"Yes, I'm ready to hear it" Regina said with a smile.

That day, Kevin has been busy since morning preparing a surprise birthday for his girlfriend Sabila. They have been in a relationship since they were in second grade high school. Sabila was always beside Kevin, they started with the Wedding Organizer business from scratch. The families of both sides have agreed to the relationship. Because as long as they are in a relationship as lovers, Kevin and Sabila can always keep the family's trust not to fall into promiscuity. They try to respect each other and take care of each other.

Unexpectedly, the WO business that they pioneered when they were in college, is now growing rapidly with all the proud achievements. Kevin and Sabila prove that they can stand on their own without the frills of their big family name.

After completing their education in college and their WO business that went well, Kevin decided to apply for Sabila on the day of the year.

"How, Vin? Is everything ready?" ask the Great Father to Kevin.

"Already, Dad. Kevin's gonna pick up Sabila in a minute." Kevin looks at his watch which shows at seven o'clock at night. A smile of happiness emanated from Kevin's face. He and Sabila agreed to marry young. For them, it had been enough time for them to know and understand each other for the past seven years.

Both of Kevin's parents are very proud of what his first son has achieved. Although at the beginning they did not agree Kevin built his own business because Aldo at that time did not show seriousness in the business field, but because of Kevin's soft explanation, because, make his parents finally understand and give the best blessing and prayer for Kevin.

Aldo, a whining man who is actually not interested in plunging into the business world. He prefers the world of sports. But because of the orders and understanding given by Kevin, Aldo was finally willing to go down in the business world to help his father.

"Honey, I'll pick you up now" Kevin said to Sabila.

"Yes, be careful." replied Sabila as she slipped a smile emoticon at Kevin.

Sabila is a calm girl with a charming smile. He was the same height as Regina, only reaching Kevin's chest. Although calm, Sabila does not like to wear skirts or high heels. If forced, he will just wear a dress and high heels that he thinks greatly interfere with his movement.

Sabila always wears t-shirts and jeans, do not forget sneakers that faithfully accompany her days. His hair he always tied a horse with bangs sideways to the right.

"You know, you're actually pretty if you want to wear a dress like this?" Kevin said as he extended his hand to Sabila.

"Yes you're right, Vin. My daughter is actually very beautiful if she wants to wear a dress and stroke her hair like this. I didn't even recognize that she was my daughter." said Papa Erwin.

"Father !" sabila's whine gets a laugh from Kevin and Papa Erwin. Mama from Sabila had died a long time since Sabila was still in the sixth grade of Elementary School. Papa Erwin decides he will never marry again and will take care of Sabila.

"We go first, Om." said Kevin. Kevin lies to Sabila that they are going to attend the wedding of a business associate of Great Father. All the family knew that Kevin was going to propose to Sabila, including Papa Erwin.

"Kevin, where are we going? You said we were going to attend your father's business partner's wedding." asked Sabila after the car they were driving stopped at a beach. Before descending, Kevin closed Sabila's eyes with a cloth.

"Don't ask too many questions, just come with me" Kevin said as he tied the blindfold to Sabila.

"But where?" ask Sabila.

"Let's get down." Kevin leads Sabila down from the car, one hand protecting the woman's head from being hit by the roof.

"Slow down." Kevin leads Sabila closer to the beach, where he has prepared his surprise. Sabila's heart was beating in confusion, but she believed completely in Kevin. There was no reason that made him distrust the man who had always been by his side since these seven years.

Kevin stood behind Sabila, opening the blindfold slowly.

"Happy birthday, baby." whispered Kevin in Sabila's ear as the woman's eyes opened.

Sabila covered her lips with both palms, the circle of tears was powerless she could stand and fell down her cheeks. During his time with Kevin, Sabila never got a beautiful surprise like this. Where there is a balloon tapped love that is tied on the pole where there is a favorite Lily flower neatly arranged to form a round and surround the table with two chairs in the middle. Plus the highlight of the lamp from one point right on the table makes the atmosphere more romantic.

Kevin holds Sabila's hand which is still staring at the beauty of the surprise that Kevin gave for him.

"You prepared all this?" Kevin slightly pulled the chair for Sabila to sit there.

"Yes, I prepared all this. Don't you like it?" asked this Kevin who was sitting in the front seat of Sabila.

"I like, really like" Sabila replied as she brushed off her smile even though her tears were still flowing.

"Don't ruin this day with your tears, dear." Kevin wiped off Sabila's tears with his thumb.

"I'm so happy, usually when I'm on my birthday you'll only give me one bucket of flowers. Not like this." Sabila circulated her gaze staring at the surprise beauty of Kevin.

"Because today is a special day. I want today to be an unforgettable day." - Kevin.

"Kevin, why is this table empty, where's our dinner?"

"There's no dinner" said Kevin.

"If there's nothing, why did you prepare this table?"

"This table and chair are just a complement, where hold me still standing." Sabila clucked in annoyance. Even so, he remains very happy with the surprise of Kevin.

"But I'm hungry" said Sabila with her pouting face.

"Your body is small but you eat a lot. Can't you hold back your hunger just for a second? After this I'll take you to dinner somewhere else." Kevin said.

"It is precisely this small body that eats so much." Sabila and Kevin laughed happily.

"Can I talk seriously now?" ask Kevin.

"You've been talking a lot, Kevin." Sabila pulled Kevin's nose in her arms.

"Darling! I'm serious, I want to talk about our relationship." Sabila fell silent, looking at her changed face. All this time, he was afraid that Kevin would feel bored and throw it away if Kevin had achieved success. Just like the drama she was watching.

"Darling, we've been together for seven years. I think it's time for me to-"

"Are you bored of me? Are you gonna throw me out? Leave me?" sabila hatch. Kevin raised both eyebrows, feeling astonished at Sabila's remark.

"What are you talking about, I haven't finished talking but you've concluded everything."

"That means right, right? You're gonna leave me?" sabila's nose was flushed, her tears would wet her cheeks again.

"Honey," Kevin stood up, sitting crouching beside Sabila's chair.

"What are you talking about? You think I prepared all this to end our relationship?" Kevin wiped away Sabila's tears.

"It's true, right? All men if they are successful will definitely leave the woman who has accompanied him from scratch." Sabila cried, her lips pursed. Very cute in Kevin's eyes.

"If only, there was not the slightest intention in my heart to leave you. I will always be with you, forever." Kevin said, he stood up and hugged Sabila's body.

Kevin took off his embrace, on his soft trunk Sabila's head.

"Listen to me, I prepared this all because I wanted to ask you." Kevin cupped both sides of Sabila's face with his palms.

"What mean?" Sabila stopped crying, but there was still a little bit of stuffing left of her.

"Will you be the mother of my children? Accompany me for the rest of my life?" Kevin stuck out his hand that was holding the ring on Sabila.

Sabila cried again, a smile she clapped on this man who was proposing to her.

"Javab, Sabila. My legs have started to tingle." said Kevin. Sabila laughed, both hands on Kevin's arms. Invite the man to stand up.

"Of course I want to. I want to be the mother of your children. Always be by your side no matter what." said Sabila firmly. Kevin smiled, he put the ring on Sabila's ring finger. Kissing her forehead then stuffing Sabila's body into her arms.

Happiness enveloped the two of them, after a long time just hugging each other. Sabila took off her embrace then looked at Kevin with an angry yet very adorable look for Kevin.

"I'm hungry! You're so mean, proposed to me but didn't feed me." cried Sabila. Kevin chuckled, pinching Sabila's cheeks and holding her hand towards the car.

"What flowers are you going to throw away?" sabila asked innocently.

"No, hon. The flowers will be in your room later. You like it, don't you?"

"Of course I like. You think you're gonna throw it away, don't you, if it's thrown away." snorted Sabila.

"What's the table and the lamp that I need to send to your room?" asked Kevin who got a small punch on his arm by Sabila.

"That's not necessary !" sabila. Kevin chuckled, grabbed Sabila's fingers and kissed her.

Kevin takes Sabila to one of the restaurants for dinner. After an hour they spent at the restaurant. Kevin decided to take Sabila home soon because it was getting late.

"Kevin," call Sabila before they get in the car.

Kevin approached, gently touching Sabila's cheek.

"What?"

"Thank you, I'm so happy for today" said Sabila, Kevin hugging Sabila's body. Kiss the top of the woman's head.

"Please promise me you'll always be with me, never leave me." said Sabila, still in Kevin's arms.

"I promise, baby." said Kevin.

"This is a very special day for me, I will never forget this day." Sabila looked up at Kevin with a happy smile.

"I love you." said Kevin.

"I love you." replied Sabila.

Kevin took off his embrace after kissing Sabila's old forehead. He opened the car door for Sabila.

On the way, Sabila asked to stop because she saw there was a night market. I really want to buy ice cream there.

"It's night, baby. Tomorrow we leave early and buy ice cream here." said Kevin who immediately got a sullen face from Sabila.

"All right, let's go down and get some ice cream." Kevin took off his self belt. Sabila smiled happily, she also removed her self belt and immediately went down.

"Come." take Sabila. But the sound of Kevin's cell phone ringing makes him tell Sabila to cross first. Because the ice cream seller was on the opposite side of the road and Kevin did not need to put his car into the parking area of the night market.

Sabila had already bought two ice cream cones for her and for Kevin.

"Kevin !" sabila shouted with excitement. Kevin turned his head for a while and was again busy continuing his conversation with someone who called him.

"Kevin !" sabila shouted again, with a perfect smile and two ice creams in her hands, she stepped across the street.

"Kevin !!" yelled Sabila again. Kevin looked at her and---

Brakkkk

In front of Kevin's eyes, Sabila's body hit the car hard. The car stopped, but not with Sabila's body dragged far away, her face full of blood, the ice cream in her hands falling somewhere.

Kevin dropped his phone. He ran closer to Sabila who was looking at him.

"When !!!" scream Kevin. Kevin grabbed Sabila's hands full of blood, Sabila's smile never faded from her lips.

"Darling, hang on. I'm taking you to the hospital." Kevin panicked, he held Sabila's head full of blood. Everyone crowded around, looking at Sabila with a look of fear as well as worry.

"Come, baby. I'll take you to the hospital." Kevin was about to hold Sabila, but soon an ambulance arrived. Someone had apparently called the hospital which was quite close to the location of Sabila's accident.

Sabila's body was raised and laid out in a hospital bed. The doctor who participated in the ambulance pulled out the pacemaker as soon as he saw the condition of Sabila which was getting weaker. Kevin still clasped Sabila's hand tightly.

"Hold on, baby." said Kevin. He prayed for the safety of the woman he loved so much.

Kevin saw Sabila's body pulled upwards as soon as the pacemaker was placed in Sabila's chest. His body sagged as the Doctor turned to him and shook his head.

"I'm sorry, sir." said the doctor. All over Sabila's body covered in a white blanket, the hospital bed was pulled into the ambulance. Kevin and Sabila's hands slowly slipped off. Kevin looked at the ambulance that was getting away from his sight. Kevin was sitting limp, kneeling in the middle of the road. The rain of the night fell with a rush, splashing Kevin's body full of Sabila's blood.

"Come." Kevin was still staring straight at the path where the ambulance took Sabila away from him. A clear thread from the tip of Kevin's eye spilled out by itself.

"Come." Kevin was constantly calling his girlfriend's name. Kevin doesn't care if people call him and try to calm him down. He remained limp in the middle of the road.

Eventually Aldo and his Great Father came to Kevin. Leads the man's limp body into the car and takes him home.

The next morning, Kevin was still daydreaming. The shadow where Sabila's body was hit by the car was still clearly visible in her eyes.

"Sister, let's go." said Aldo. Kevin stood up, he walked beside Aldo to head for Sabila's funeral.

Arriving at the funeral, Kevin went down to the burrow, helping the funeral procession of his lover. There were no tears, but his lips were silent a thousand languages.

Lily flowers that Kevin said would put all the flowers in Sabila's room, now all lined up, neatly arranged in a mound of soil that is still wet.

One by one the people present at the funeral went home, as did Papa Erwin, Papa Sabila. Grand Father and Papa Erwin left Kevin sitting next to the tomb bearing Sabila's name.

Aldo patted Kevin on the shoulder before leaving. He could not bear to leave his brother in this state, but he knew that Kevin needed time alone.
