Not Like Before
The harsh reality that Jovanka will certainly accept, is standing in front of Gavin in this situation, being in prison. Jovanka turned her face away, reluctant to look at Gavin.
“You must be happy to see me like this, right?” ask Jovanka without seeing Gavin.
“You being here won't change my life. Why am I happy? But I was more disappointed, just because I said we wanted a divorce, you even dared to kidnap my two children. I know I was wrong, because I wasn't honest with you from the beginning, so I'm sorry.”

Again, Jovanka received rejection from Gavin. The man he loved eight years ago, but unfortunately his love was never reciprocated even though they were married long enough.
He used to think that marrying Gavin would make his life more perfect and bestowed happiness. Until he hears of Gavin's abduction and Gavin's honesty that the man has raped a girl who was kidnapped along with him.
From then on, Gavin's personality changed. Initially Gavin is a pleasant man although something has changed since the beginning due to the death of his father.
Gavin used to be very cheerful, Jovanka really remembered, They were both friends since they were children, school together, college together. As people say, there is no friendship between men and women, and Jovanka knew that, from the beginning of college she started to like Gavin, not as a friend but as a man.
And it turns out his love grew bigger, the desire to have so strong, until he decided himself if married later, Gavin should be her husband. Until he heard that his father was going to marry Gavin, he could imagine how happy Jovanka was.
But unfortunately since the kidnapping incident, Gavin became very quiet, often confining himself in a room until he had to call a psychiatrist.
They were originally going to get married three months after the engagement. However it becomes delayed due to Gavin's unlikely condition. At that time Jovanka tried to cheer Gavin up, but to no avail.
