A Stupidity

A Stupidity
Episode 23

"How can I marry someone I don't know? I don't know how to live! I don't know how it is! I don't even know how his family is!" exclaim Roni.

Roni grabbed her hand and held it tightly, this time the lover allowed Roni to hold both hands.

"I really love you! I could have sworn I loved you so much!" lirih. His voice sounded vibrating. His girlfriend nodded her head slowly.

"I know! I believe that." said the woman slowly.

"But it's like this now!" continued.

"How can you separate a baby from its mother?!" he added.

Roni covered her face with both hands. It seems that he is really depressed with this problem.

"What do I do, yank?" mumbling slowly. The long and straight-haired woman sighed softly.

"Be a tough guy, yank!" said slowly. Roni looked at the beautiful face of her lover closely.

"Be responsible to that woman!" While saying those words, her tears poured down her cheeks. Roni hugged the beautiful woman tightly and they spent their last night as lovers together.

...

I shook my head slowly. Adnan smiled cynically at me, as if he was underestimating me.

"Why don't you want to, Mel? You can profit a lot!" bayu said.

Profit? Holy hooch! Am I a machine that produces babies and then exchanges them for some money?! I was so confused, what was the true motivation for them to plan this because they loved their best friend very much and saved him from the evil woman who is now his girlfriend, but why at this time they do not reflect it all and instead look like a bad person who will destroy his own best friend.

"Keep if Roni stick to his decision not to marry you how?" ask Bayu again. I shrugged my shoulders.

"Gue will probably take care of this baby alone!" my answer.

"But the question is, where do you get the money to give birth to the child and take care of it to the big one?" ask Adnan. His face looked like he was underestimating me.

"Yes I'll work hard from now on and save up for all the expenses!" my answer. My tone was a little high because I was annoyed by his words.

"Lo want to keep working at that bakery?" ask Adnan. I nodded slowly.

"Aren't you ashamed? Later your stomach will grow while all your work teams know that you are not married?!" he added. I'm speechless.

It hurts to hear Adnan's words, but they have a point too! If I really wanted to raise this child, I would have to keep working but there was no way that I was working in the same place while things were like this, it must be very difficult to get another job.

Now I'm really confused as to what to do! Should I exchange this child for some money like Adnan and Bayu say it is?
