CHAPTER 31 - I'll Keep loving you

She was afraid that this would make Alwi's feelings towards her slowly fade away. People say, children are the glue of love of both parents. Could it be that Alwi's love for her would remain stuck, if she never gave him offspring?

Alwi came out of the room already wearing pajamas. He walked over to the table in front of the sofa. On the table were dozens of gifts from invited guests, who were present at their anniversary event which had just been held a few hours ago.

A few minutes earlier, several bodyguards brought and put the gifts into their apartment rooms.

Four years ago after getting married, they decided to live together in a luxurious Alwi apartment. Four years later, they lived in that apartment comfortably and happily.

Alwi took one of the gift boxes on the table and opened it. He smiled in amazement at the contents of the gift which turned out to be a diamond necklace.

He looked at Aurora who was sitting combing her long hair in front of the ornamental table. Aurora has also replaced the dress she previously wore at the party with a pajama shirt, before her.

The woman looked pensive. Like thinking about something and thinking a lot. And his gloomy face was clearly visible through the ornamental mirror in front of him. Alwi walked up to Aurora, then he bowed his body, hugging his wife from behind.

"Having celebrated our wedding anniversary, why does my wife even frown? It should be happy dong. For four years, we were married and became husband and wife. Are you unhappy, being the wife of an Alwi Yudhishthira?" Chirping Alwi while leaning his chin on Aurora's head with his pot.

"And you alone, do you feel happy, being the husband of an Aurora?" Aurora asked back with a bland tone of voice.

"Why are we asked again? You already know the answer" Alwi tightened his embrace. He's getting attached to his wife.

"What answer? I don't think I know" Aurora asked. This made him insecure. She was afraid that her husband would only pretend to be happy with her, because he had already married her, and also made an appointment with his mother.

"Yes the answer is, of course I'm very happy. How could I not be happy? To be the husband of the woman I love so much...." Alwi answered honestly with love.

"Even if she can't give you offspring, for years of your marriage?"

Alwi was stunned to hear his wife's words. He loosened his embrace and stood up straight.

"Kok you talk like that anyway, baby? I've told you many times, right? Whatever happens, my feelings will never change. My love for you will remain the same. It will never decrease just because of a child's problems...." Alwi said softly and seriously.

"You sure you can keep talking like that?" Aurora asked hesitantly as she got up from the chair, and walked a few steps slowly. Alwi also walked up to his wife who was standing with a grim face.

"meaning? You don't believe that I really love you? You doubt? And you're assuming that I can turn to another woman?"

"Eitherway. I don't know myself, what to behave like? I just feel like I can't be a whole woman yet. I can't be a useful wife yet, as long as I haven't been able to bear a child for you" Aurora said softly.

"Honey listen to me" Alwi held Aurora's shoulders gently. Then turned his wife's body to face and looked at her.

"Children are not a guarantee that you can be a full woman. To me you are a very useful wife. With you present in my life, being my wife and loving me with all your soul and body, it has made you a very useful woman and wife to me. So don't you ever say that you're not a useful wife.

Because your words hurt me so much. It just shows that I can't make you happy living with me. So please, please don't ever think like that again. The doctor always said we were both okay. Yeah maybe.... God does not trust us to be parents.

So what we have to do now is, pray a lot and be patient. Not even complaining. Already, it's better now we sleep. We rest. And we forget all these problems. Tomorrow our schedule is tight. Okay?" Said Alwi in a soft and wise voice.

Her husband's earnest-sounding words as well as his warm and loving-looking gaze, made Aurora feel a little calm. So he nodded his head with a smile.

Alwi smiled brightly as it managed to comfort and calm his wife. "Well, that's dong. Her name was my wife. Kan's beautiful. For a moment" Alwi showed her the diamond necklace she had been holding, and pinned her to Aurora's neck.

Alwi continued to make words of praise to appease Aurora, while slowly putting the necklace around her neck.

As soon as she finished she lifted and held Aurora in a grimace, which made the woman's sadness and melancholy disappear with her husband's behavior, which could always melt the atmosphere.

"Let's sleep now" Alwi approached the bed and laid his wife's body on the bed.

Alwi and Aurora return to their gig activities. Coincidentally on that day they had to fill a concert titled their own wedding anniversary celebration, which was deliberately held by the concert promoter company, which was held, considering that the married couple is being loved and idolized by millions of people as a phenomenal duet couple in this era.

Several other top singers took part in the ceremony, where Alwi and Aurora were the main stars.

As soon as the event was over, millions of fans seemed so enthusiastic about giving happy anniversary greetings for their wedding. They were also so enthusiastic about giving a gift to their idol star. Do not forget the prayers offered by the fans.

Which makes Alwi and Aurora feel very happy and touched to hear it, for the support and prayers they get from the loyal fans for the harmony of their marriage.

Leaving the concert location once the event ended, Alwi and Aurora stopped by for a moment at the supermarket to buy food ingredients as their dinner menu later.

Even though they hired several servants to take care of their large and luxurious apartments, Aurora was never absent in taking care of all the needs of her husband, regardless of how busy she was.

She always cooked for her husband. Moreover, he knew that Alwi was already very addicted to his cooking.
