211. Proposing

After work, Adam stopped by one of the jewelry stores. He intends to buy a ring to propose to Tiwi later tonight.

"Please, how can we help you?" the shop staff greeted Adam.

"I want to find a ring to propose to you."

"Please choose here. Want to choose which one, shape and size can be adjusted if the choices we offer are less suitable. Or you can bring your partner to measure first."

Tiwi, who had memorized Adam's voice, deliberately kept silent in the room, while listening to their conversation.

Meanwhile, after making small talk, Adam immediately conveyed the meaning of his arrival.

Both of Tiwi's parents also agreed with Adam's mother's words.

"But sorry in advance, does this have anything to do with what I said the other day, son of Adam?"

"No sir. I really wanted to propose to Tiwi."

"We as Tiwi parents agree, but all decisions are in Tiwi's hands. He has the right to decide. Let us call you first."

Mother Siti immediately stood towards Tiwi's room. After knocking on the door repeatedly but with no answer, he pushed open the door, which was not in the lock.

"You listening to our conversation?"

Hearing the noise from Tiwi's room, invited the attention of those who were sitting in the living room. Mr. Somad rushed over and asked what had happened.

Adam who felt unsettled immediately approached them, even though his mother had forbidden him, because it was not polite.

"Tiwis. What's going on with you?" Adam was shocked to see Tiwi still leaning against the wall and looking weak.

He immediately squatted down and examined her.

"I'm nothing" said Tiwi, feeling bad.

Adam immediately lifted Tiwi's body and placed it on the bed. He asked Ms. Siti to rub Tiwi's hands and feet with eucalyptus oil. Mr. Somad took warm tea.

After a few minutes passed, Tiwi felt much better. They gathered in Tiwi's room.

"Tiwi, want Adam here to propose to you. Are you ready?" ask father.
