Dave downed his drink with a single gulp. What happened today was his fault. He was so guilty when he saw Alena's face change like that. He was drunk and could not stop it. A hard blow felt on his back. Calvin and Edward were standing behind him staring.

"Why?" ask Edward. This afternoon he flew from Singapore just to meet Dave. They want to show their progress. But it was unexpected that he found his best friend drunk.

Dave's speechless. Her face flushed. He looks upset and angry.

"Dave!" call Calvin.

"Why else?" edward was confused. He immediately raised Dave's hand and helped him to walk to the car. Calvin takes care of Dave's bills.

"I was wrong" Dave said when they were in the car. Edward turned his body back. Calvin looked at the windshield.

"I met Alena at the mall this afternoon. He saw me with Amanda. Trus Amanda introduced herself. I know he's too innocent. He said he was my fiancee."

"Your boyfriend is too childish, Dave. Why is it still maintained. I know that you love Alena. Why lie to yourself?" edward was upset.

"How's alena?" ask Calvin.

"She was shocked." her words were stifled. "He's like crying. His face was immediately red. Those eyes, I can't stand them. I don't want to hurt Alena. But today I hurt him." answered Dave quietly. His eyes are still closed.

"Do you want to know what my advice is? Putusin Amanda's. Pursue Alena lest you be the same doctor who is now digosipin with Alena."

said Edward. He was a little upset to see Dave.

"I tried to keep Amanda at a distance. I never took the phone call from him. I never picked him up. Just today. I promised her she'd buy gifts for her mama. But I found Alena there." Dave sighed. He feels sorry. "I was wrong because I made the decision too soon to apply for Amanda. I realize she's there to be Alena's replacement."

Suddenly Edward was curious. "Dave, who bought a gift for Amanda's mom to use who's money?"

Dave looked at Edward. "I. Why do you mean something unimportant?"

"150million." answered Dave calmly.

A few days later.

"Dira, how's Alena's case going?" siska asked when she had just had lunch. For a few days he had not heard of the case. She was terrified that Alena was in danger.

Alena just met the director of the hospital. Of the many doctors in this hospital, why is he still called to be his assistant?

This time in front of him stood 3 men and the director was one of them. Of the two men, he knew one. Doctor Darren stood there smiling.

"Hello, doctor Alena" said Darren, raising his hand. His childish attitude reminded him when they were following the mission yesterday.

The doctor next to him looked handsome yet cold. Something made it so pleasing to the eye. His height reminds me of Dave. Proportional but this one looks cold. There was no smile on his face.

"Doctor Alena, meet this Doctor Ivan" said the hospital's director.

Alena extended her hand. "Alena."

"Ivan." Answer's short.

"Doctor Ivan this is actually my son. He'll be in charge of this hospital."

The kid? For 5 years he worked at this hospital, he just found out if the Director had a son.

"Ivan previously worked at Seoul National University Hospital or commonly called SNUH. But this time he had to come back here. He has to work for the citizens of our country." explains the Director.

Alena raised her mouth. He was fascinated by the basic man in front of him. WHOUH? Seriously?

"Ivan will be one of our hospital cardiologists along with Dr. Radit. And Darren is actually my cousin. Today he works here as a general practitioner" he said with a smile.

Darren raised both eyebrows. She smiled at Alena.

Alena smiled blandly. Why would the director introduce the two to her? Why not other doctors who have closeness to the director?

"You anter they made a wink around here" said the Director. Alena just nodded. He said goodbye to the director and the two men followed him.

"Doctor Alena, I find it funny seeing your expression earlier" Darren said with a laugh.

"I'm shocked." replied Alena. He has been very close to Darren since that mission. It's just that he doesn't know if today he's going to work in the same hospital. His life will not be the same anymore. The man will follow him.

Suddenly Darren was beside him. "So, this Ivan is cold. Let alone the new doctor, just as I was cold. Look at yourself, right?" darren Whispers.

Alena looked over to see the man. He nodded slowly while smiling.

"Dok, one more.. My boyfriend gave me a voucher for Doctor Alena. Say thank you for keeping me there. I'll take it when I go home."

"What?" Alena felt silly hearing Darren's words. That man is no longer a child. What is he looking after? He laughed out loud. Just this time he found such a childish man. As they walked towards the lobby, Alena's phone shook. He did not know the number when he saw it.

"Hello." he said.

"Hello, doctor Alena."

"Yes. Sorry who is it?"

"Doctor, I'm Dira. Assistant to Siska's mother."

Alena looked at the two men and walked away. "Why pa?"

"Dok, Siska's mother's heart is full. Can you come here soon? Siska's mother asked me to call Alena's doctor." There was an anxious voice there.

"Hungs? Yes, I skated." replied Alena as she ran towards the receptionist.

"Doctor Radit. What's Doctor Radit's line?" alena asked in a hurry.

"Doctor Radit's off today Doc!"

"Ouch! How's trus?" alena panicked.

"Just like me. I'm a heart doctor." said the man behind her. Alena looked back and looked at the man.
