A Stupidity

Episode 12's

I opened the test pack after I was in my contract and locked the door tightly. I read carefully the instructions for its use on the packaging. My heart was pounding very fast and it was getting faster when the device started to show results. Hashe! My chest feels so tight!

"Two lines!" mummify slowly.

"How is this?" I asked myself after seeing the test pack showing two pink lines. Am I confused about feeling sad or happy? I'm not married but I'm currently carrying the flesh and blood of a good, handsome, rich man.

I took my phone and took a photo of the test pack and immediately sent the photo to Bayu. Soon a chat came in which turned out to be a reply from Bayu.

'Good!'

So the contents of a short message from Bayu. Just like that! It makes me confused what else to do now.

"Trrr.ttt. tttr.r.tt.." Suddenly my phone shook, Adnan called me.

"Hello!" gently sweep.

"Hello, Mel!" sahut Adnan from across there.

"Lo's pregnant?" tanyanya to the point.

"Yes." I replied briefly.

"Thank God!" exclamation Adnan. He sounds very happy to say it. That positive response made me suddenly think of the father of this child, would that man be so happy to hear the news that I was carrying his child?

"Mell!" call Adnan. His voice broke my daydream.

"Eh yes?!" sahutku.

"Lo hear ya?" tanyakanya.

"A.. what is it?" my many.

"Tomorrow I set the schedule with the obstetrician, you check the lo's contents!" terang Adnan's.

"But tomorrow I go to work." I said.

"What reason should you have?" tanyaku plain.

"Say you're not feeling well or anything!" adnan replied, his tone sounded faint.

"The seed of such a young, handsome, wealthy businessman should not be wasted!" exclamation Adnan. I don't know why my tears slowly drip just like hearing Adnan call this fetus in my stomach like that. I don't like hearing it!

I woke up early. I was not satisfied with the test results last night, I went back to checking once again with a test pack to convince him, and the result remains the same as last night even the image of the two pink lines looks clearer from last night.

Finally I did what Adnan told me last night, I did not enter work today and did my fetal examination at the obstetrician that had been determined by Adnan.

I got 5th, I sat in the waiting chair that was in front of the examination room. Today there are many couples who check the condition of their babies who are still in the womb. From their facial expressions, it appeared that they were very happy. Should I be as happy as them? Here I am the only one doing the examination myself, not accompanied by a partner.
