Half an hour passed, Reynold walked out of his room. A look of regret was evident in his eyes after saying that to Laura. He wanted to apologize but didn't find Laura out there.

Reynolds's face turned riled up. He realized that he should not have behaved like that towards Laura, maybe his wife had her own reasons to say like that.

But where's Laura? Why did he disappear? Shouldn't he be in Reynolds' room?

"Crazy, have you seen my wife?" asked Reynold who looked very agitated.

Nila is Reynolds general secretary, while Laura will be his personal secretary. Reynold had also prepared a table in his room for Laura. Starting today Laura will take care of her personal needs while accompanying her if there are meetings in the office or outside the office.

"Wife?" Nila knitted her brows. Since when the president of the company had a wife, he had no idea. "Sorry sir, who do you mean?"

Reynold realized after hearing Nila's words just now, he remembered not having been able to introduce Laura to the staff on the floor. All because of the momentary emotions that eventually make it difficult for himself.

"I mean the woman who came with me. She's wearing a long-sleeved white tight sweater and dark brown pants, her hair-"

"Oh, so that woman is your wife?" Nila cut Reynold's words with a smile. "So he asked me where the toilet was, it might still be in the back" he added.

Hearing that, Reynold immediately swung his long steps towards the direction of the toilet. He did not even ignore Nila who was still staring at him in surprise.

Arriving at the back, Reynold opened the women's toilet door one by one but there was no one in there. Her face was getting tangled, was Laura really offended by her words earlier?

Reynold rubbed his face violently, then inhaled as much air as he could.

"Darling, where are you? Ma'am, ma'am," muttered Reynold regretfully.

Reynold left the toilet and got into the elevator, so maybe Laura had gone downstairs because she didn't want to see him.

Arriving at the lobby, Reynold exclaimed to ask Laura whereabouts to his employees who were there. Who knows if any of them saw it. "Did you see my wife?" tanyakanya.

A female employee stood up straight from her seat. "Mrs Laura just got out, sir" she replied.

Reynolds eyes perfectly rounded hearing that. There's no mistaking it, Laura must have been offended and could have been mad at him. Otherwise, Laura might have left the office without her knowledge.

Soon Reynold ran after Laura, maybe his wife was not far from the office. Maybe he makes his wife sad on his first day of work, what kind of husband he is. Thought in the heart.

About a mile from the office, there is a bus stop. Behind him was a flower garden and a very shady tree. It was there that Laura sat down, an iron chair that bore silent witness to the fall of Laura's tears.

I don't know why Reynold's words in the elevator made her heart hurt. After what happened between them, how could Laura not consider him a nobody? Was Laura so hopeful that her heart was sad to hear that?

Laura did not want to acknowledge Reynold as her husband. But he needed time, he did not want to be considered taking advantage of the circumstances. He also needed time to adjust, however their marriage happened so suddenly. He didn't know Reynolds before.

But now what happened, Reynold got angry and told him that. Then for what else he was there, it turned out that the two of them were nobody. Laura's tears started to break even more considering that, even though she had already started to open her heart to Reynold.

Why was his life ruined like this? What mistakes has he made in the past that should bear this kind of punishment?

Why is it that when he has given up everything, now comes another different problem. Why is his life never out of trouble? Should he go as far as possible so that no one else would burden his mind.

Laura swept her face to wipe away the trace of tears falling on her cheeks. He took a deep breath and tried to strengthen himself.

Then Laura swung her legs towards the bus stop and boarded the bus that was stopping there. I don't know where he's going, he doesn't know himself. Returning to Bali would not be possible, obviously Reynold has a branch company there.

Half an hour passed, Laura got off at a bus stop not far from the train station. Maybe it would have been better if he had left so that Reynold would no longer have to think about his responsibilities.

With little money in her bag, Laura bought a ticket to the city of Yogyakarta. He did not even think about how his life would be there, even if it was okay as long as it did not bother others anymore.

Accompanied by tears, Laura made up her mind and got into the train that was about to depart in a few minutes. Goodbye memories, goodbye pain. Only that sentence was ringing in Laura's mind at this moment.

At the same time, Reynold seemed to panic because he could not find Laura anywhere. Reynold had even seen the CCTV around the office but got no answer.

Reynold drove his car through every corner of the capital's streets, had been circling for five hours but had not found Laura either until this moment.

Before long, Reynolds' phone rang in his pants pocket. He pulls out his car and immediately picks up a call that turns out to be from his cousin Yuna's sister.

"Hello, what's wrong Yun?" reynold answered after their phone call was connected.

"Rey, where are you?" yuna asked from across the street.

"On the road, what's up?" reynold replied casually as if nothing had happened to him.

"Rey, you look at the news. Just now I saw in the sosmed said there was a train majoring in Jogja that had an accident, one of the victims named-" Yuna paused her speech, she could not continue it.

"Whose name?" reynold asked without any suspicion.

Yuna flinched at Reynold's question, she was completely unable to say so giving her phone to Elkan's hand.

"Yun, why shut up? What's the victim's name? Do I know him?" review Reynolds with a question.

Elkan who heard that immediately made a sound. "I'm sorry Rey, I hope you won't be surprised to hear this. One of the victims was named Laura Frances. Victims not found until this moment. The new officer managed to find the bag."

"Deg!"

Reynold's body suddenly weakened until the phone he was holding fell on his leg. His chest was congested with heart rumbles as if half his life had slipped from his body.

Why was Laura on that train? Did Laura want to leave him? Reynold ruffled his hair and shouted as loud as he could. What has she done to make Laura have to experience the tragic incident? Reynold was so sorry he blamed himself.
