The Calamity of the Bearer
The morning sunlight that broke through the ventilation gap of the room made Arini squirm and awake from the sound.
After dawn prayers the twenty-six-year-old woman chose to close her eyes again because since last night she could barely sleep for a moment. Nausea, vomiting, accompanied by dizziness in the head makes Arini have to go back and forth to the bathroom.
Seeing his wife falling asleep from the dawn of Malik, the husband chose to dwell in the kitchen preparing breakfast for the two of them.
After breakfast Malik took the wife to the nearest practice midwife. Because the man suspected his wife was not in ordinary pain. Not until ten minutes they were in front of the village midwife's house.
A few minutes waiting for the queue to hear Arini's name called and welcome to enter the check room. The senior midwife asked what complaints were felt. After hearing all the complaints told by Arini in detail. The midwife smiled faintly and asked, "What date was the month yesterday the first day of the last period?"
"Sorry, Mom, what do you mean, huh? Arini's forehead frowned at the sign of not understanding the question asked by the midwife just now.
"Last the Neng dapet menstruation when? What date? The midwife repeated her question.
"Last got my period on June 29th, Mom, July 5th I got married." Arini.
"That's a week before the wedding, huh, Neng, the first day of her last period?" ask the midwife to make sure.
"Yes, Mom, right. Even during the wedding ceremony, I was still in a state of menstruation" replied the black hijab woman clearly.
The midwife then told Arini to go to the bathroom to urinate and put her in a bowl. As well as asking for urine to be taken to the check room to be despacked using a pregnancy detection device.
Arini obeys all instructions from the midwife. Although his heart was a little uncomfortable because he had to urinate while accommodated using the small object.
"Sorry, ma'am, here's the urine, okay?" tanya Arini smiled rattly. Hand over a small bowl of urine and then received by the midwife and put it on the table.
The midwife's hand picks up the object for a pregnancy test, after opening the package and dipping it into a bowl of urine. A few minutes later, there was a red two-colored line of the small, elongated object.
"Positive, Neng," said Bu midwife smiling kindly.
Hearing Bu midwife's words Arini's feelings raged between surprise and happiness. Not expecting at all if it will be so soon he entrusted the trust by the Almighty. When the age of marriage entered the five weeks she had tested positive for pregnancy.
After being calculated from HPHT (the first day of the last menstruation), the midwife stated that Arini's gestational age is now six weeks. Which immediately made Arini surprised and immediately commented.
"But, Mom, I got married on July 5th last month so it's only five weeks, six weeks pregnant?" it's full of question marks.
"Yes, Neng, because the gestational age is calculated from since HPHT or commonly called the first day of the last menstruation. Not counted on the time of intercourse or the wedding day." The midwife explained at length.
"But, when I first got my period on June 29th, Mom, while I was married on July 5th, how can I be counted already pregnant? Period and marriage contract has not been counted pregnant?" arini's protest was still tight with his thoughts.
"Yes, Neng, that's how you calculate gestational age. From the first day of the last period not from the wedding day." The midwife repeated her explanation.
"Mother love nausea drugs and blood-boosting vitamins that must be taken during pregnancy, yes," continued Bu midwife.
"Yes, ma'am," replied Arini shortly. Still can't accept the explanation from the midwife.
When finished Arini said goodbye and thanked the midwife. Out of the check room was immediately welcomed by the husband.
"Where, Dek, Adek why did Bu say midwife?" tanyanya.
"Alhamdulillah." Malik mutters.

"Know not the mothers of the Arini, right, not long married when she is now already immediately pregnant. Maybe she's pregnant first, okay?" whisik Bi Imah to other mothers when choosing vegetables at Bu Karti stall.
"Don't su'udzon Bi Imah. Later if not actually the fall of slander, you know," denied Bi Saroh reminded his neighbors who are famous for gossip in the village.
"What libel? The proof of Arini yesterday marriage is sudden. Time, just a proposal can be a week directly agreement. It was a simple wedding event again. There was no big reception like the others. What is it if not for getting pregnant first," said Bi Imah assumed himself without knowing the truth. While his hands were busy choosing the red chili he would buy and then put in a clear plastic bag.
The other mothers also nodded their heads as if to reproduce with everything Bi Imah said just now. Only Bi Saroh and the owner of the stall doubted the telling of Bi Imah for fear that it was just a presumption and assumption of Bi Imah himself.
Bu Karti, the owner of the shop tried to remember Bi Imah so as not to arbitrarily accuse others of adultery because it was a big sin.

, إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْغَافِلَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ لُعِنُوا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ "
Which means:
"Surely those who accuse the good woman of faith (the blaspheme), are cursed in the world and the Hereafter, and for them is a great punishment (Qs. An-Nur :23)
From Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu'anhu, Prophet Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said, "Save away the seven sins that destroy” Asked to Him, What is it? He said, Shirk to Allah, magic, killing souls forbidden by Allah except for justified reasons, eating usury, eating the property of orphans, and killing souls, run away from the battlefield and accuse good women who are careless of faith in adultery, " (HR Muslim).
"Udah, I just go home," said Bi Imah ngeloyor went with vegetables and some pieces of tempe after hearing the narration of the long shop owner.
"That's not the shopping to pay first, Bi Imah?" tanya Bi Siti who had just listened.
"In debt first, I forgot I did not bring money," replied Bi Imah without looking.
The mothers who were there just shook their heads just to see the behavior of Bi Imah who always collected enthusiasm in crowded places just to channel his gossip hobby. His heart will cheer happily when the interlocutor breed and be influenced by the news he brings. The thick-bodied woman would be proud to feel that she knows everything the most.

Rumors that initially came out of Bi Imah's mouth was quickly spread almost to the corners of the village until then Arini himself heard and realized if he was being the subject of gossip people in the village surrounding. Until he felt uncomfortable and not out of thought with people who were so hearty to consider Arini as low as it was.
During the night Arini kept thinking about the slander directed at him. Until sometimes his mind becomes chaotic because he feels his pride and good name has been tarnished because of the actions of a few people who have sharp tongues.
"Don't think too much, Deck. The important thing is we don't feel the way those people accuse us. Never fear being looked upon badly by humans." Malik, the husband tried to calm the state of the heart of the wife who was troubled.

A few months later the sad news from the Bi Imah family enveloped the village where Arini lived. That day all residents were shocked by the death of Bi Imah's son-in-law because it fell from a coconut tree so that his head was crushed to the stone that was just below him.
It was only three weeks after the horrific incident. The clothing store owned by Bi Imah was charred in the red hero to stay leaving the ruins of the building that had blackened due to the fierce blaze.
If Bi Imah is willing to introspect himself and realize if all the disasters that come and hit his family it could be a reprimand from the Almighty certainly he will be able to take learning so that be more careful in acting and guarding his tongue by not spreading slander and content that makes others hurt because of his actions.
