Change of attitude

On the way home to Bram's apartment, neither of them spoke. The silence that happened in the car. Karina felt like something was happening to Bram. He seemed to be silent coldly. Karina wanted to talk but seeing Karina's coldness undo her intentions.

I don't know why it feels so bad. He preferred to throw his gaze out the window of the car enjoying the already deserted streets.

Without feeling the car has entered the parking basement of Bram's apartment. Bram immediately got off and opened the car door for Karina. Although Bram was actually disappointed in Karina but his attention was still the same even with a cold attitude.

"Thank you" Karina said after getting out of the car.

"I'm sorry, there's something I need to finish. I can't take you upstairs." Karina was stunned, only this time Bram was acting so cold to her.

There was no smile as usual when Bram spoke to him. Karina tries to think positively. Maybe the problem is important and emergency.Inner Karina.

"I can do it myself. Go then!" karina replied with a faint smile. Bram nodded.

"Mas.." Karina's voice stopped Bram from opening the car door.

Bram turned to look at Karina unbending her intention to open the car door.

"Yes?" bram replied still in a cold and flat manner showing no predictable expression to Karina.

"May talk for a minute!" pinta Karina stared pleading.

Bram looked at Karina for a long time but when he remembered about something he had seen earlier, he made her return cold.

If only he had not previously known about Karina and Jonathan's relationship, Bram would have been happy to accept his invitation even if he had emergency needs, he would have been very enthusiastic about approaching Karina immediately.

"We'll talk tomorrow" replied Bram directly into his car and left Karina still in her place, feeling that it had made the man angry. More disappointed than angry.

The apartment door opened after Karina entered the password of the apartment.

"Mister just got home?" asked Maya who was in the kitchen taking drinking water and crossing the living room.

"Haw.." Karina sighed and threw her butt into the living room sofa.

He looked tired, not only tired of the body but tired of the heart and also of the mind.

"Drink mbak!" Maya put down a bottle of cold mineral water that she had brought earlier.

Karina looked at the bottled water with a blank look. I grabbed it and gulped down the cold white water to the toilet. Maya sits on the sofa next to her waiting for her next reaction.

"I met her May" Karina said after feeling a little calm.

"Who do you mean?" ask Maya who doesn't understand who's talking about. Karina looked at the curious Maya.

"The twins." Maya is silent and so is Karina. Maya tries to digest Karina's words.

"That's what Mr Jonathan means?" maya asked in surprise with her fingers covering her mouth in disbelief. Karina nodded.

"Young master Alensio?" ask Maya again reassuringly. Karina nodded again.

"Well.. keep going...keep going...?" tanya Maya enthusiastically approached Karina's seat.

"She's a cousin mas Bram." replied Karina still calm even though earlier when she knew Jo and Bram were cousins, Karina was also shocked in disbelief.

"Gee... Daebak...soon? He also recognizes mbak?" exciting Maya.

"Yes, despite secretly and secretly meeting me." replied Karina again recalling the meeting earlier.

"Well..what did he say?"

"I rejected it even though I couldn't actually do it." Karina answered staring blankly ahead.

Karina's phone rang woke her up. With her eyes still closed, Karina fumbled on the nightstand next to her bed looking for her phone.

In a cell phone conversation :

Karina :"Hello." she answered in a hoarse voice typical of people waking up.

Jo:"You just woke up?" ask the one across. Karina glanced at the name on her phone screen. Spontaneous Karina woke up from her sleep.

Karina :"Okay..." Karina involuntarily complained while holding her throbbing head in pain.

Jo:"Where are you? You why? You okay?" jo asks Karina a question to hear Karina complain on her phone.

Karina :"What's wrong. Just a little dizzy. Maybe wake up suddenly" he answered reasoned because he did not want to make Jo anxious.

Jo:"You sure?" ask Jo not to believe it.

Karina :"Really?" karina answered reassuringly.

Jo:"You always say it's okay even if you have a lot of problems." Jo said, leaving Karina speechless.

"I just wish you were more open to me. That's if you still think I'm your husband." Jo's last words made Karina feel stuck.

Karina did not say anything that would still be able to handle it herself. Both of them were silent, no one spoke.

Jo:"Can I go to your place?"

Karina :"Don't!" prevent Karina fast.

Jo :"Why? You don't want to run away from me anymore, do you?" jo's question this time really insinuated to Karina.

Karina:"It's not like that." explained Karina before Jo misunderstood her.

"I live in Bram's apartment, I can't bring you here." Karina explained. It makes Jo even more emotional.

Jo:"I'm there now." Jo immediately closes his phone, picks up his phone and car keys to Karina's place.

Karina's drunk, she doesn't want Bram to know this fast about her relationship with Jo. He wanted to say carefully so as not to hurt Bram's feelings so much. Karina contacted Jonathan's phone many times, but was not picked up.

Karina knows exactly what Jonathan is. He was also not ready to meet the twins. Karina fears that Jo's parents have separated her from the twins.

"Why are you confused?" tanya Maya sees Karina coming out with a face that is still messy. Although it still looks beautiful.

"How did he know he was here?" Maya comes to Karina who has been sitting at the kitchen bar table.

"Then? What are you worried about?" ask Maya. Karina looked at Maya.

"Mas Bram is coming to pick me up at ten. I don't know, he didn't say where to take me." said Karina.

Maya immediately glanced at the wall clock, still at eight in the morning. It's still two hours until Bram comes.
