That morning Bram prepared to go to Karina's house, he stood in front of the mirror of his room pecking himself that there was nothing lacking in him. And may Karina accept her proposal. Based on information received from Maya, Karina said she wanted to consider her application.

I don't know why that makes Bram so happy. Different times with his wife used to not be as enthusiastic now maybe because they used to be betrothed.

Not to forget Bram stopped by the flower shop to buy red roses to show his seriousness in proposing to Karina.

This was where right now, standing in front of Karina's house nervously and chest pounding.

Every day he comes to this house but he's okay, and now he's very nervous. Like the first person to fall in love. Bram cleared his heart beat.

"Assalamualaikum.." exclaimed Bram knocking on the door of Karina's house, his eyes did not focus anything strange from that door.

Bram kept shouting salutations and knocking on the door louder. Peering from the window of the house but not visible because the curtain is closed.

"Wait on! Can't they still sleep? Even the curtains are still closed." muttered Bram.

"Who are you looking for, sir?" asked a woman who passed in front of Karina's house to see Bram banging on Karina's door. Bram automatically turns around following the direction of the sound.

"Marina?" bram replied while pointing at Karina's house.

"A, Mrs. Karina's in the hospital. Last night he was ushered Mr. Finds. Looks like she's about to give birth." Bram was shocked to hear the impossible news.

*Bu*are estimates still two weeks away?Did something happen that he didn't know? But Bram shifted his opinion first, coming to him was more important.

"Do you know which hospital they're going to?" ask Bram worriedly.

Bram drives the vehicle at high speed, based on what was said earlier. A lot of blood came out of Karina's thigh. Shouldn't a woman give birth to amniotic fluid? If the blood that comes out is it not dangerous? Don't.don't.no, please don't...

Bram ran down the hallway of the city hospital to the ER room to meet someone who might be asked for an explanation. Maya maybe?

From a distance Bram could see Maya's pale and anxious face being shuttled back and forth in front of the operating room door, alone. Then where's Anin? batin Bram wondered.

"Maya.." called Bram, Maya immediately turned to look at Bram.

The anxiety on his face slowly dissipated a little after seeing Bram. There was at least someone to share about what he had to do. He's not experienced about any of this.

"Mas Bram." Maya replied saying hello.

"What's going on? Where's Karin? How's he doing?" bram asked in a tone of anxiety.

"I don't know what happened last night. When I came home last night, I heard a groan from inside her room and I forced her to open the door. And it turns out.. it turns out.. blood, a lot of blood comes out from below.hiks...hiks..." Maya is unable to speak, she is very anxious and feels guilty for what reason.

Bram asked her to sit in the front waiting chair of the operating room, Bram sitting next to Maya still waiting for the continuation of the story. Although he was curious he would not force him to talk before he calmed down.

"The doctor said, Karin contracted because of her stress and her mind. And must be operated on immediately so as not to harm both babies. And the doctor decided on a cesarean operation." Maya explained stammering.

"You're right. Hope the operation is smooth and they're all safe." Maya just nodded and continued to cry.

Elsewhere, a man lying down with various medical equipment supporting his life opened his eyes wide. His breath was hunting, as if he was having a nightmare. And someone called him.

The young man immediately sat down limp, removing the infusion and oxygen connected to his nose, lips and hands. He can breathe very well.

"Doctor.doctor..in..he. realized." exclaimed the woman who made a nurse nearby directly approached him.

"We'll check it out. Please wait outside for a moment!" the door of the doctor who was treating the young man.

The loud cries of the two baby boys inside the operating room were simple not to be outdone. Bram and Maya breathe a sigh of relief and give thanks for the successful cesarean section of the babies.

"Thank God!" maya smiled with relief as she approached the operating room.

"Suster how's it going?" tanya Bram saw a nurse come out of the operating room.

"Sorry, wait a minute!" the nurse answered looking frantically running for what reason.

It made Bram's mind anxious because he had not heard from Karina post-surgery.

"Bak Karin doesn't papa dana mas?" maya asked Bram with a horror look full of anxiety.

"Karina is fine. Be assured of that!" bram replied firmly although in fact he was also very worried about her.

He was scared, he was traumatized. He hopes nothing unwanted happens.

The doctor came out of the operating room to Bram.

"Family patient?" exclaim that doctor.

"Yes, brother?"

"You ready?" ask the doctor.

"I'm her future husband." Bram replied firmly without much thought. The doctor seemed to sigh for a moment, he was confused as to where to talk from.

"It's best to talk in my room." the doctor was taken by Bram and followed the doctor's steps.

"You have to prepare for the worst possible thing that might happen to the mother" the doctor said after a long silence.

"No. no. Doctor, tell me it's a lie. You're gonna try to save her, aren't you, Doc?" bram shook his head in disbelief at the doctor's verdict.

"The patient had a severe shock that knocked him unconscious. Especially the twins. And the protracted stress further makes the situation decrease. We can only pray that there may be a miracle from God." the doctor comforted Bram in shock and silence.

His mind was already filled with bad things that might happen to Karina.

Bram is out of the doctor's room and Maya approaches him asking about what the doctor said about Karina.

While Karina was placed in the ICU room with medical devices installed throughout her body to support her life. And yet they cannot be turned inside. Can only stare from the window of the ICU room.
