Engagement

After the completion of the application procession and engagement, the event continued with the reception as well as the event of introduction between the two extended families. During the event, Elaine must continue to hold Edward while continuing to hold her feelings.

“Elaine, congratulations yes..Kok ga stories if you have a relationship with Edward?” Said one of his cousins who happened to know Edward too.

Elaine only smiled but did not answer the question of her mother's brother. Edward clasped Elaine's hand and helped Elaine out of the rigid atmosphere.

“Elaine and I did decide not to say anywhere before everything was certain. If you are engaged like this, it is already half way. Right, Honey?” Edward answered while stroking Elaine's hand. There was no other choice, Elaine simply nodded.

During the event, Elaine subconsciously squeezes Edward's arm several times, leading Edward to turn his head and realize how depressed Elaine really is. In his heart came a speck of regret over the decisions and actions taken by both their parents, even with Edward's approval.

If you can be honest, actually Edward was happy with the decision made by their parents because Edward did like Elaine. Their first meeting on Elaine's sixth birthday retorts, making Edward fall in love at first sight at Elaine's beauty. Elaine's indifferent nature also made her curious about the girl. The opportunity to be in class with Elaine also makes Edward better able to know the girl better, even they become a pair of friends. Edward hopes in his heart that one day Elaine can accept him and love him, even though Edward knows there is already Ellio who has Elaine's heart. But lucky for him, Elaine's parents do not approve of Elaine's relationship with Ellio and instead betrothed him to Edward.

Edward stroked Elaine's hand, calming her down. Elaine looked at Edward for a moment, then threw away her face. Edward smiled wryly, Elaine was angry at him.

Suddenly, a new decision was made at the reception. The family spelling of Elaine's father, Edward's father, Edward and Elaine, was decided from that day on that Elaine would be left in Edward's house. Elaine felt like she was going to faint to hear this decision.

Elaine fought back. When he stays at Edward's house, he automatically can't see Ellio anymore. At school, Edward will be watching her. But no matter how hard Elaine fought, Papa Dylan's decision was unanimous. From that night on, Elaine will be staying at Edward's house.

Elaine was crying. The parents who saw his tears, no one touched him, Only Edward's mother, Mama Rosa, who occasionally looked at her future daughter-in-law with a look of pity. As for Edward, he looked up to Elaine. He is hurt to see how Elaine insists on staying with Ellio, which means rejecting him.

Under the table, Edward clasped Elaine's hand, intending to provide her with strength and entertainment. But Elaine quickly shook Edward's hand.

Reception is over. The invited guests have mostly gone home, only a few people will also leave the hotel soon.

Elaine gets into Edward's papa car, Papa Hans, after getting a hug and a kiss from Mama Angel and Papa Dylan. Elaine's most important items such as clothes and school supplies had been delivered by Papa Dylan's driver from her home to Edward's.

In the car, Elaine sits next to Mama Rosa, while Edward sits next to Papa Hans.

“Do not worry, later your room will be very comfortable. Your mom said you like flowers, right? Your room will always be filled with beautiful flowers.” Said Mama Rosa, trying to comfort Elaine who looks disappointed with the decision. Elaine just smiled politely at the words Mama Rosa comforted her.

They arrived at Edward's house. Mama Rosa immediately showed me a new room for Elaine. Luckily, the room had a wide window overlooking the flower garden next to the house. So more or less, Elaine could still stare at the flowers like at her house.

Elaine sat down beside her bed. His tears kept dripping, his heart ached as he kept on remembering Ellio.

“Ellio..” Whisper in his tears. ”Ellio, can you hear me? How is this, I'm confused..”.

Until the family finally finished enjoying dinner, Elaine still occasionally shed her tears.

By the time she went to bed, Elaine had changed her clothes and went up to her bed. That night drizzling down, Elaine could hear a speck of rain water hitting the window of her room.

Elliott! Suddenly the inner Elaine gasped. He got up and ran to the window.

In front of the window, she saw little elf Ellio sitting with a smile on the window court. His round eyes looked at Elaine, his body and wings wet from the splash of rain.

Elaine immediately opened the window, then grabbed Ellio's body with her hand. After closing the window back, while holding Ellio, Elaine ran to the bathroom to get a towel.

Elaine sits at her study table drying Ellio's little body with her towel. Elaine did it in silence and while daydreaming. Until Ellio's body was dry, Elaine still rubbed the towel.

Ellio just kept watching Elaine. His eyes continued to look at Elaine, observing whatever Elaine was doing. Elaine's expression, Elaine's occasional tears still dripped, to the ring that coiled on Elaine's finger.

Suddenly, Ellio jumps off Elaine's desk and is instantly transformed into a human. He immediately grabbed Elaine into his arms. Stroking her hair, wanting to make Elaine calmer.

Elaine's tears are getting louder in Ellio's arms. He sobbed and hugged Ellio.

“Stt... Already, already. Ga what, we still survive yes. Stay another week, dear... A week..” He said softly, still stroking Elaine's hair.

“I've got a bond with Edward.” Elaine cried as she rubbed her face against Ellio's chest.

“That's not your will, is it? I already know everything.” Ellio said quickly. “Again, it's only an engagement, not a wedding.” Connect again.

Elaine looked at Ellio with her eyes still glazed over. Ellio smiled then grabbed Elaine's hand, grasping it.

Ellio stared at Elaine's hand when she accidentally touched Edward's ring. Suddenly he was silent. Elaine realized this, then tried to remove the ring from her finger.

“I don't like this ring.” He said while trying to remove the ring.

Ellio prevented Elaine from removing her ring, she shook her head with a smile. Then he stretched out his hands into the air, moving them as if he were knitting something. A moment later, he flicked his hand into the air, and an object appeared in Ellio's hand.

Elaine watched Ellio's movements, until Ellio finally reached out his hand, giving him the object he had just knitted. A simple ring was made of a shiny white weed knit grass.

Elaine's eyes shone, staring in admiration at the ring. It is simple, yet so beautiful.

Ellio took the ring, then pinned it on Elaine's middle finger, side by side with Edward's ring.

“This is our fastening ring. There's a fairy blessing in it.” Whisper Ellio while stroking the ring. “Hold in a moment, after which this ring will turn into our eternal fastener. Next week, I'll pick you up as my bride. Stay here, take care of your health for a week. Don't worry, I'll take you next week. With this situation, isn't everything easier? Your mama's papa will get used to it faster without you.” Connect Ellio in Elaine's ear, while continuing to stroke her hair.

Ellio parsed his embrace, stroked Elaine's face and kissed her lips. Elaine smiled, her soul is much calmer now. He was convinced that his mother's plan to separate him from Ellio would not work. He will be reunited with Ellio.

“You slept?” Whisper Ellio again. Elaine nodded her head.

Ellio immediately got into Elaine's bed and got into her blanket. Elaine soon catches up with him and hugs Ellio's body under his blanket. They went back to sleep hugging that night.
