Alena ran towards the door when she heard her door being knocked. It must be Firly, he thought. This morning he had just met. Door opened. A foreign man was in front of his house. Alena never saw but she can't remember where.

"Good afternoon, Doctor Alena" he said.

"Include me Dira. Doctor Alena must have forgotten me." he said with a smile.

Alena smiled. "I remember forgetting.."

"I'm Siska's mother's assistant, Dave's grandmother."

Alena's eyes grew. "Oh yeah, sorry I forgot."

"It's okay. I know the doctor was in a refugee camp for 3 months yesterday. It's only natural to forget." replied Dira kindly.

"Sorry, what's wrong with me?

"I was sent by Siska's mother to pick up Doctor Alena. I want to meet."

Alena just smiled. They walked through the inside of the house. It passes through the living room and family room. The doors at the end of the house were wide open. Mini garden with swimming pool is there. There was a gazebo and he saw Dave's grandmother sitting there. Alena's heart is pounding. His leaflet was the same as when he took the medical practice exam in the final semester.

"You came." said Siska, turning her body.

Alena's approaching. He smiled stiffly.

"I'm interrupting your schedule?"

"Call me grandma. Just like Dave." replied Siska.

Alena just nodded.

"Where was your mission yesterday?"

Alena looked at Siska. He was confused even though not many know if he went to the disaster area.

Alena held Siska's arm. "Where is his heart now? Grandma all right?"

"I'm doing fine. At least I'm healthy today."

Dave laughed as he ran inside. "I'm gonna take a shower, Grandma, I'm gonna go back to Calvin."

"Don't be too late!" exclaim Siska.

"Don't think of me as a little boy Grandma! I'm 30." cried Dave.
