"Where are you going, honey?" asked Raden with his hoarse voice. He woke up when Hasna got out of bed.
"I'm gonna grab a drink, Mom. Would you?"
"Yes, can. Don't you take it long, yeah."
"Yes, just grab a drink."
Hasna smiled at her husband who looked agitated because he was left behind by her. Since getting married, Raden has been very spoiled for Hasna. He could not sleep if Hasna was not beside him.
If there is a job that requires Raden to stay out longer, then he chooses to bring Hasna along.
After releasing her thirst, Hasna brought a bottle of cold water for her to take to the room. However, his footsteps came to a halt as it faintly sounded the sound of someone being sobbed.
Hasna sharpened her hearing, ascertaining where the source of the sound was from. The clearer it sounded, the voice came from behind the house.
Someone was sitting there. Massaging his painful head. Occasionally he spits because the nausea that whack do not know the time.
"Angela, what are you doing here? This is very malem. You can get sick later, let alone have your clothes open like this."
Angela glanced at a glance.
Hasna sat down even though she knew her whereabouts were not desirable there. They both just kept quiet. Staring at the dark black sky, there were no stars let alone the moon.
"Couldn't this kid be taken before his time? Very heavy," murmured Angela. Hasna looked surprised.
"I was wrong to be a kid who likes to wander at night, but that doesn't mean I want all of this. Damnit damnit! There is no food that I can enjoy. She said pregnant women would be spoiled by husband and family, bullshit! Even my own parents don't care. Does Aunt know? They're so happy I live here."
Hasna frowned.
"You hungry? I'll make chicken soup."
"No taste even though I want to."
"Try it first. I think it's good to have soup at night. Wait, it's a little long actually."
"My patience is as thick as the dictionary now, Aunt take it easy."
Hasna got up from her seat. Go to the kitchen to cook chicken soup, until she forgets to give her husband a drink.
"Darling ...."
"Mas."
"Why are you doing these nights?" tanyanya while approaching Hasna. The woman was cutting vegetables.
"Why cook nights?" asked Raden while hugging Hasna from behind.
"For Angela. He was hungry and not confused about what to eat. Nausea from being pregnant young made her afraid to eat something."
"Okay, this one in-law. I'll just wait in the room while I'm on my phone."
"Sleep, Mas."
Hasna could only shake her head in her husband's manner. After it matures, Hasna goes to call Angela. The woman was still sitting in the same place.
He looks to rub his face. Angela is still crying.
"The soup is ripe, let's go inside."
Hearing Hasna's voice, Angela immediately wiped away her tears that were still dripping.
"Where?"
"Nob."
Seeing Angela eating like a normal person normally would, Hasna decided to return to her room because Raden would not be able to fall asleep again if she was not on her side.
"What do I have to do now?"
Angela's question stopped Hasna's footsteps.
"Somehow, I still believe in Airlangga. Whatever he's doing now is with you, it's the result of your own actions."
"But I love him so much." Angela is crying again.
"Just because we have love doesn't mean we have to have it. Who knows the love you're forcing kills the love of another."
"Yes, I know. With this marriage, Airlangga's love was forced to be buried for a while. But Auntie, even though I can't be Airlangga's wife, she still can't continue her love."
"Nobody knows the fate of a person because it's all the destiny of a god."
"Maybe my marriage is also destiny?"
"Yes, even the fallen dain was because it was fate and everything was with God's permission."
"That's not my fault, is it Aunt? This is all because it was already predestined by God."
Hasna reverse. Staring at Angela who was speaking was still in a state of eating.
"Do you know why God gives us reason? that is so that we can distinguish what is good and right, God has given us guidelines to live. Choose right or left, all God has directed."
Angela smiled cynically.
"Finish eating, go to sleep."
"Sick sleeping on the couch, Auntie."
Hasna stopped her steps again for a moment, then not long after that she returned to walk leaving Angela.
The human heart and feelings belong entirely to the power. Those of us who have a place for the heart to live cannot control it. We can only try to stabilize so that the heart and mind can go along.
Seeing Angela's sadness, as Hasna's woman feels cassian. He felt what Hasna was feeling right now. Being pregnant with emesis is very disturbing. I want to eat but can't. The body feels tired because there is no intake, the only thing that makes young pregnant women strong is the support system from the closest people.
However, what happened to Airlangga also made Hasna unable to like Angela. As a mother despite only being a serial mother, Hasna was angry that her son was forced to marry a woman he did not love.
