Trapped on Zombie Island

Chapter 16

Marsell was trying to save himself. He fought every zombie that would attack him, he happened to find a block of wood, maybe the wood would not hurt the zombies, he said, at least he could continue to fight so as not until the zombie bit him.

Marsell kept hitting the zombies trying to attack him, then he ran without direction and purpose.

Marsell accidentally saw there is a fairly wide ATM Center, instead it looks there are some people in there. Marsell immediately ran in that direction.

He hit the head of the zombie that was going to confront him.

The zombie got back up after him.

Marsell did not want to give up, he continued to fight some zombies that continuously attacked him. Until he stopped in front of the glass door.

"Oh that's Marsell, give her a way to get in." asked Mira to the people guarding the door, as a friend Mira must care about her.

Apparently Rere was also there because Mira helped him pull Rere's hand and run to the ATM Center.

"Don't let him in." Rere is still a grudge against Marsell who left him alone.

"Rere!" snapped Mira.

"Yes, don't let him in." Alan, the man with the glasses, supported Rere's decision. He was afraid that some zombies might come in.

But since there were many people there who had a conscience, they did not listen to Alan and Rere's words.

"Let him in" Tio said, to his students. Tio is a high school teacher who was going to study tour in France. He regretted only being able to protect his 7 students.

They let Marsell inside and immediately held the door back.

The zombies were so brutal attacking that glass door. They continued to hold hard lest the glass door be pushed by the zombies.

Rere even quarreled with Marsell because Marsell did not accept that Marsell left himself alone, Marsell chose to go save his own life which was initially Marsell wanted to find Ana but he abandoned his intention, choosing to save himself.

Rere slapped Marsell.

"Basic cruel. You can leave me, choose to go save yourself."

Marsell is very unacceptable in a slap like that. He held her cheek by staring intently at Rere.

"We're not here to be hypocrites, Re. What we think in such a precarious state is of course thinking of our own lives. You're not important to me anyway, so why should you sacrifice myself for you." Marsell prefers to be honest, even if those words hurt people.

Alan, the teary-eyed man snorted in annoyance at their commotion, "If you want to fight don't be here. Don't lure a lot of zombies to come this way. Quickly we hold this door."

Mira and Rere relented, they immediately helped them to hold the glass door. There are only a few zombies that surround them maybe because the zombies there are still fighting for fresh food out there.

Then there's the guy who tried to get into the ATM Center, his hand hurt. "Please open the door!"

"Don't let that guy in. His hand is hurt." Marsell said, when he saw a wound on the man's hand.

Apparently the person outside was a teacher, his co-worker Tio.

"How is this, sir?" Ask the students there to Tio. They can't bear to see their teacher out there.

Tio was very confused between having to let him in or not.

"It's just a claw wound" said the man, it's actually just a scratch on his hand.

"Despite the claw wound, it could have made him a zombie like them." Alan supports Marsell's remarks. He doesn't want to take any chances.

"But it seems like claw injuries are unlikely to make them turn into zombies" Tio was very sure the injuries in his comrades would not make him turn into a zombie.

"Then what if it changes?" Rere this time agreed to the words of Marsell and Alan. "Don't make dangerous decisions!"

Tio had to shut up. He couldn't help his partner.

"Ah shit." that guy was so upset, he was forced to run to save himself, but the wound in his hand even invited a lot of zombies.

The zombies chased him until they managed to bite the guy and swarm him against each other, biting him brutally.

People at the ATM Center tried not to scream to witness the apparition. Let alone Rere, he hugged Mira tightly .

Alan saw a flashlight in the apartment building. "It looks like there's a survivor up there."

Marsell exclaimed at him, "Yes right, we have to run up there. It looks like it's very safe there."

Actually on this island there are many buildings and empty houses as well. But those who are there do not want to risk what if they even go into a place that becomes a zombie nest. It is better to run to a place that is guaranteed to be safe.

Because the zombies around them were busy biting and eating the person, those in the ATM Center immediately came out slowly, there were 12 people in there.

They rushed out one by one, walking slowly, lest the sound of their steps be heard by the zombies.

Marsell, Rere, and Mira are at the forefront.

Accidentally one of the high school students stepped on a plastic drink bottle trash, causing a sound.

They were very shocked and frightened to see the zombies running towards them.
