Chapter 58: Husna's Choice

"Sir, what happened to Alvino?" asked Lia while walking closer to Husna.

"It's okay. Lia once again thank you for helping me to treat the wounds."

"Samely, is Ma'am Husna sure that Mas Alvino is okay?"

"Yes, very sure. You don't have to worry, everything's gonna be okay."

Lia is actually heavy leaving Husna alone, but the demands of her job make her have to return to the health post immediately.

Shortly after Lia's departure, Husna was surprised by the arrival of her mother and sister-in-law.

"Mama?" husna's eyes were on Elvio.

"I will not let you carry the burden alone because of the anger shown by Alvino" said Elvio who seemed to know the meaning of Husna's gaze.

"Son, Elvio told Mama everything. What else do you expect to do with staying in this house with Alvino?"

"Husna, I know you actually hope that one day Alvino will love you wholeheartedly, as you always say to us when we apologize on behalf of Alvino" Alviana said.

"But that doesn't mean you'll keep quiet when Alvino acts like this. She's been really late, the woman has changed all aspects of Alvino" Alviana said.

"Husna, Mama will give you a choice now. You come home with mom or Mama will send you away with Elvio?"

The surprised Husna immediately looked at the face of the Mama who looked serious with her words.

"Ma, how could Mama send Husna over with a man who is not Husna's husband?"

"Elvio will go to visit his grandparents, so Mama thinks maybe there you can get some peace and start thinking about what path you should take in this already unhappy marriage."

Husna did not expect because of the appearance of Elvio who is like a punk child, instead knowing the challenges of the Koran and hadith.

Very different when compared to Alvino who look cool while less knowing about the Quran and hadith.

"When a husband commits an injustice to his wife, he commits a great sin and his body is no longer forbidden from the fires of hell,"

"Most people may think that women are the poison of the world. But it should be understood that in Islam itself, women are like the jewels of the world,"

Mama and Alviana were just as shocked as Husna felt.

"What's wrong?" elvio asked as he felt that his mother and brother were looking at him with very difficult gazes to interpret.

Husna smiled at what Elvio had just said.

"Oh yeah. One more thing, Islam is a religion that highly glorifies a wife as it has been taught by the Prophet Muhammad against his wives. Therefore, Islam is very unhappy with the attitude of the husband who is bad to his wife."

Elvio immediately left because he could not stand Husna's smile. Although Husna smiled while bowing his head, Elvio knew that Husna was smiling as a form of praise for what he had just said.

"Your mother and sister, Alviana. Will give you time to think."

"Husna was willing to be sent away along with Elvio."

Husna was helped by Mama and Alviana where Husna's belongings were still. While Mama and her sister-in-law were observing Husna's entire belongings. Husna took the time to leave a note for Alvino.
