The Answer to Ellio

Elaine felt her body so cold. Real cold. It was so cold that he finally shivered.

His ears caught the sounds around him, so crowded. The sound of footsteps rattling was also heard.

Sayup-sayup grinned at the sound of people calling his name. Elaine was trying to recognize the voice. Papa and mama's voice.

Slowly Elaine opened her eyes. Samar, it began to appear the face of the mother who was full of tears and the face of the smiling papa.

“Mama?” Elaine asked confused. Mama nodded her head while crying out.

Elaine turned to the door when she heard the knocking. Edward stood at the door smiling.

Elaine smiled and waved her hand, calling for Edward to enter.

“How are you doing? How, have you done it?” Edward asked while sitting on the chair beside Elaine's bed. Elaine nodded again.

“It's been much better. How are you, how are you?” Ask Elaine.

“I'm quiet, sit alone in class.” Edward laughed in response to Elaine's question. Elaine laughed too.

“I came here a few days ago, but you are not aware, still in ICU.” Said Edward again. “What's really going on, why did you faint so?” Edward asked curiously.

Elaine shook her head. “I don't know, I just feel like my head hurts so much. Then I fainted. Just like that. That's all I know from Mama.” Elaine.

Edward put his head down. “Then, now how? After ICU, you've been in this room for three days. Aren't you bored?” Say again.

Elaine smiled faintly. “I just rest. I feel exhausted.” Said Elaine. He did not want to open his mind to Edward.

Edward smiled at Elaine's reply. Next they spoke on any topic, from school subjects to Edward's activities outside of school hours.

As they were chatting, Mama Angel came over. He smiled to see Edward in the room. Edward himself immediately stood up and bowed his head to Mama Angel.

Mama Angel is happy that Edward came and accompanied Elaine. He recognized her when Edward came to see Elaine while Elaine was still in the ICU. Edward was a polite boy, and he kindly greeted Mama Angel and Papa Dylan.

“Why don't you go out of the room, El? Walk in the garden as usual, you like the flowers and fish pond here, right?” Mama Angel's proposal, made Edward and Elaine turn. “Kan is there Edward, accompanied by Edward only, yes?” Connect Mama Angel again.

“Come, El, I'll accompany. Coincidentally I've never seen a park in this hospital.” Edward.

With the weight of the day, Elaine nodded. He is less excited to the park, it seems more comfortable just lying in the room.

Edward helped mom prepare a wheelchair for Elaine. Mama smiles when she sees Elaine being carried by Edward to be seated in a wheelchair, although Elaine fights and debates Edward. Then Edward pushed Elaine's wheelchair into the back garden of the hospital, according to Elaine's instructions.

At the park, Elaine was like a flashback to when she was eight years old. Sitting in a wheelchair under the same pohom, but this time with Edward here, not Ellio.

“Ahh, fresh. No wonder you like it here, the garden is fresh. Better much than in the room. You should come down here more often, El, than you're bored in the room. ” Said Edward while sitting cross-legged on the floor.

Edward was looking behind Elaine. Elaine immediately followed Edward's gaze.

“Ellio!” Elaine Fizzle. Ellio was standing, holding on to a tree trunk, looking towards Elaine and then at Edward. Edward and Ellio stared intently at each other.

“Ellio!” Elaine exclaimed louder, she immediately turned her wheelchair, stretched out her hand and tried to reach Ellio.

Ellio took a quick glance at Elaine, then walked up to her and hugged her.

“Ellio, I miss.” Elaine Adu. Ellio stroked Elaine's back.

Edward tilted his head. Elliott? I think I've heard that name. Edward tried to remember, and then he widened his eyes when a memory touched him.

Is this the Ellio the girl once said?

“Edward..” Elaine's voice resuscitates Edward.

“Can you please leave me alone with Ellio?” Elaine said slowly. Edward flinched, suddenly feeling left out. Without saying anything, he immediately left the park and decided to go home.

Ellio looked into Elaine's eyes deeply, then extended his hand caressing the girl's cheek.

“Sorry, I didn't come these few days.” Said Ellio quietly. Elaine nodded.

“Ga what, I also need thinking time.” Elaine's Sahut. He caught Ellio's hand on his cheek, then grabbed it.

“I... Already know about us.” Call Elaine again. Ellio looked at Elaine again, not understanding what Elaine said.

“About Peri Melva.” Said Elaine slowly, then hardened her hand when she saw Ellio's eyes grow.

“Who? Who told you that?” His fury angry.

Elaine shook her head while patting Ellio's hand, trying to make Ellio calm down.

“I understand everything. You knew? I now love melva.” more and more Said Elaine with a smile, then waved her hand at the melva shrub that grew under the tree.

“After sunflower, of course.” He nodded again with a smile teasing Ellio.

Ellio just stared flat, apparently still upset because someone told Elaine a story of the past.

Elaine sighed, then shook Ellio's hand. Slightly shook her to make Ellio more relaxed and diverted his emotions.

“It turns out this is all because of me. I was the first to like you. I came to you. I also broke the rules of the universe. I am the condemned one, who makes miserable the people around me, including Papa and Mama.” Said slowly.

“But I'm looking for you. So what is happening to me right now, this is the result of my own deeds and will.” Cut Ellio.

“And I don't want to make you become condemned anymore.” Elaine said as she looked into Ellio's eyes. Tears had already condensed in Elaine's eyes.

Elaine looked at Ellio. Ellio squeezed Elaine's hand with a smile, channeling her spirit. Finally, with a hesitant face, Elaine nodded.

Ellio exhaled a sigh of relief. 

"I've hurt a lot of people. Now, I'm gonna hurt you." Elaine said with a smile.

Ellio smiled too. "I'm going to hurt you, too. Whatever hurts you in my world, I hope you can survive."

Elaine smile. They hold each other's hands.
