Although Dirga's defensive methods differed slightly from those of the rest of the team, he managed to finish the first day of training very well. For Dirga, attacking is his best form of defense.
The next day….
Dirga is very enthusiastic about doing breathing exercises. He has understood how the concept of developing basic breathing techniques. Training in the fourth area was the best chance for him to improve his current ability.
Dirga entered the training room of the fourth area with vigor. Before the training began, Julia explained the procedures for the exercise in this area. Dirga understood all the explanations well and immediately occupied the designated area. He sat cross-legged in the area, closed his eyes, and began breathing exercises.
Dirga can not only trigger the process of cell regeneration using his breathing technique, but now he is also able to control the process, although the control technique is still very weak.
Dirga got a lot of injuries on the first day of training. The medical team has indeed done treatment to treat the injuries, but the wound healing process is not short. This was an opportunity for Dirga to improve his ability to regenerate cells and heal those wounds using his own ability.
Dirga feels very comfortable every time doing breathing exercises. Each breath carries energy throughout the body. Each breath makes the heart calmer. What's more, he was able to repair the damage to the body's cells using that breathing technique.
Dirga still continues to enjoy breathing exercises until the time when the room temperature changes. Slowly the room temperature rises and becomes very hot.
Dirga can cope with the temperature change very well. Although his body was still filled with sweat, but he was able to control the energy balance in his body easily. When the condition of the body has been stable and can adapt well so that the heat temperature is no longer a constraint, Dirga back to practice to improve the ability of cell regeneration.
Some time later, the temperature of the room changed drastically and became very cold in a short time. Dirga was quite surprised by the changes that occurred, but he was able to cope with it so quickly that his body was now able to adapt to the temperature in the room. Dirga did not waste a single bit of time. He's re-training his cell regeneration abilities. The training that Dirga is currently doing is very efficient. Extreme temperature changes that occur in no way complicate it even until the first session of breathing exercises ends and it is time to rest.
Dirga took advantage of 30 minutes of rest to continue breathing exercises and the remaining 30 minutes to eat and rest. Time is a sword. If it can be put to good use, a sword can be a deadly weapon. If the sword user does not have good skills, then the sword he is holding can actually injure himself. So too with time. Every human being is given the same time.60 seconds in every minute.60 minutes in every hour.24 hours every day. The good is the bad quality of a person, depending on how they use the time they have.
After the rest period ended, Dirga returned to the position and immediately began breathing exercises.
Temperature changes in the second session will occur faster, which is every 30 minutes. It starts with cold temperatures turning into heat. It occurs as many as three cycles, so normally the second training session will only be done for three hours. But the duration of time can be adjusted to the needs and abilities of each team member.
During the three hours of breathing exercises, Dirga had no difficulty at all. Whenever the room temperature changes, Dirga can adapt quickly. He did not even consider the change in temperature as a constraint and focused more on improving the cell regeneration ability he currently had. Training ends at exactly 15:00 or three in the afternoon.
Teeeit….
The loudspeaker sounded which meant that the training had ended. But there was no congratulation or closing words from Darma and Julia. It made Dirga a little doubt, whether the training really had ended. But his doubts were answered when the room temperature returned to normal and the door of the training room opened by itself.
“It looks like the training is indeed over.” Thought Dirga as he moved from his seat.
But Dirga tried to ask Darma to make sure of that.
“Pak Darma, has the training ended? If it's over, can I still continue training with the temperature changes like that. The temperature change greatly helped my ability to improve, Pak” Tanya Dirga.
But unfortunately, there was absolutely no response, either from Darma or Julia.
“Something seems wrong.” Think Dirga.
Although there is no confirmation from Darma and Julia related to the results of the training today, but Dirga knows that he has successfully completed the training well.
Despite not getting appreciation, Dirga did not feel disappointed at all. For him, the improvement of his own abilities is much more important compared to the opinions of others about him. The more often we listen to others' opinions of ourselves, the more difficult it is to develop. Sometimes we may need to ask for the opinions of others, but that does not mean we have to accept all opinions. We understand our character and abilities more than anyone else. All the opinions we receive need to be filtered first, which opinions are constructive, and which opinions might even plunge us. That principle has always been firmly held by Dirga.
Just as Dirga stepped out the door of the training room, her body stiffened, goosebumps and shook violently. A great fear enveloped his body. He felt an incredible amount of dark energy.
Then Dirga took a deep breath, used breathing techniques, and channeled the CORE energy he had throughout the body to be able to survive in that terrifying energy beam.
“This is crazy, what happened?” Dirga asked who still felt the horror of the energy, even after Dirga enveloped his own body using all the CORE energy he had.
The radiance of that energy made Dirga very curious. He was trying to find the source of the radiant energy. Slowly he tried to step his foot towards the source of energy.
“Sial, just to walk alone it feels very difficult.” Think Dirga.
Although very difficult, Dirga's heightened curiosity made him have to force himself to walk and find the source of the emergence of the terrifying energy. Step by step he continued to swing until he arrived at a point where he could no longer step forward due to the existence of a very concentrated energy coil. Dirga does not have enough ability to penetrate those energy coils.
“Daddy, I can only walk up here only.” Bumping Dirga to himself.
Dirga could not go further. But he was able to predict the direction of the arrival of that monstrous energy. Now he was in a passageway that had a junction at the end of his path. The left direction of the crossing is the path to the fifth training area and the right direction of the crossing will take it to a place that has not been described by Julia and Darma.
“So far Julia has given a lot of surprises, but she and Mr. Darma should be busy supervising the special training that is still going on. Right now he won't have time to make something terrible like this.”
“Busy?” Dirga jerked.
“If indeed they are paying attention to the special training of all team members, why do they not respond to the completion of the training I did? And it seems like it would be difficult to make something as terrible as this while training is going on. Even if there is something they are working on in secret, it will definitely be done at leisure and not being with us, either directly or indirectly.”
“That means only one possibility remains. There was something about Rama. This terrifying energy might have been expended by him.”
“If that's true, I should be more vigilant of him. She's probably more troublesome than Julia.” Thought Dirga by showing a serious facial expression.
Not too long later, that radiance of energy slowly faded and disappeared. As the energy radiance dissipated, Dirga immediately stopped her energy flow and fell to her knees on the floor. His breathing was stingy, sweat was pouring from his forehead, Dirga felt extremely exhausted.
“Sial... My energy was drained out only to survive in that terrifying energy radiance.” Say Dirga while stinging. Then Dirga again took a deep breath and tried to stand up.
Dirga was still curious about the terrifying energy earlier. After successfully standing up, Dirga walked slowly and limped towards the fifth area. He was very sure something had happened to Rama. Arriving at the intersection, Dirga was surprised to meet Julia and Rama who were walking away from the fifth area.
“Mr Dirga, what are you doing?” Julia asked when she saw Dirga.
“When I finished training, I felt a huge energy that was terrible. I'm looking for that energy source.” Dirga answered Julia's question calmly while watching Rama who was embracing Julia due to her weak body condition.
“Asik very yes Rama, we are practicing and you even embrace with Julia.” Say Dirga coldly.
“Hey Dirga.. Don't just talk!” Shouted Rama to Dirga with a face that blushed in shame.
“That's nothing to be ashamed of. I'll keep this a secret.” Dirga.
“Bad you Dirga.. Uhuk Uhuk...” Shouts Rama while coughing that makes Julia smile at him. Julia's smile made Rama wrong.
“I hate romance scenes like this.” Dirga.
“Oh yes, I don't want to help you Rama, but I know you'd rather be embraced by Julia, right?” Dirga said as she blinked her eyes and turned around to leave Julia and Rama. Those words made Rama even more misbehaving.
“Wait For Mr. Dirga.” Julia.
The sentence made Dirga startled and immediately stopped his steps. Her heart rate was racing, but Dirga tried to keep her calm.
“Congratulations for completing the training well. I and Mr. Darma saw how you faced the challenge of breathing exercises. You are great, mr.” Compliment Julia to Dirga.
“Thank you Julia.” Say Dirga with a smile.
“Oh yes sir, it looks like tomorrow you cannot do training in the fifth area. There are some technical constraints on virtual capsule machines. Therefore, you can do the exercise independently.” Julia told Dirga.
“All right I understand, Julia. Then I'll go first. Hey Rama, don't mess with Julia.” Dirga.
“What kind of man do you think I am?” Sahut Rama still with a blushing face followed by a smile Dirga and Julia.
Dirga left the two of them with a calm heart. But this again made Julia's suspicions strengthened. Julia felt that there was something strange about Dirga's behavior.
“Had squirrel jumped, would have fallen too.” Julia said with a soft look.
“What do you mean?” Rama asked who heard Julia's words.
“Eh, no meaning whatsoever. Let's go mr.” Julia returned to respond with a sweet smile.
Dirga left with a million questions. Julia left with a million suspicions. Rama went with a million joys.
