Chapter 75

Love is growing in the hearts of Kevin and Regina. Both are always trying to maintain the trust given to each other. Especially after the incident where Carlyn blatantly tried to seize Kevin from Regina's side, making the two now closer.

It's been two months since they got back together, and during that time Regina hasn't shown any signs of pregnancy. There was fear in Regina's heart.

"Darling..." Kevin touched the top of his wife's head. Regina blinked, she was surprised. "You daydreaming again?" kevin asked as he sat beside Regina, leaning on the shoulder of the wife who was sitting on the sofa in the living room. "No. I'm watching a drama." let's get Regina. Regina looked into Kevin's eyes deeply. His nose was red, his eyes were ready to let out a clear circle that would wet his cheeks. "What's wrong?" ask Kevin again. Regina was silent for a moment before answering her husband's question. "It's been two months, but why am I not pregnant yet. I was afraid," said Regina, Kevin immediately grabbed his wife's body into his arms. "Is my uterus probably dry?" crying already. "What do you mean?" ask Kevin who does not understand his wife's words. "I read an article, if a woman who hasn't had children and is taking the contraceptive pill, then her uterus will dry up and-" Kevin interrupted Regina's speech. "I'm sorry, I don't know if those pills would pose that much risk" Kevin said.

Regina raised her face to reach out to Kevin. "I didn't mean it that way. I'm just afraid, after all I only drink it for a week, not for months." said Regina. Kevin cupped both sides of Regina's face, sticking his forehead to her forehead. "I'm sorry, I'm guilty. I've been so mean to you." Kevin said with regret. "Tomorrow let's go to the Doctor, so that your heart can calm down." he added, Regina nodded. Kevin kissed Regina on the forehead, hugged her back so that she would feel calm.

"It's night, let's go to sleep." Kevin took Regina's hand. He went inside the blanket, kissed every inch of his wife's face and hugged her tightly.

"Kevin, Jessica's taking us on vacation. Do you want to?" ask Regina while helping Kevin button up his work shirt. "Where?" ask Kevin.

"To island A, we'll be on vacation for three days there."

"Is Aldo coming too?" ask Kevin again.

"That's for sure, Kevin. They're already lovers." Kevin clucked, he walked out after Regina finished helping him prepare. Regina followed, then sat down on the dining table chair together. "There are no holidays" said Kevin. Regina cheated, upset about the husband's words. "But why?" exciting Regina.

"Darling .. If we go four, you'll sleep with Jessica and me with Aldo. I don't want to!" kevin said with emphasis. "It's only been three days, Kevin!" furious Regina.

"You want to argue with me?" ask Kevin firmly. Regina's shoulders slumped, eager for her to go on vacation. But if Kevin doesn't agree, how can he go. "No. Yeah, we're not leaving" Regina said lethargicly. "Smart kid." Kevin patted Regina's head.

After breakfast, Kevin immediately drove Regina to Papi Surya's office first. "Honey, I'll have a meeting with Brother Alan to discuss the preparation of Dad's new business. I'll have Dad or Aldo's driver pick you up" Kevin said, taking off his self belt. "Hemm." said Regina lazily. Kevin understood, his wife was still angry about the vacation plan that he refused. "Don't be like that, you don't like it when I say 'hemm', but now you're saying it." Kevin said. Regina tilted slightly to face Kevin after removing her self belt.

"Why did you refuse to take a vacation? Inside the villa were many rooms, Jessica and Aldo would not sleep in the same room. Don't you trust your sister?" Regina exclaimed in anger. The morning felt really bad for today. Kevin sighed, not really because he was worried about Aldo and Jessica who had just been in a relationship, but because of Kevin's busyness that he could not delay.

"Honey, I believe in Aldo and Jessica. But listen to me, I'm very busy taking care of my father's property business with Brother Alan. Not to mention I also have to go to the WO office to meet Jerry and Sahila. I can't just raise my hand, baby." Kevin said in a soft tone. Regina scowled, she understood that her husband was very busy .. But she really wanted to take a vacation, she was tired enough of her own busy life.

"As far as you go!" grunting Regina, his hand was about to open the car door but was immediately prevented by Kevin. Kevin pulled the wife's hand, Regina turned her head with a sharp look. "You're teasing me?" kevin asked with a smile that he smiled at. "Yes, so that you don't get angry anymore" Regina replied still with a smile.

"Again gone. I'll go in ... Papi must have been waiting for me." said Regina. Kevin kissed Regina long ago. After his wife entered the office, he immediately drove his car to the office of Grand Father.

At three o'clock in the afternoon...

Brother Alan is waiting for Kevin in the meeting room, the discussion about widening the business of Grand Father in the property sector is ready to talk. "Sorry, brother, did you wait long? "No, Vin. I've only been sitting here for five minutes. Is your wife waiting at home?" ask Alan. Kevin who had looked down to open the file sheet also raised his face to look at Brother Alan. "No, Brother. He hasn't come home yet, he's helping his Papa in the company." Kevin replied. Alan's brother paused for a moment before asking Kevin again, "Vin, are you still mad at me?"

"No, Brother." Kevin smiles. "I trust my sister, if you know she's my wife. And, I hope you can keep my trust." Kevin said. Alan's brother was so relieved to hear that he was so scared that Kevin was angry and didn't consider him a big brother anymore.

"Thank God .. I won't break your trust, Vin. And I'm really sorry to have approached your wife and said so disrespectfully to her." said Alan.

The meeting began immediately after the Great Father entered and followed Nuky behind him.

Meeting about the property was very time consuming Kevin. As expected, he would not be able to pick Regina up in time. He asks Aldo to pick up his wife because Aldo happens to be picking up Jessica at his office.

"Sister, I promised I'd pick up Jessica, is it okay if we pick her up? We'll just eat later" Aldo said after Regina got into his car. "Yes, Al. I happen to be hungry" said Regina.

Although a little jammed, but for Aldo he was very lucky his lover was not angry because it was a little late to pick him up.Of course Jessica was not angry because there was Regina there. Regina went downstairs, she sat in the back seat so Jessica could sit next to Aldo. Jessica would rather sit with Regina in the back seat. "God! Why are you sitting in the back? You think I'm a cab driver?" aldo exclaims to Jessica.

"Yes, Jes. You just sit in front. Let me be here alone." said Regina. Jessica who was already sitting in the back seat was staring intently at Aldo. "You're late to pick me up, so there's not much protest. Whatever I am, I want where. Run the car fast, I'm hungry." - Jessica.

"You're! being a lover is still the way you always talk to Aldo" said Regina.

"It's okay, Brother. Even if it's like that I still love her." Aldo said with a smile and looked at Jessica from the rearview mirror.

"Promination!" jessica shouted with her voice. Aldo immediately drove his car to a Japanese restaurant as Jessica wished.

Aldo drove Regina home after a meal, and she immediately drove Jessica to her apartment. Regina's coming in. He saw his phone that had no messages from Kevin.

Kevin came home with his matted face, he opened three buttons of his shirt. Walk into the room and Regina just came out of the bathroom with a towel rolling her beautiful hair.

"Kevin," Regina immediately approached, she could see the husband's face showing that the man was very tired. "Have you eaten?" ask Regina while touching Kevin's chest. Kevin shook his head, he hugged Regina's body, the fresh scent of the woman's body bursting into his respiratory senses. Regina patted Kevin on the back, "Go take a shower, I'll prepare dinner for you" Regina said. Kevin nodded, he took off his embrace and immediately went into the bathroom.

That morning, it felt like Regina was too lazy to wake up. His head feels very heavy, the intention of the heart wants to wake up and prepare breakfast and all the needs of Kevin who will go to work ... but all that is lost with dizziness as well as a sense of laziness moving from bed. Kevin, who had just finished bathing with a towel still wrapped around his waist and a squeeze of water from his hair, approached, sitting next to Regina who was still covering her body with a blanket.

"Darling, are you sick?" kevin asked, the back of his hand he put on Regina's forehead. Check the woman's body temperature. "No," Regina's voice was very limp. "I'm just a little dizzy and I'm so lazy to get up. I just want to be in bed today." Regina continued.

"I'm fine, maybe my blood pressure is very low" Regina said. Kevin took his work shirt. "Sorry, I can't serve you. Tell Nuky to buy you breakfast." Regina.

Kevin again sat next to Regina with work clothes that were perfectly attached to his body. "I'll have breakfast at home. Wait, I'll make you milk." Kevin said, he landed a kiss on Regina's cheek before he went to the kitchen. After a while, Kevin came in with a tray of milk, coffee and Regina's favorite chocolate jam bread.

"This is all I can do." said Kevin, putting the tray on the nightstand. Regina smiled, Kevin also helped Regina to sit down and fix the pillow so that his wife was more comfortable.

"Later in the afternoon I try to go home, I have told Bi Tanti to come here" said Kevin. He fed Regina and told her to drink his milk.

Kevin is very reluctant to go to the office, seeing his wife limp makes him want to be by his side all day. But the number of jobs in the office makes him have to keep going. And Regina could understand and did not want to make her husband unprofessional at work.

In the afternoon, Kevin comes home and finds Regina still lying limp in her bed. "Darling, let's go see a doctor, shall we? Your face is very pale." said Kevin panicked. Without a second thought, Kevin immediately lifted Regina's body and carried her to the car. Bi Tanti waited at home as per Kevin's orders. "Later I'll tell you, Auntie" said Kevin, Bi Tanti nodded.

Arriving at the hospital, Regina was immediately carried by Kevin. Rio who saw immediately walked over to Kevin who set foot on the hospital terrace. "What's wrong with Regina?" ask Rio. "Since morning he was very limp, I don't know why" Kevin replied frantically. "Come here, come with me." Doctor Rio.

Kevin was waiting outside, Rio ordered the sisters to immediately install an infusion hose for Regina. From the look on Regina's face and the information she got from Kevin, she immediately performed an ultrasound on Regina. In accordance with her guesses and thoughts, Regina is now pregnant. Yes, Regina's pregnant.

The nurse invites Kevin to come in, he immediately approaches Regina who smiles knots at him. Kevin can see there's a clear grain of Regina's eye. "Darling, why are you crying? Did Rio hurt you?" Kevin turned to look at Doctor Rio sharply. "I'm a Doctor, Vin, where might I hurt my patients! But if my patient were you, maybe I'd hurt you." - Doctor Rio. Kevin clucked in annoyance, he looked back at Regina, where the tears were wiped with his thumb.

"Your wife is pregnant, Vin" said Doctor Rio. Kevin turned his head, looking at Doctor Rio's face. "Are you serious?" Kevin confirm. Doctor Rio nodded. Kevin looked at Regina, he again got a nod from the wife accompanied by a smile and tears from Regina. Kevin smiled, his heart cheering happily.

"But, Rio. Why is he so weak like this? Is she okay?" ask Kevin.

"It's okay, Vin. The pregnancy of the woman is different. Some are limp like your wife, but some are not like pregnant people. I mean, he was very healthy without experiencing nausea and could still do everything as usual. When I asked Regina, she didn't feel nauseous but she didn't have an appetite. Only water can enter his stomach. Therefore your wife must be treated a few days first here. If left to limp continuously it is also not good for the fetus." said Doctor Rio at length.

"Will Regina suffocate during pregnancy like this?" ask Kevin.

"Not really, Vin. I hope that in the second trimester Regina is better" replied Doctor Rio.
