A Soul On Paper

A Soul On Paper
J.D.A.K CHAPTER 70.

Time passed, today was exactly one week after Yuna woke up from a coma. The doctor had allowed Yuna to be outpatient, so Elkan started packing because this afternoon he was going to take Yuna home.

Before returning home, Elkan went to the hospital. Looks like she needs a nurse to help take care of her two babies. Yuna's condition has not made it possible to move too much. Elkan did not want Yuna to be stressed because it could affect her health and also her ASI production.

After going through a long process, Elkan managed to attract Sister Reni as the caretaker of her two babies. Sister Reni also happily agreed because Elkan promised her a hefty salary. It just so happened that he desperately needed money for his two younger siblings' school fees.

Sister Reni came from out less able, but because of her persistence she managed to get a scholarship until her college was completed. While both of his parents were divorced and did not know where, they left all three and never returned until this moment.

A new luxury car is parked in front of the hospital. Mr. Usup got out of the car and walked towards his employer's room.

"Mister, Madam, congratulations on your new status as Father and Mother" said Mr. Usup as he extended his hand.

"Thank You Mr. Usup," said Elkan and Yuna together, then welcomed Mr. Usup's hand in turn.

"Sir, please take these things to the car. I'm still waiting for Beno" exclaimed Elkan as he pointed at two suitcases, a small bag and some baby equipment that had been neatly arranged at the bottom of the floor.

Mr. Usup nodded quickly. "Okay, sir,"

According to Elkan's orders, Mr. Usup also brought these items to the car.

At 4 p.m., Beno arrived at the hospital. Immediately he headed to Yuna's room after he got a call from Elkan.

"Would you be ready to go home now?" greet Beno who was already standing in the doorway.

"Yes, but we are the same Mr. Usup. You go with Sister Reni!" sahut Elkan's.

Beno frowned. "Where?"

"From today, Sister Reni will be working as the nanny of the twins. Take her clothes to her house, then take her home!" elkan.

"Oh, fine." replied Beno briefly.

"Sus, go with Beno! We're waiting at home." added Elkan.

"No sir, I can do it myself. Just give me the address, I'll be there to take a taxi!" reject Sister Reni, she felt bad to trouble her master.

"No, this is an order!" Elkan showed his serious face. Inevitably, sister Reni was forced to nod.

Elkan pushed the wheelchair his wife occupied, there was their little daughter in Yuna's lap. While their son is still in Sister Reni's arms. They all left the room at the same time.

Arriving at the parking lot, Elkan took his daughter from Yuna's lap and gave it to Beno. He lifted Yuna up and sat her on the back bench.

After Yuna's safe sitting position, Elkan again took her daughter from Beno's hands, then gave it to Yuna. After Elkan sat down, sister Reni gave the son to Elkan.

"Thank you, we're waiting at home!" elkan said with a small smile.

After the door shifted and closed tightly, Mr. Usup also drove his vehicle down the highway.

Now only Beno and Sister Reni live there. Actually the girl was still sad about having to leave the hospital this fast, but she also had no other choice. This job is very promising, he just wants to give the best for his two younger siblings.

Beno frowned. "Why are you still standing? Come, in!"

Sister Reni was aghast and turned her neck to face Beno. Then nodded weakly without a word.

Beno went in first and sat on the steering wheel, while sister Reni seemed confused to open the door which. It felt very awkward because this was the first time for him to ride a luxury car, let alone be with a man he had not known before.

The girl's hand moved open the back door, immediately Beno turned his head with sharp glaring eyes.

"Hey, up ahead! You think I'm a driver?" ketus Beno is a little upset.

"Sorry sir," Sister Reni closed the door again and switched to open the front door.

After the door opened, the girl did not enter immediately. He instead bent his back while staring intensely at Beno's bead eyes. "Sir, I'll take a taxi."

Beno tightened his jaw until it was perfectly sculpted. "Lake in!"

Sister Reni rounded her eyes, shocked to hear Beno's sudden voice prying her eardrums. "But Sir-"

Sister Reni nodded weakly, then lifted up one leg and sat down next to Beno. Not long after, Beno drove his vehicle to leave the hospital.

Along the way, the two of them just remained silent without making a sound. Moreover, Sister Reni who seemed agitated while playing the tips of her fingers located on top of her thighs, while her eyes focused on the streets.

Fifteen minutes passed, sister Reni asked Beno to stop the speed of his vehicle. Circumstances around him made Beno frown back.

"You live here?" beno asked as he continued to roll his bead in all directions.

"Yes sir, but it's deep in there." The girl pointed at a narrow passageway that could not be passed by four-wheeled vehicles. "I go down first sir, you just wait here!"

Sister Reni opened the door and went down. Just walking a few steps, Beno shouted until the girl's steps stopped instantly. "Wait on! I'm coming,"

Sister Reni turned around and knitted her brows. While Beno immediately ran over while pressing the remote of his car. Inevitably, the girl was forced to let Beno come with her.

"Since when have you lived here?" tanya Beno opened the conversation. The two of them leisurely waltzed into that narrow passageway.

"It's been a long time sir" replied Sister Reni.

Beno nodded as he continued to look at his surroundings. Not long after, they arrived at a small contract so simple.

"It's my contract sir, sorry just a simple hut. If you'd like to, please come in!" haggle the girl. In his mind Beno would not be willing to set foot in that hut. His name was also a rich man, where he could be seen in a slum like this.

But the thought of sister Reni turned out to be wrong, Beno instead entered to follow her without the slightest awkwardness. He also sat at the bottom of the floor which was only covered with a mat.

"Do you want a drink?" ask sister Reni.

"No, just pack the things you need!" politely decline Beno.

Sister Reni nodded slowly, then left Beno and went into the room.

A teenage boy came out of the other room, before long a teenage girl also came out of the kitchen.

"Eh, there's a guest." The two teenagers looked at Beno from toe to toe, then experienced him without knowing who the guest was.

Beno could only smile at the attitude of the two teenagers, it seemed like they were very well educated by both parents.

"Whose brother? Reni's sister's boyfriend, huh?" seloroh Sari is the younger sister of sister Reni.

"Hust, watch your talk! Not polite to know," said Amit who is the first sister of Sister Reni. Beno also chuckled at the behavior of the brothers.

Not long after, Sister Reni came out carrying a medium-sized bag. "Hey, what are you doing here? Don't tell me to disturb this father!"

"Mr?" Amit and Sari rounded their eyes wide.

"This is Brother's employer. From today, I work at my father's house. You can't be naughty yeah, every Sunday big brother will come see you." explained sister Reni.

"Huh, so you don't live with us anymore?" ask Sari with teary eyes.

"It's only temporary, after all this is for you too" sister Reni said.

Amit and Sari looked at her brother wryly. They knew Reni was fighting desperately just to make ends meet.

The two got up and hugged Reni tightly. "So patient brother! After Amit graduated, Amit promised to make Brother happy."

Sister Reni rubbed the heads of her two sisters. "No need, this has become the responsibility of Brother as the oldest child."

Whether what happened to Beno until his heart was filled with the sight, the words he heard also became a big question mark in his mind.

"Yes, Brother go first! Don't be naughty, don't fight! Study hard to graduate with the best grades!" said sister Reni.

Amit and Sari nodded and waved their hands. Beno and Reni step into the car.
