CHAPTER 9 - The Threat of Gibran
"I don't need your promise. My decision is already unanimous to break up with you. Now let go of me!" Aurora rebelled and tried to remove her hand from Gibran's hand.
"I'll never let you go before you're willing to give me one more chance. C'mon baby. Please" Gibran further tightened his hand check from Aurora's hand. It made the girl start to feel pain.
"I said get off Gibran! Our relationship is over" Aurora yelled as she tried her hardest to get her hands off Gibran's clutches. But his efforts were in vain, because Gibran's energy was much stronger than his because he was a man.
"Let him go" The heavy voice of a man who had suddenly come and interrupted their quarrel. Spontaneous both of them immediately turned towards the owner of the voice.
"You who? Come to meddle in people's affairs. This has nothing to do with you. Because this is my business with my fiancee" Gibran said in a low tone and a stern look.
"I wouldn't interfere, if you could be polite. Not using rude means on a woman. As I saw it, he rejected you. But you kept forcing her and making her sick" Alwi replied casually.
"Then what is your business so you feel entitled to interfere? But wait a minute. Are you a famous singer?" Gibran narrowed his eyes, pointing at Alwi with his index finger. Trying to remember a very familiar face that was interfering in his affairs with his fiancee.
"Yes"
"Okay what's your name? Oh yes, Alwi Yudhistira. Listen carefully, don't wait around because you're a popular public figure and have thousands of fans, so you think I'm one of your fans who's going to bow down to you. I don't care who you are. Because I have nothing to do with you. So you better go and don't bother us"
"I'm sorry, but I never asked anyone to submit to me. Because I'm a singer, not a king. So whatever you say, please let her go" Alwi still responded to the man's snubbing in a calm and relaxed manner while holding hands.
"I'm sorry, what's this fuss?" A security suddenly appeared and participated in their debate.
"Sir, please secure this man. He kept bothering me. And I want to go home" Pinta Aurora pointed at Gibran with regret.
"Sir, please don't interfere. He's my fiancee. And this is our personal matter..." Gibran explained with a sharp look.
"That was. Now I'm not your fiance anymore, because we've broken up" Aurora exclaimed quickly.
"But I don't want to break up with you, because I still love you so much"
"But I don't need the love of an unfaithful man like you. Who can only make promises, but cannot fulfill them. So I'm asking from now on never to bother me again"
"Sorry, I'd better get out of here. Please don't make a scene in this place. Or I'm forced to call other security friends to forcibly evict you" the security chief, who was forced to use threats to mediate their debate.
"All right, I'm going. But remember Ra, until I'll never let you go. Forever you will be mine. If I can't have you, then no one can have you. This is my promise to you"
Gibran looked at Aurora with a very deep gaze. His tone was soft, yet it sounded very serious. To make Aurora stunned and feel daunted. Is that man threatening her?
After saying that, Gibran headed for his Rubicon car which immediately drove away from the place.
"Miss, are you okay?" The security asked Aurora with a little worry.
"Sama-sama Miss" the aged Security then glanced at Alwi and felt very familiar looking at his handsome face. "Eh, isn't this Mas Alwi Yudhistira? That famous singer you're in love with?" With his ripple he pointed at Alwi with his index finger.
"Yes sir" replied Alwi clumsy.
"Well! What dream was I having last night? So that today can meet directly with my idol singer. Do you know no? I am a big fan of you. Even all of your songs, I collect my phone dimemory" said the security guy with a bang.
"Oh, is that it?"
"Oh yes Mas Alwi, can I have a photo and a signature? Later I want to show my wife's children at home" The man approached Alwi while removing the phone from his pants pocket.
"Mmm, yeah-yes"
"Before Mas" He began to turn on his cellphone camera, and took a photo with his idol singer with a variety of alay poses. Alwi could only smile clumsy and amusedly. But can't refuse, because that person is one of his fans as well.
While Aurora felt bored and tired of seeing the tacky scenery in front of her. Shaking his head in amusement, he got into his speeding car, leaving the two men of different generations and professions.
Alwi, who still had to accompany the security, turned his head and looked at Aurora's car that darted away from the place.
"Sir, yes already. We will continue again sometime. I was in a hurry" Kilah Alwi who then ran to his car.
"But Mas, sign it yet!" Shouted security that was still not satisfied to meet the superstar.
Alwi no longer hugged the middle-aged man. He focused more on driving his car to catch the Aurora car that was traveling at maximum speed, among thousands of vehicles that passed on smooth paved roads.
Aurora who was focusing on driving glanced at the glass of her car. He felt that the orange Lamborghini Gallardo behind his car was following him. At first he thought that it was just his feelings, and not too much he was piling. He just kept driving his car in a relaxed manner.
But the longer he became more convinced, seeing the car that never changed course. But keep walking behind the car. Aurora was upset by herself.
Who is that person who followed him like that?! Is that Gibran?! Was that guy still not satisfied also looking for trouble with her?!
But if you look at the car, he thinks it's not Gibran's car. Then who is it? And what does that guy really want? With a heart filled with annoyance and curiosity, Aurora slammed the left wheel slowly, and stopped her four-wheeled vehicle on the side of the road.
Then he got out of his car, and walked to the car that also stopped behind his car. Aurora tapped on the car's glass door in an intimidating manner. Until the door opens and Alwi comes out.
"What do you really want? Why follow me?" Cecar Aurora with flat.
"It's okay. Just want to get acquainted with you. We've met twice, but I don't even know what your name is yet" Alwi replied casually with a flirting smile.
