Alena's door was slowly knocked. Sister Ana looked behind the door with her sweet smile.

"There are new patients dok.." he said while giving new documents to Alena. He walked up to her.

Alena opened it and looked at the identity and history of her patient's illness. There was nothing strange in his opinion. This is his 10th patient this afternoon. In just 2 hours, he got patients with different complaints.

"A lot of children are sick, sister" said Alena while sighing.

"I forced the doctor. If I go to the doctor, I don't have any money" said his grandmother.

"I know from your secretary. You're in New York. I happen to have another show here. I can see you!" he said without letting go of his embrace on Dave. "I want to stay with you for a while." whispered the tease.

"Doctor Al, this is the answer to the letter that Dr. Alena made" Sister Ana said as she walked in and found Alena sitting on her couch from exhaustion.
