." Aira moved uneasily. "I'm gonna be fat."

"You're not fat, you're plump. There's a difference." Erigo angry.

Aira glanced at Erigo. "I'll be so fat."

"And you think men would rather caress a thin, dry body, would you?"

Aira lay on her back and pensive. "Do you like boys or girls?" Ask. Because the pregnancy is still very new, so it has not been able to see the gender of the baby.

Erigo gave up on this sudden change in topic. He lay sideways and propped his head up on one hand while the other hand was on Aira's stomach and stroked her. "I don't care which one, as long as you're healthy." Erigo hugged Aira.

"I want a pair, male and female." Cetus Aira's. Then continue, "but whichever one may. I love these little babies even though I don't know what they'll be like." Aira smile. "Pregnancy keeps you tied to merela miraculously."

Erigo chuckled in Aira's ear. "Less than eight months, we can see them, baby."

"How do you think our families will react when they're told?"

"They'll be happy at first because you're pregnant, then they'll be gaping when we say it's twins." Erigo laughs. "I can't wait to see Jun's reaction."
