Waiting for Tomorrow
The Death in the Blind Morning

That night, the wall clock showed at 03.14 WIB. The situation at Mr. Teddy's house is very quiet and dark. The reason is, all residents of the luxury house are sleeping. The clockwork sound of the wall was heard clearly.

Inside a room on the second floor, a young man suddenly woke up from his sleep. But not like people in general. When both of his eyelids opened, the man turned out to have a pair of eyes that no longer functioned.

"Tumben, my throat is so thirsty! What time is it now? I don't think the alarm's sound yet! I'd better get a drink first!" He said alone.

The poor man came down from the soft bed. Slowly he picked up the stick on the right side of the bed. After the wand was in his grasp, he walked towards the door of his room. As soon as he managed to open the door of the room, the man who was none other than Yos Sudarso, continued to walk towards the stairs with the help of a stick that was in his right hand.

Yos slowly descended the steps step by step. His left hand continues to try to hold tightly, railing the ladder that serves as a safety as well as to grip the hand of people who pass it.

When Yos had passed half the semicircular staircase, unexpectedly, his legs suddenly felt weak.

"Oh God! What's with my leg?" Yos. His left hand continued to try to grasp the stairs railing made of iron, with all his strength. But what is his power and effort, just by relying on his left hand to hold his body that has been shaken, gradually he can not withstand the weight of his own body.

When he knew his left hand was no longer able to hold his body down, his right hand rushed to hold the stairs railing on his left. The stick in his right hand, he let it slip from his grasp. The sound of sticks falling down the stairs, rang out.

  Traaannggg..

But profit is unachievable, unfortunate cannot be denied. By relying on the strength of his hands, Yos lasted only a few seconds. In an instant, both of Yos' hands were released from the iron he held. No mercy anymore. As soon as both hands had lost their strength, no longer holding the iron to his left, Yos body immediately fell on the stairs.

Yos' body continued to roll over the remaining steps no more than two meters from the first floor. As soon as Josh's body had reached the first floor, his body was no longer moving at all. Fresh blood flowed from his head that had been overgrown with hair. While both his hands and feet, there are blisters in several parts.

When the voice of the adhan shubuh rang in the distance, Bi Ginah woke up from her sleep. He rushed to fetch water in the bathroom on the left side of his room. After ablution, he performed the shajuh prayer service in his room.

After praying, reciting, and praying, Bi Ginah came out of her small bedroom. When Bi Ginah reached the kitchen, she was vaguely startled by the figure of Yos lying on the floor in front of the stairs.

Inside his question mark-filled mind, Bi Ginah slowly walked towards the living room. Because it was dark, Bi Ginah did not see the body of Josh. The woman also turned on the lights in the living room. As soon as the lights were on, with a feeling of great shock, Bi Ginah saw the figure in front of the stairs was the figure of Yos Sudarso, the adoptive son of his master. He also saw that the staff belonging to Yos was not far from his body. Seeing Yos sprawled with blood, Bi Ginah shouted hysterically.

"Mas Yos...!!!" His shouting. Hearing Bi Ginah's loud scream, Mr. Teddy who was still sleeping in his room, immediately woke up and ran towards the sound of Bi Ginah's yelling on the first floor. When he managed to open the door of his room, Mr. Teddy was very shocked when he saw Yos lying in front of the door of his room with a drenched blood coming out of his head.

"Yos...!!! O God, what happened to you Yos?" Ask.

"Mas Yos! Mas Yos may have fallen down the stairs, sir!" Answer while crying.

"Oh God, Josh...!!!" Shouted Mr. Teddy. He immediately lifted the body of his adopted son.

"Bi, I'm taking Yos to the hospital!" Exclaims. Mr. Teddy walked quickly to his car in the garage.

"I'm coming with you sir!" The reply. Bi Ginah ran after her master.

While the streets of the capital were still empty, Mr. Teddy drove his car at high speed. He was very worried about the condition of Yos who was injured in the head. Although Yos was only his adopted son, Mr. Teddy again felt devastated by the incident that befell Yos.

"Aamiin yes rabbal'alamiin. Poor Mr Yos Pak! His trials come in alternating!" Reply Bi Ginah who sat on his left side. His head turned towards Yos, who was lying in the second row.

"If only yesterday we moved Yos to the lower room, surely Yos would not have experienced something like this!" Mr. Teddy feels guilty. Her tears were dripping down her cheeks.

"Propay Sir! It is God's destiny! Hopefully, Mas Yos can still be saved and given a long life!" Her speech.

  "Aamiin O Allah!" The reply.

Arriving in front of the hospital lobby, Yos' body was lowered from the top of the car with the help of a guard nurse. After being raised to the top of the gurney, Yos was taken to the ER room. Mr. Teddy and Bi Ginah were waiting at the door feeling very agitated.

After waiting for about 30 minutes, a female doctor finally came out of the ER room. Mr. Teddy and Bi Ginah approached him immediately.

"So, how is my son? You can still be saved, right?" Ask out loud.

"Alhamdulillah the son of the Father can still be saved! My son only had a pretty hard impact on his head. But thank God, not to have a wound on the inside! Just cuts on his head, hands, and feet." The doctor replied with a mustache. Hearing his reply, Mr. Teddy felt relieved and grateful. So too with Bi Ginah.

"Now you can see Doc?" Ask Mr. Teddy.

"Already Sir. But your son is still not human!" The answer.

"It's okay Doc! Thank you very much Doc!" Mr. Teddy also flashed into the ER room. Bi Ginah followed behind him.

Inside the ER room, they saw Yos still closing his eyes. On his head wrapped in bandages to the back. Mr. Teddy and Bi Ginah looked at him with a feeling of great sadness and sadness.

"Jos, thank God that you are still being helped by God!" Her speech. Her tears flowed back down her cheeks.

"Yes Sir! Yos is very strong! He's been in and out of the hospital a few times!" Bi Ginah has it.

"Yes Bi. Aunty has shajuh prayed?" Ask.

  "Already Sir!" The answer.

"I want to pray shubuh first, Bi! Please take care of Auntie here!" Her request.

"Well Sir!" The reply. Teddy came out of the room.
