Chapter 33: Expose
“Riel come with me”
Ariella turned her head, looking at Mederick with a puzzled look. They just finished breakfast together. And suddenly the man asked her to leave.
“Where?” tannya
“Ke my office” Mederick.
“You sure?”
“Hmm. I want everyone to know if you're my wife” Mederick said.
Instead of melting, Ariella was horrified by the man's words. If he is exposed, it means that there will be more threats that endanger his life. Even more so if he walks beside Mederick.
Mederick may have good reflexes to protect himself, but what about him?
Ariella intends to refuse but see Mederick's gaze first threatened to make Ariella forced to agree to the man's invitation.
“After I change clothes first” said Ariella, Mederick smiled.
Just 10 minutes for Ariella to prepare finally the woman down the stairs. Mederick stared at Ariella's look. He knew Ariella liked the color white so he deliberately bought Ariella a lot of white clothes like the current Riel is very beautiful with a white dress attached to her body.
Mederick was unable to take his eyes off Ariella. He likes to see Ariella in that white dress. But he was also not willing if other men saw him let alone they would go to the office of Mederick which is almost all of the men's workers.
They walked to the main door. There were drivers and cars waiting for them. The driver opened the door for Ariella, he stared at Ariella's appearance, while Mederick the man approached the driver who had closed the door Ariella.
“Ken” Said Mederick making the driver turn his head.
“Ya Mr Winston?”
“Dragon your view from mine” whispered Mederick cold. It can make anyone who hears it feel scared. Ken looked down and apologized. After that Mederick got in the car sitting himself right next to Ariella.
The car starts running with Ken as the driver
“Where's Jack? I haven't seen him lately. You fired him?” ask Ariella
“He is not a driver but my assistant and his job at the office” Obviously Mederick while rubbing Ariella's head affectionately
“Oh, I thought you fired him”
“You want me to fire him?” Mederick asked back
“No, a competent person like Jack was not to be wasted” secretly Mederick nodded in agreement with Ella's remark.
The car they were driving stopped. Ariella notices Mederick wearing her silver mask and turns to the towering luxury building in front of her. On the front there is the inscription ‘Winston Group’. A sign that the company belongs to the Winston family.
Mederick walked into the lobby with his hands wrapped around Ariella's waist. He stared intently at the man who was unable to take his eyes off Ariella.
“Jaga kata yamu” says Mederick. He could no longer bear the vexation when there was another man looking at Ariella like that. As a result of Mederick's words, the men who were there immediately lowered their heads. But not with some women who still greet them politely.
The elevator opens, Mederick walks out still by embracing Ariella.in front of him, Ariella sees a woman with quite open clothes standing up to welcome them.
“Good morning, Sir and ..” Say hello to Alexa who looks confused to call Ariella with what call
“She's my wife” Sela Mederick, she introduced Ariella to Alexa
Ariella could see Alexa's surprised look before the Mederick secretary reviewed the faint smile that seemed forced and greeted her
“I'm sorry for my ignorance Mrs Winston” Alexa said.
“No papa” Ariella smiles thinly. An idea flashed through his mind. Suddenly Ariella hugged Mederick tightly
“Why?” Mederick asked puzzled by Ariella's sudden hugging him
Ariella shook her head but not with her gaze glancing at Alexa. The woman clenched her hands which made Ariella smile on her side. Ariella could conclude that Mederick's secretary did not like his existence.
“Schedule today?” Mederick asked as he turned his gaze to Alexa.
“Jam 2 you have one meeting with the CEO of Parke Company, Sir” Alexa replied formally, however Mederick is the boss.
Mederick cleared his throat then stroked Ella's hair “You're tired?” Mederick asked, Ariella nodded
“Where is your room?” Ariella asked, this time she got even bolder to kiss Mederick's jaw. The man growled and pulled Ariella into a room not far from Alexa.
After being inside Mederick's den, Ariella pushed Mederick away. Mederick smiled slanted, he already knew that before it was one of Ariella's tactics
“You're jealous?” mederick suddenly said. Ariella who was watching the workspace Mederick looked back
“Jealous? On whom?” Ariella asked back
“Try to inconnet, hmm?” Mederick moved closer to Ariella, narrowing the gap between them.
“You don't plan on attacking me now do you?”
“You who bullied me”
“Oh come on, I just realized if you're really crazy, Der” Ariella rolled her eyes puffed in contrast to Mederick who chuckled softly.
Mederick sits in a chair and opens his macbook while Ariella sits on the couch playing with her phone. A message came in, it made Ella smile.
“Looks like you're happy” said Mederick suddenly. Ariella stared at Mederick, her silver gini mask changing into clear glasses that looked perfectly framed her face.
“Fish the fishing rod eats the bait very well” replied Ariella with her wide smile
