Chapters 21. Team Fight

Day seven of CORE energy control training. The entire team gathered in the hall of Project Wanara mansion.

“Good morning.” Darma and Julia greet the entire group.

“As we already scheduled, this is the last day of CORE energy control basic training. After this we will focus on improving and developing the strength you already have.” Darma opens the conversation.

“We have set up a specially designed training ground to be able to optimize the potential and capabilities that you already have.” Darma explained.

“We have not conveyed this to you, that every Project run by Pandawa Group has different teaching and training techniques. The next training ground is a place specifically designed for you and not owned by other projects.” Add it with pride.

“Because we are the lowest priority project, what does that mean this training facility also has low quality sir?” asked Rama plainly.

Darma seems annoyed by Rama's question. But he also understood the emergence of the mind because Project Wanara is in the lowest class compared to other projects.

“Hush.” Galih elbowed Rama with the intention of reminding him to be more careful with his words.

Rama also understood with the intention to be conveyed by Galih and tried to improve the situation that felt uncomfortable because of his speech earlier.

“Sorry Mr. Darma, I didn't mean anything. It's just that from the beginning I did not understand why there should be a difference in treatment for each project that is run.” Rama tried to explain.

“No problem, sir. It is very natural that Mr. Rama questions this.” Julia responded to Rama's statement kindly.

“There really isn't much difference in treatment between projects. This priority system is run only to make the group in accordance with the value of potential. Indeed, instinctively humans will tend to respect people who are stronger. But that does not mean we look down on weaker people.” Julia gave a very good explanation and polite speech.

“Master Rama does not have to worry about the facilities and training ways that you have received. We will make the master and the lady to be more powerful compared to other project team members.” Julia said with great enthusiasm to encourage all members.

“Honestly, I'm not worried at all. Quite the contrary, I am very grateful to be able to meet all of you.” Rama said with an optimistic smile.

“And another one, the next training place is specially designed by Julia herself. The person who best understands how to increase the potential you have quickly and accurately.” Darma adds Julia's explanation.

The words that Darma had just uttered did not necessarily make Rama become excited. But on the contrary, it makes Rama more and more unpleasant.

“No need to worry sir. Just do your best in the next training.” Julia said to Rama as if understanding his heart at this time. Julia's words calm Rama and motivate him to be able to show his best to Julia.

Afterwards, Darma and Julia took the rest of the team towards the next training ground located in the underground mansion. The training ground was divided into 5 different areas.

The first area is a place designed to enhance melee attacks. Inside the room stood 3 human-shaped wooden dolls that had been strengthened by black onyx stone energy. The wooden puppet had been modified so as to be able to carry out attacks according to the established pattern.

In addition, in this room there are also many ejection machines that will issue sharp weapons such as knives and arrows that have also been strengthened by black onyx stone energy. The throwing machines were hidden behind walls and would randomly come out to carry out attacks. Because of its hidden location and random attack patterns, it requires good instinct and reflexes to be able to deal with it.

“The task of the master and miss in this first area is to defeat 3 pieces of wooden dolls and dispel all attacks launched by the lontar machine.” Julia began to explain.

“The weapons inside the machine have indeed been strengthened, but if the master and miss flow energy throughout the body, the master and miss will not be injured at all.”

“The most difficult thing is to defeat the three wooden dolls. They had been designed to perform melee attacks with a force that could injure masters and misses even if the body had been strengthened by energy. So be careful.”

“In this area the lord and miss are absolutely not allowed to use long-range attacks. Ladies and gentlemen can only conduct melee attacks. If this training is successful then the master and the lady will have great instinct and reflexes as well as have strong melee attacks.” Julia said ending the explanation for the exercise in the first area.

The second area is a place designed to enhance long-range attacks. Different from the first area where team members had to defeat wooden puppets and dispel the throwing machine attacks so as to allow them to be injured, in this second area there was absolutely no attack they would receive. This area is like a place to practice shooting and archery skills.

“The task of the master and miss in the second area is simply to destroy all the objects thrown by the ejection machine.” Julia began to explain the exercises in the second area.

“Things will be thrown randomly with varying speed and changing throw direction. So that the ability to predict the direction and speed of the throw is needed to be able to destroy all objects.Sound very easily, but the objects have also been strengthened with black onyx stone energy so that even though the master and miss managed to attack on target, not necessarily able to destroy it.” Julia ended the explanation for the exercise in the second area.

The third area is an area designed to improve survivability. This area still uses the ejection machine as a training medium. Just like in the first area, the ejection engines in this area will issue a wide variety of sharp weapons. Not only that, the sharp weapons that were issued had a much greater power compared to the first area.

“In the third area, the task of the lord and miss is to remain silent and accept all attacks launched by the ejection machine. This ejection machine will issue a very powerful sharp weapon. Ordinary physical reinforcement would not be able to stop the power of those weapons.” Julia begins the explanation of the third area.

“Mister Galih's armor is also not necessarily able to stop it. But at least Mr. Galih has an edge in this area.” Julia ended the explanation in the third area.

“The job of the masters and misses in this area is just to practice breathing. Ladies and gentlemen have indeed reached the stage of energy manipulation, but basic breathing must still be trained because the body must also be able to adapt to the improvements that masters and misses achieve.” Julia said ending the explanation in area four.

The last or fifth area is the room that contains a capsule. The shape of the capsule is similar to the Saktih capsule, but has a different function. This capsule will take team members into a virtual space that will show their true identity.

“In this area the master and the lady will enter into a virtual world that is nothing but a world in the mind of the master and the lady herself.” Julia began to give an explanation for the training in the fifth area.

“This capsule will show the true identity of the master and the lady. Motivation, worry, fear even past trauma that still imprint on the minds of masters and misses to this day. ”

“There is a very relevant expression for all of us that the biggest and strongest enemy we have to face is ourselves. The job of the master and the lady is to face it all. Destroy all barrier walls that can hinder the development and progress of masters and misses.” Added Julia.

“If the master and the lady have managed to defeat things that can inhibit self-development, then the capsule will automatically make changes to the program. The next program is virtual training. Ladies and gentlemen will face a person whom you and ladies think is a very strong person and difficult to deal with. Set up strategies, create attack patterns, find weak points and improve the abilities of masters and misses in the virtual world. Along with the increasing ability of masters and misses in the virtual world, the ability of masters and misses in the real world will increase.” Julia ended the explanation in the fifth area.

After going around the entire training area and receiving all the explanations done by Julia, Darma explained the training scheme to be done.

“We have 5 members and 5 training areas. Training will be done for 5 days. Each day each member will get a different training. This training will be started tomorrow.” Darma.

“Now we will set the training sequence. The first day Ayu will train melee attacks, Galih long-range attacks, Dirga defense, Rama breathing and Yuna into the virtual world. The next day the training sequence is changed following the order of the area. Ayu trains long-range attacks, Galih defenses, Dirga breathing, Rama virtual world and Yuna melee attacks. So on until the fifth day.” Added.

“Sorry sir, why don't we start today huh?” ask Ayu enthusiastically.

“Today you will fight against both of us.” Said Darma while pointing at himself and Julia.

“What?!” the whole group was surprised.

“Yesterday you guys have done individual fights and got very satisfying results. Today you will fight in a team. This fight will be more difficult because you must be able to understand the characteristics of each team member and use it for your team victory.” Darma gave an explanation.

“The rules are very simple, the five of you are against both of us with all your abilities. Julia will be in charge of the defense and I will be in charge of the attack. Your job is to dodge all the attacks I've been on and destroy the defenses Julia.” has set up Added.

“Huft, thank goodness it wasn't Julia who did the attack.” Rama said with a little joking.

“What do you mean it's Rama!” Shouted Darma.

“Eh, sorry Mr.” Rama apologized while smiling.

“Please ladies and gentlemen strategize. You must work together and take advantage of the advantages of each member to be able to achieve the goal.” Julia added an explanation.

“Alright, now let's go back to the hall to do the next fight.” Darma excitedly brought the entire team back to the hall. The spirit of Darma does not seem to be transmitted to members of the women's project team. They looked pale and worried about what would happen next.

Not how long they had been back in the hall. Rama, Dirga, Galih, Yuna and Ayu get time to strategize for 10 minutes. They try to make good use of the time they have.

“In the meantime we'll start this fight. Please ladies and gentlemen get ready.” Julia.

“There are things that you and your lady need to know. In this fight we will not expend all the abilities we have but only the amount of energy that the weapons have in the training area that the master and miss have seen. The purpose of this fight is so that the master and the lady can predict how difficult the exercises that the master and the lady will do for the next 5 days. Thus we hope that the master and the lady can minimize injuries during the training.” Add it very friendly.

10 Minutes later, the fight began.

Rama, Ayu, Yuna, Galih and Dirga prepared in their respective positions. Rama, Ayu and Dirga are tasked with repelling the Darma attack. Yuna and Galih destroy Julia's protector. Galih who has an edge in defense also has an additional duty to protect Yuna if Darma attacks her. It was done so that Yuna could focus more on destroying the defense that Julia made.

On the other hand, Darma and Julia have also prepared themselves. Julia took out a protective dome and Darma showed her a strong chain.

“Master and miss should be able to destroy this dome. The fight ended when this dome was destroyed.” Julia.
