A Stupidity

Episode 11

"Hello, Bayu?!" I finally decided to contact Bayu first to ask for instructions on what to do.

"Gue's the same as my girl, Mel! Why are you calling these nights?" asked Bayu, from his tone he seemed annoyed because I called him.

"Sorry!" slowly say.

"Hash stop! What's up?" ask Bayu.

"Gue just wants a story, Bay." I replied.

"What story?" ask Bayu again, it seems he can't wait to hear my story.

"Gue used to come every month on the 19th, the period came my month was always regular during this time but.." I said.

"But what?" Bayu is getting curious.

"But to this day I haven't come to the moon!" mylm.

"Well?!" Jayu sounded surprised.

"Seriously lo?" ask Bayu.

"Yes, Bay!" my answer.

"Lo's been trying to check the test pack?" ask Bayu again.

"Not yet, Bay." I replied.

"Let's check first, you send me the same results, later I will contact Adnan to determine the next step!" obviously Bayu.

"OK." sahutku.

I walked to the pharmacy that was not far from my contract to buy a test pack. My heart was pounding so hard, this was my first time buying a test pack, it felt so awkward!

"Night, madam!" greet the courteous pharmacy attendant. I smiled softly at the officer.

"What do you want to buy, mbak?" tanyakanya.

"Ee.. Is there a test pack, mbak?" ask me in a whispering voice.

"There's mbak! How much are you gonna buy?" ask the curly-haired woman.

"Who's the test pack for?" ask the pharmacy staff. Ow hell! What do I have to answer?

"The mother is not married, is she?!" the pharmacy attendant. I didn't expect that anyone would recognize me around here too, but I was always busy working from morning to night and on holiday rarely hung out with this neighborhood.

"My house is close to the bakery where she works, I often see her there!" reveal the officer. Oh, he deserves to know me!

"Oh yes, ma'am!" I said while laughing.

"Who is this test pack for?" He repeated the troublesome question again.

"To his wife my friend mbak!" my lies.

"Oh, who's the store clerk, too?" the canal.

"No! There's something else, mbak!" my spoken. The vow! This apothecary was asking too many questions and curious! It sucks!

Finally, the pharmacist gave me the test pack I ordered. I hurried to leave the pharmacy so that no more questions could be thrown from the pharmacy's mouth. I hid the test pack in my jacket pocket, because if my neighbors found out I bought a test pack it would be a great story between them.

I opened the test pack after I was in my contract and locked the door tightly. I read carefully the instructions for its use on the packaging. My heart was pounding very fast and it was getting faster when the device started to show results. Hashe! My chest feels so tight!
