A Stupidity

Episode 34

Roni looked at me for a moment, his gaze as if he wanted to ask my permission to tell the incident in more detail. I could only look back at Roni's eyes without doing anything. Roni looked back at her parents.

"This whole thing is pure Roni pa's fault, ma!" i'm Roni. Instantly my heart stopped beating hearing Roni admit it was all her own fault.

"Roni knows this whole thing feels really weird for papa and mama, but Roni it's all just Roni's fault." Roni continued.

"Amel is a good woman." said Roni softly. My chest felt so tight to hear Roni say that, but it was me and his two friends who trapped him until all this happened.

"Amel didn't flirt with Roni pa at all, ma!" Roni.

"Roni was drunk and broke into his room and Roni forced Amel to do it, even Roni hurt him!" added Roni. His breath sounded roaring.

My chest was very tight to hear Roni constantly blaming herself for what was going on, though all of that was the work of his two friends and I who conspired just for some money to pay my debts. Should I admit everything now?

Suddenly Roni moved from her seat and gathered in front of her parents. Several times he sighed, his hands trembled, he held back his tears.

"Roni was very guilty of papa, mama, and Amel. Roni cannot be a good example for Vino, Roni brings disgrace to this family, and Roni destroys Amel's future. Roni please give Roni a chance to make amends for this." pinta Roni. God, I didn't expect Roni to be like this! My heart was pounding too hard to make my chest feel tight. I can't bear to see Roni like that, but all this is not his fault! God, I'm really sorry about all this! Should I admit it now? But I was so scared, my God!

I can't do anything, I can just keep my head down. I was so scared to look them all in the face. Slowly my tears trickled down, I quickly wiped them away. I really feel guilty for Roni! I made all this mess!

"Amel!" call Roni's dad slowly. I looked up at the face of the 65-year-old man.

"It's late, Amel rest first in Roni's room, yes!" said Roni's father. I fell silent fixated.

"Women who are pregnant should get plenty of rest!" bright dad Roni. Roni is very good, her father is very good! I nodded slowly.

"The casino!" exclaims Roni's father called Roni's sister. Shortly thereafter, the tall man appeared.

"Attar Amel to Roni's room! Let brother Amel rest!" roni's father's orders.

"Okay, pa!" answer Vino.

"Come, sis!" bring him. I got up from my seat, for a moment I looked at Roni's face. His face looked very pitiful tonight but he smiled gently at me. His smile seemed to convey the voice of his heart that said, "Rest, I'm fine!"
