Two Husbands/New Life

Two Husbands/New Life
The Part 23

"Can Daddy come in?" Pinta Jo after peeking a little at her daughter's bedroom door.

After yesterday they arrived in the capital at eight p.m. They headed straight for the private house they occupied after the birth of Hana. It was the third time they moved house. As each child grows up, Jo moves to a bigger house.

Because a bigger house will be more comfortable with their children later. That's why Jo asked his wife to take care of their move. And now even their luxurious and large houses could be called mansions.

"Come in!" Anin replied after glancing at the door if father continued knocking on the door.

Jo looked around at her daughter's room. It was very much like a girl's room in general. Jo saw the stuff so complete and the little dolls piled up in the corner of his bed.

Jo smiled slightly as she looked at the doll gifts that were always given to the princess, she was still kept together with her other gift dolls.

"May Daddy talk?" Jo asked doubtfully as she sat on the edge of the bed of the room.

"Speak dad!" Anin sat in front of Jo a little far away by occupying her study chair.

Anin was cleaning up her things after returning from island B.

"Do you like your room?" Jo asked while looking around the room.

"I like it." Anin answered briefly, taking a look around.

"I hope you still like it. And will always miss him." Jo said again full of meaning.

Anin fell silent as if knowing what her Daddy meant.

"You know what Daddy's happiness is?" Jo asked looking at Anin.

Anin stared back in astonishment. Then Anin chose to shake his head even though he did not understand the meaning of the words of the Daddy.

"Seeing our happy family full of laughter and smiles. Although we cannot escape sadness, but that is life. Let alone seeing your mommy happy, that's Daddy's ultimate happiness." Jo replied, staring at Anin with a gentle smile.

Anin also looked at him. He can see from the look of Jo's eyes that radiated full of happiness when talking about the mommy.

"And you're one of your mommy's joys. Daddy won't hold you back if it's purely your own will. Daddy can understand how Anin feels when he sees both of our parents let alone our biological parents separated. It was something very sad that everyone experienced. But Daddy promises, for life Daddy will give happiness to your mommy by giving everything that can make her happy. You know how much Daddy loves your mommy?" Anin again shook her head, she knew her Daddy loved her mommy so much but Anin didn't know enough to see how big it was.

Even the magnitude could not be expressed in words.

"How much happier is he that much Daddy's love for your mommy. If your mommy can't be happy, Daddy feels because Daddy's love is lacking because your mommy's happiness is lacking." Anin involuntarily shed tears, she just understood what Jo meant.

"I'm sorry Daddy.I'm sorry Anin..." Said Anin while crying as if she felt guilty again.

"No princess... Daddy didn't want to make you cry. Daddy wants to see you happy too. But Daddy doesn't want to make your mommy sad either." Obviously Jo while grabbing the princess continued into his arms.

"Sorry Daddy, Anin must have disappointed Daddy with Anin's decision." Anin replied, grinning her face into the chest of Jo's field.

"No princesses. Daddy didn't force you to stay with us. No matter where you live, no matter where you are, you're still Daddy's little daughter. We will remain your family. Even if you're not with Daddy. Can we keep in touch?.... Hm..." Whisper Jo in that embrace.

Anin nodded her head in agreement with Jo's words, because of her unstoppable cry that she could only nod her head.

"Thanks princess..." Anin nodded her head again.

Behind the door, when Karina was also about to meet her daughter wanted to apologize to her. Her steps came to a halt when she heard Jo talk about how much the man loved her.

Making Karina stop for the sake of hearing the conversation of the two people she loved in a different way. Unknowingly his tears came dripping happily hearing that much of it on him. Until he can't stand them anymore.

"Mommy, Anin's grown up not a kid anymore." Protest Anin jokingly looked at her mommy and turned to the embrace of the mommy.

"For parents, children are still children." Karina replied smiling, Jo also smiled seeing two different-aged women with faces that were almost similar.

If only they were the same age people would think they were twins. Well, triplets.

The next day, Ken keeps his promise to pick up Anin who is already with him. Karina helps to clean up Anin's belongings despite not doing much because it has been completed by their household assistant. Despite enduring her grief, Karina tries hard to see her daughter join her papa.

Anin is also the daughter of her ex-husband. Karina was the one who felt guilty for banning and blaming Anin who was a little selfish. But Karina knows, any child would want to know what his papa is like, what his mommy is like.

**

"This time I allowed him to come with you. Because after all you're his biological father. I also have no right to prevent it because it is merely respecting Anin's wishes. I just want to tell you, treat Anin as your biological daughter that you love. Even though there are now children and stepwives with you. A child is a child, there is no such thing as an ex-child. I'll make sure, if Anin told me one time you treated him badly. At that time I will break the blood relationship between you." Obviously Jo was meeting Ken who came to his mansion to pick up Anin.

His words were full of threats that were not playful.

"Lad..." A spoiled voice from inside his mansion made Ken undo his intention to answer Jo's words, until he looked at his daughter who came from inside along with Karina who saw her eyes reddened that he was guessed to cry because of Anin's departure.

Anin hugged her father's body after shaking his hand and peeping at Ken's back. Jo pulls his wife's waist closer to him because he doesn't want her, he might faint.

***

Karina's cry breaks out after Ken's car leaves the Karina family mansion carrying her daughter. Jo calms his wife with a tight hug from the side. He didn't say anything. He let his wife let out her cries out of the sadness of the farewell with her eldest daughter.

Jo let out a long sigh, stroking the back of his wife who was constantly crying in the chest deck of his field.

"He went honey. She abandoned me. He's really gone. He. huahua hua..." Karina's crying is getting louder.

"Baby, no. He's not leaving. He just went to his dad's house. We can still reach him. We can make a video call, call. Now everything is practical. We can also visit him."

"Can?" Pinta Karina with sparkling eyes stared at her husband expectantly.

Oh, no .. Jo is the most anti to be invited to go see Karina's former in-laws who are none other than Ken's parents. Ken is there too. He really hates. He should not have promised anything to 'visit' his eldest daughter. He can make an appointment with his daughter if he wants to see each other without coming to Ken's parents' house.

"We'll see." Jo's answer is not to make Karina calm but Karina's crying broke again.

Until Jo made me lose with the childish nature of his wife this one. He knew that he could at least or could not see his wife crying or grieving.

"City.okay... We'll visit him later." Jo's words made Karina cry suddenly silent and calm.

"Thank you honey." Karina replied while kissing her husband's lips at a glance.

"But ..." Jo's words made Karina get ready to move her lips to prepare for a frown in protest.

"Otherwise?" Karina Sharp.

"Eh... Better after giving birth to our little baby. How's it?" Jo said with a smile so that his wife would not get angry because her face implied that soon her cries would burst out again.

"certain." Karina replies, smiling, happy to hear her husband's explanation, which is solely for the sake of their child, who may be two weeks away from seeing the world.
