Young Jurist
197. Don't call sir

That afternoon, Adam's doctor drove his mother to buy Hajj souvenirs. His mother did not have time to buy souvenirs in Arabia during Umrah, so he bought in the area near his home.

"Adam. Faster a little dong." cried his mother from behind the door.

"A little while ma. Adam just changed his clothes." Adam replied while shouting a little.

Her mother massaged her chest, trying to wait patiently for her firstborn.

Adam was a man who was very attentive to appearance. It takes him minutes just to look at himself in front of a mirror.

"Oh my God, did you wait for Adam here?"

Adam was so surprised when he opened the door of his room, and saw his mother leaning against the outside wall of his room.

"You are, if you are not waiting for your mother, it will certainly be much longer." his mother immediately walked down the stairs.

Adam immediately drove his car to the store that his mother meant. My mom used to shop at that store. Usually, it is always delivered by the driver. But knowing Adam was at home, he finally wanted to be delivered by his son.

Along the way, his mother kept nagging him for not getting married. Because her sister is engaged.

Actually, his mother wanted Adam to marry first, and then his sister. In order not to be considered bujang weathered by others. But the boyfriend just does not have, then want to marry who he is? Finally, his sister got engaged first.

"Ma, that soul mate will come just in time. Don't keep pressing Adam like this dong." he asked with a face that was clear. He also refocused on driving.

"You're not pressuring Adam, just reminding you. That your age is mature enough to build a household relationship. Mom and Dad were married at 19."

Adam no longer said, just silently listening to his mother speak. If he continues to chimed in the words of his mother, there will certainly be no end.

The car finally stopped at a crowded-looking store. Because the parking lot looks full. Both of them got out of the car.

His mother who has often been to the store, of course, is very familiar with the location of the goods display. He immediately headed to the storefront filled with date stock with various types. And Adam followed his mother.

Her mother chose her preferred date variant, while Adam was standing nearby, his eyes looking cautiously scanning into every corner of the room.

'It wasn't her. Precisely collision. Because I didn't do it on purpose Adam's mind, when he saw the woman wearing a wide headscarf standing at the cashier's desk serving the buyer with a friendly smile.

Unknowingly, his feet moved towards the woman standing in front of the cashier.

"You've been healed?" it was Adam's greeting that made the woman look her head up.

At first the woman frowned looking at who greeted her, then pulled a smile on her face

"Alhamdulillah, sir. Thank you for your help." said the woman nodding her head while smiling again.

"Mbak Tiwi, it's your turn to pray" said his friend who came back to surprise him. Because he patted Tiwi on the shoulder from behind.

"Excuse me sir, I want to pray Ashar first." said Tiwi politely and left Adam still dumbfounded.

Adam casually asked Anya about Tiwi. Until a clap of his hand shocked him.

"Adam, you can't leave mom alone."

"Eh, sorry ma, Adam was just around for a while, keep resting here" said Adam berkilah.

An employee prepares Adam's mother's order, and Anya totals the amount of the payment.

By the time Anya was counting the money she had received from her mother Adam, Tiwi had finished praying, and returned to the cashier.

He smiled amiably while nodding his head towards Adam's mother. And then reply with a smile.

"You're cured, son?" ask Adam's mother to Tiwi.

"Alhamdulillah, it's Ma'am." Tiwi replied.

Adam felt a little strange, seeing those who were throwing smiles and his mother asking about his condition, as if they had known each other for a long time.

"Is the person who bumped into you also fully responsible to you?" asked Adam's mother again, which made Adam wrinkle his forehead.

"Em, thank God yes Ma'am. That person is very kind, willing to take full responsibility for the incident the other day." Tiwi replied with a bow.

"Alhamdulillah, I am glad to hear it. She doesn't like it when someone doesn't want to take responsibility for her mistakes. If you meet someone like that, ready to be ready for you to hit using a wooden stick" said the mother with a stirring gebu.

Adam shuddered in horror at the words of his mother, making him grimace while rubbing his hand. Tiwi who saw that couldn't help but smile.

"You why Dam? Can't you hit him?" her mother nodded her forehead looking at her.

"Mama, let's go home." Adam pulled his mother's arm.

"Wait a minute, sir. We wrap the gitf package first."

"Sir?" reset mom. He scrunched his forehead when Tiwi called his son as sir.

"Son, this is my son, please don't call me sir. He has no family. Could die if you call her that." Mama's cerocos that made Adam and Tiwi misbehaved. But Anya who was still there giggled small.

Tiwi and Anya immediately wrapped up each package of the gift. Adam and his mother were sitting in a chair not far from the cash register. The two continued to notice the extremely flexible Tiwi wrapping the gift package.

After all the business was done, the mother and child couple immediately came out carrying the gift package with help from Tiwi and Anya, because the number was quite a lot. They even had to go back and forth to pick it up.

Due to exhaustion, Tiwi almost collapsed. Luckily Adam who was in front of him immediately caught his body.

"Aren't you anything?"

"Ngga anything sir. Eh doc." said Tiwi with a soft look.

"But your face is pale? You sick?"

"Me, just fasting."

"Yes, you rest first. Let me take the rest of the package."

Adam asked Tiwi to come inside and find a seat. Her mother who was looking, seemed to develop a smile on her face.

'Is my son starting to fall in love?' my mother soon followed the two inside.

Mama immediately pulled out the eucalyptus oil and poured it into Tiwi's hands so as not to tremble, then brought the oil closer to her nose in order to relieve her breathing.

"You'd better cancel your fast. Rather than sick." Adam suggested. However Tiwi shook his head weakly.

"By the stage, 2 hours are open as well."

"2 hours is long. You wanna pass out on the street?"

"Adam. You should take the remaining package. Let mama accompany nak Tiwi here." reprimanded her mother.

Adam snorted angrily and then moved from his seat to pick up the package.

All packages have been put in the car. Adam soon caught up with his mother who was still inside. Then the two said goodbye to Tiwi.

On the way, Adam seemed silent. With a thousand questions in his mind. Why did his mother get to know Tiwi.

"Ma, why did you look so familiar with the store employee?"

"Mama has been subscribed there Dam, of course familiar. From the owner to his employees."

Not only that, his mother also told him at length about one by one store employees. And for his mother, Tiwi quite attracted his heart. Adam mangosteen heard his mother's explanation.

'Ah, why did mom so much praise that employee?'
