A Stupidity

Episode 13's

"Mother of Amelia's Winda!" call the nurse who just came out of the doctor's office. Finally it was my turn to do the examination. I got out of my seat and rushed into the examination room.

"Good day, Missus!" greet the doctor gently.

"Good day, doc!" sahutku.

"Mother alone? Not with my husband?" ask the doctor.

"Ee. no doc!" answer's short. The doctor's question made my heart pound.

The doctor started to do an examination of my stomach. Using utrasonography (USG), the doctor showed me the fetus in my stomach. Now I believe that in my womb there really is a fetus! The doctor began to explain about the condition of my fetus which is still shaped like a bubble. I don't know why I suddenly feel so moved to see that 'bubble.

"Tomorrow if you check again, take her husband ma'am!" said the doctor. I could only look at the doctor with a smile.

"Because his father is also important to know the condition and development of his baby" explained the doctor. I nodded my head slowly.

How could I possibly carry the owner of this fetus, he just didn't know that there was this fetus in my womb! Even if he finds out, I don't think he'll be with me either! Or maybe you don't want this baby! Uh! Why do I feel like this? My eyes started to glaze over.

Adnan and Bayu invited me to meet at the restaurant where we met for the first time. Maybe they want to know the results of my examination.

"How did it go, Mel?" ask Bayu. Bayu and Adnan seemed very enthusiastic to know the results of my examination.

I took out the results from my examination today and I leave everything to them. They looked at it closely and they also saw a photo of my fetal USG.

"Feed!" adnan. Adnan's call made me flinch and confused as well. I don't know why it feels so strange to see her so happy with my pregnancy.

"Then what should I do next?" tanyaku plain.

"Now you invite Roni to meet! You have the number, right?!" adnan. I nodded slowly.

"Gue's taking her to meet now? Right now?" tanyaku plain.

"I mean, you call now you'll make a deal with him when he's supposed to!" terang Adnan's.

"Oh, I guess.."

"Oh sometimes slow too! He's a businessman who has a lot of business, where you can call now he keeps coming now!" cut Adnan. The deg! It hurts so much I heard Adnan sayings just now! He shouldn't have spoken like that, he knows that I come from a poor family! From birth I was poor, even now I am poor! If I wasn't poor, I wouldn't be doing all this dirty work!

"Already, already! Let's quickly call Roni, I also want to hear how he responds!" exclamation Bayu. Fortunately there was Bayu, otherwise I would have had a big fight with Adnan.
