Alena was in her car. He felt annoyed to feel the traffic jam that afternoon. He had just seen the hospital he was going to work in. Soon he will be graduated. Finally his goal as a doctor was achieved. As per his mother's last request if he should be a person who can be useful to the crowd.

He had just met Gisel who was still the same as him. He is a doctor candidate. He will work in the hospital as an obstetrician. Unexpectedly, they were both accepted to work at the hospital.

Suddenly it was uncontrollable. Many people got out of their vehicles because of the heat. He opened the window and saw that not far from him many people were crowding.

"What's wrong?" Ask someone who has just seen the crowd.

"There was an accident ahead. The man is unconscious. They are waiting for an ambulance. But if jammed gini how can nyampe?" The man is upset.

Alena got out of the car and brought her makeshift P3K. He approached a group of people. A little hard he broke through the crowd.

The group of people split up so Alena could go inside. He saw a man still wearing his hat in an unconscious state. Alena tried to check her heartbeat. Then he nodded.

Then he saw his feet. It looks like the man in front of him has broken a bone. He is a pediatrician, but he is obliged to help anyone who needs him. He pulled out a pair of scissors and cut his jeans. He could see his leg bones bent due to a hard impact.

"Hello, pa. I'm a doctor. Can you open her eyes?" alena asked the unconscious man. "I assume you heard my words. If you're conscious, you can nod your head."

The man nodded his head slowly.

"Can it be lifted to the side?"alena asked the people who were helping her.

Hearing people call him doctor makes him proud. Finally, his knowledge is useful today. The man in front of her was her first patient.

Alena parked her car first and returned to her office earlier. He slowly pressed the wood to his feet. He did it carefully.

They waited for an ambulance for almost an hour. When they arrived, Alena entered the ambulance and they went to the hospital.

Gisel had been waiting at the ER door when he got a call from Alena. Because he's still in the hospital. He wanted to see the handling of the person who had just been in an accident. He waited for the ambulance.

"Al, your shirt has a lot of blood." Gisel.

"Yes, no problem. The man had to be helped."

"There's a doctor inside. You change your clothes. I brought a shirt in the car. You can wear my shirt."

"Okay, but I can't go back in a splash! I have to go home tomorrow. Maybe a week because there's another show at home.
