Trapped on Zombie Island

Chapter 14

"We have to help Nek Sela" said Ana as she walked up to Nek Sella who was standing up straight bowing her head.

Ana grabs Nek Sela's hand, "Mr..."

Ana was wide-eyed as soon as Nek Sela's eyes turned all white, she reflexively let go of Nek Sela's hands, she was so frightened that she walked back away from her.

Dave who saw all that, he rushed to step foot to help Ana, unfortunately there are zombies who heard the sound of his steps and immediately attacked Dave.

Dave does not hold a weapon at all, he is forced to fight the zombie with his bare hands, Dave kicks the zombie with all his might but Dave's kick is not felt for the terrible creature. Even the zombie was getting more brutal attacking him.

Suddenly Nek Sela who was still half conscious he ran hugging the zombie, "Hurry up to run! Save Ana!" lirih Nek Sela's. He was willing to endure the pain, his shoulder was bitten by the zombie.

Ana was crying to see it. "Miss!"

"Run!" snapped Nek Sela, she did not want to hurt Ana if she became a zombie later. And as a form of gratitude because Ana had helped him when he and Adel were starving and willing to help him walk two hours to get here.

"Please take care of my grandson!" nek Sela said amid the pain.

Ana could not bear to see it, she wanted to help Nek Sela but she also knew Nek Sela would soon turn into a zombie.

Hearing their noise and voices, Dave sees a horde of zombies running towards them.

Dave immediately pulls Ana's hand, takes her away, they run as fast as they can. A pack of zombies chased them like starving beasts had found their prey.

Since all humans and animals perished on this island, they have indeed fasted for 6 months, therefore they are so brutal and struggling to find prey.

"Agghhkkrp....Aghhkkr...."

They ran so fast after Dave and Ana.

Unfortunately, one zombie attacked Ana.

"Yes...!" Ana screams that a zombie is attacking her. Make him out of Dave's grasp.

Dave immediately kicks the zombie that's gonna bite Ana.

As soon as he was able to escape, Dave rushed off to bring Ana into the building to hide. Damn the door in the building was broken, Dave took Ana running up the stairs.

This building may have been a kind of apartment, once used as a residence by the residents of this island before the outbreak spread and attacked all those who were there. Though the island used to be so beautiful, and they move like humans in general.

Ana and Dave run down the corridor, they try to open every door of the apartment room, unlocked.

"Agghhkkrp... Aghhkkr..."

The sound of zombies is approaching.

They're so tense !

They were wide-eyed when they found out that there were many zombies that had reached their place.

Dave placed his index finger on Ana's lips to keep Ana from making a sound, slowly bringing Ana into his arms so that Ana would not be frightened.

"Agghhkkrp.... Aghhkkr..." A swarm of zombies staggered along in search of their existence, their sense of smell was indeed not so sharp, it could only smell fresh blood.

Ana was so frightened upon hearing the sound of the zombies being so close to them, it was probably only a meter away. He's tightening his arms.

They just hope that no zombies hit them, even though he was near the zombies. There could be about 40 zombies in the corridor, ready to eat them if they manage to find Ana and Dave.

"Pgrrhkkk...Ggrrhkk..." The zombies continued to make noise with their heads that could not stand still.

The sound of rats.

Maybe the rat was just like Dave and Ana who were frightened by the presence of zombies there, a bunch of zombies scattered chasing the sound of mice, apparently there are rats that still managed to live on the island.

Dave was so relieved that all the zombies ran away from them chasing after the rat's voice.

Dave let go of the hug.

They become misbehaved. Don't want to speak a word.

Dave clasped Ana's hand back, they should be able to find a place to hide. Try again to find an apartment room door that might be open.

They did not have much time, it could be that the zombie horde was back looking for them again.

Dave was forced to use his cell phone flashlight to see the entire room there. He saw that one door of the apartment room was open.

Ana and Dave stared at each other and smiled in relief. They immediately walked over and entered the apartment.

Apparently there were some zombies who saw the flashlight. They run to chase Ana and Dave.

Ana and Dave immediately enter the apartment room. They immediately closed the door but it was a bit difficult because there was one zombie hand clamped to the door. Dave kept kicking that hand so he managed to close the door and lock it.

The atmosphere is so tense.

The zombies did not give up on breaking down the door of the apartment. Ana and Dave leaned their backs against the door so that the door had a little bit of strength, lest they manage to break it.

Slowly their breakthrough weakened as the sound of the rats they were chasing resounded, they scattered again chasing the rat's voice.

Ana and Dave breathed a sigh of relief, staring at each other. Dave kept his phone on top of the TV cabinet as a light.

"Gghbkkrrr...Gghhkkr..."

Ana and Dave are startled by the sound of zombies again, the possibility of the zombies is in the apartment there.
