Alena stood in front of her window. There are no patients today. But he'll have to enter the operating room in a few hours. Since last night he has been sleep deprived. "Four 5 I wait in the basement" replied the man as he opened the door. He came out leaving Alena who looked still confused. He smiled behind the door.

"Beres doc?" ask Sister Ana who is at her desk.

Ivan glanced at Sister Ana and walked over. "Yes" he answered short.

Sister Ana just frowned. "Make-make but nyebelin." he said to his fellow colleagues.

Alena was still silent on the spot. He's confused. Doctor Ivan decided something unilaterally. But why is Doctor Ivan like that?

"Doc.."

Alena surprised. He turned his body.

"Dreaming? What about Doctor Ivan?" ask Sister Ana who is behind her.

"Must. Doctor Alena was daydreaming again, so I didn't hear anything about coming in. Doc, don't be the same Doctor Ivan. He looks arrogant. Mending the same handsome doctor's girlfriend. Which could make a scene in this hospital."
