Alena ran towards the tent after she got a call from one of the prospective doctors who was looking after the children's patients. He had a new patient waiting for him. He doesn't know what's going on. But it seems bad.

When he entered the tent, he saw the girl grimacing in pain. Face pale. He's about 12 years old. Alena approached and looked at the girl's body. His leg was slightly injured from the impact of a hard object. His clothes were dirty from the cold lava. The area rained so much overnight that this morning there was a flood of cold lava that began to enter the rivers around the area.

Alena undressed the girl for a moment. There's nothing odd. Then he asked the people there to leave. "Please take these people out." whispered Alena. The prospective doctors went to expel some curious residents because of the screams of the child. Darren appeared behind him. He looked at Alena carefully.

"Darling, what's wrong with you?" whispered Alena. He asked while looking at the child's scar.

"I almost fell into the river, Doctor. There was a great flood." whispered slowly so Alena had to lower her head to hear the boy's words.

"What's sick?"

The girl was silent. Alena started undressing the boy. He pressed the skin on his chest and stomach. There was a slight bruise on his right. When Alena pressed him, the boy screamed in pain.

"Do I want to die, doctor?" ask the boy while crying. It endured strong pain.

"Dear, Doctor can definitely take care of you. You take it easy." whispered Alena. He kept staring at his bruises.

"Why doc?" ask Darren.

"This girl has a hematoma, we can't have surgery here. We have to get him to the hospital, doctor. Please call an ambulance. We're going to the hospital now. This kid needs surgery."

"To the hospital takes time, doctor."

Alena stand. "I don't care. Cepet call for an Ambulance."

Darren ran out.

This was the first time he had a case like this. This child was exposed to hematoma due to the impact of a very hard object on his stomach.

A hematoma is an abnormal collection of blood outside of a blood vessel. This condition can occur when the walls of arteries, veins, or capillaries are damaged so that blood comes out to tissues that are not the place.

10 Minutes later, Darren walked into the tent. "So, there's no ambulance. I borrowed a car from the health department. We can get this kid to the hospital now."

During the refugee camp, Alena and Darren became a very strong team. They work side by side. What they do is based on the heart. There is nothing but satisfaction. And another week they have finished completing 3 months as a volunteer team. Alena will give her decision after coming home. Whether he will continue to be a volunteer team or not.

Dave was at a fancy restaurant near the sea. The romantic atmosphere is very felt. He's waiting for someone. A huge bouquet of red roses had been kept in front of his desk. Sometimes he sees his phone. There were some calls from Calvin but he ignored them. He wanted to do a special surprise for a very special woman. Not long after, the beautiful woman appeared at the door. Her hair is beautifully curled. Her face is so pretty. His body was slim and tall. Dave smiled when the woman came.

Amanda's. That beautiful woman is named Amanda. Not only beautiful, the woman also who has made Dave's loneliness disappear. Not only that, Dave can also quickly forget Alena. Amanda is a design student who she knew when she was a speaker at a university where Amanda went to school. They started a relationship a month ago. Today Dave invited him to dinner to propose to the girl.

"I'm glad you're home. I miss you." Amanda said as she held Dave's hand. "When are you going to Thailand again?"

"Maybe next month" Dave replied with a smile.

"Manda, honestly I can't talk stale, I let you come here because I intend to make your bed" said Dave.

Amanda was surprised but her face was radiant with happiness. Dave held the girl's fingers. "Well, I am the same. I won't be spitting. You have to finish your school first" he said nervously.

"Yes Dave, I want to." Amanda replied without much thought. He gets even happier when Dave embeds a diamond ring on Amanda's ring finger.

Alena leaned her body against the hospital wall. He was very tired today. The operation has gone smoothly and the girl's life can be saved. Suddenly his heart was beating hard. He panicked and somehow his tears trickled.

"Why doc?" asked Darren when he approached her. It was strange to see Alena crying. The operation went well. He saw Alena holding his chest. Alena lowered her head and hugged both of her legs. She was crying for no apparent reason.

Darren was panicking. He immediately took Alena out of the hospital. Almost 3 months they were together, only this time he saw Alena like that. Alena is very closed to her personal life.
