The cheeks of the red gembil belonged to the sleeping baby in the punctures, the brother who could not be silent continued to disturb the quiet sleep of his sister who had just been born into the world a few hours ago.

Mother, reprimanding. “Nes, do not be disturbed, later cry,” Nara's memory, but not cared for by Nessa.

“Mother, her sister is so small,” Nessa switched topics.

“Name of birth,” decak Nevan.

“Dek, means you were also this small?” nessa asked while holding back a laugh, while Nevan rolled her eyeballs.

“Emang you think you are also newborn already this big?”

Nessa's lips pursed, she stopped her activities and then went to Bina who was playing on the sofa.

“Wahh .. I also want, dong.” Nessa's face sparkles, Bina who is beside her is surprised.

“You what?”

“Shoping.”

While Nara looked at those in the room with a sweet smile. Gavin, who was sitting in the gurney chair, smiled.

“Why come smile?” ask Nara.

“See you smile, beautiful. So want to smile too,” Gavin chuckles while Nara smiles shyly.

“Ih, start smart dreadlocks,” squash Nara then pinch her husband's cheek to make Gavin grimace.

“Emang reality is so, kok.” Gavin rubbed his cheek.

The VIP treatment room was full of laughter from Nessa and Bina, while Nevan was busy with her iPad. Besides them there is Helen, Nara and Fahmi's father. For the orphanage family, they will come after Nara returns home.

The newborn baby boy three hours ago made the atmosphere more warm, his crying voice added to the crowd. The arrival of this new member was happily welcomed by the two great families.

Especially for Nara, she who never thought she would have a family like this felt like getting the most special gift. A husband who loves her, a warm family. The funny kids. For him, it's perfect.

“Ra, are you going straight to the house? Don't want to stay at Mama's house?” helen asked, she was sitting on a chair near the baby's bed. Looking at his grandson with haru.

"No, Ma. We have made plans, for the Thanksgiving to be held another week at our house. If Nara's situation is better and our baby can be taken out, we just stayed at Mama's house" said Gavin.

Helen looked disappointed, but she immediately changed her face. “Well, if so let Mama stay at your house,” said Helen in a nod of the head by Gavin.

“When about Nara can go home?” ask Fahmi.

“Tomorrow morning is allowed, if now the responsibility because it is night. Fortunately Nara is a normal lahiran so it does not take long in the hospital,” replied Gavin.

The next morning, Gavin tidied up the things he was going to bring home. Not much, one small suitcase is enough. Nara came out of the bathroom and approached her husband.

Gavin turned his head and was surprised, “Darling, why didn't you tell me it was done? Let me help,” said the man.

Nara smiled. “I can do it myself, really. Don't worry.”

“But you're still sick,” worry Gavin.

“That's not how much it hurts, Mas. Why the hell, so worried?” Nara sat in the patient's bed.

In this room there were only the two of them as well as their little baby. When Nara's twins go to school, Nara's in-laws are getting ready at Nara's house along with Bina and Ghiska.

“Where not to worry? You get a lot of stitches, but still relax the way there to here,” protest Gavin.

Not much, just a few stitches. That's because the baby in Nara's birth weighs up to 3.9 kilograms. Nara is stitched up but Gavin, horrified, can't imagine what it's like.

“I've been pregnant twice, you know. So not surprised as it feels, although my third child is more difficult than his brothers but I am still happy.”

Gavin could not avoid that, from the beginning of the hospital when he had reached the opening of five to give birth, Nara continued to smile between her pale face and the ringing kept coming out of Nara's mouth.

Gavin continued to put in the remaining items, after he finished closing the suitcase and pulling the zipper. At exactly nine in the morning, Nara, Gavin and their son returned home. Helen was happy. Helen holds her granddaughter while Gavin leads his wife.

“Pending home .. ” exclaimed Nessa, running up to her parents.

“Ssttt, no noise, Ness .. ” firmly Nara.

Nessa immediately closed her mouth, as if she was locking and throwing the key in any direction.

Gavin takes Nara to their room which is now full of baby tools. Helen had put her granddaughter into the cradle, while Nara sat in bed leaning against the bed.

“His handsome Grandma's granddaughter,” Helen looked at baby Nara with a twinkle.

“His father is also handsome, so his son is handsome,” timpal Gavin with his PD.

Gavin nodded. Nara chuckles then she pulls the husband's shirt to make him look.

“Why, Dear?”

“Mas, I'm hungry,” said Nara.

Gavin just realized he hasn't fed his wife. Earlier this morning Nara had only eaten porridge from the hospital and only eaten a little. He said it wasn't good.

“Ah, yes. I forgot, Yang. Sorry,” said Gavin.

“Ck ck,” chirps Bina, she shook her head and walked up to them.

“The wife has not eaten can not know anyway,” ledek Bina.

“Lupa,” Gavin did not accept not caring for his wife.

“Yes, there feed your wife. Mama has cooked, you just bring it here,” orders Helen.

Gavin nodded and immediately went to the kitchen. Luckily Helen had already served the food on the tray so Gavin could take it straight upstairs. Upon arrival there were not only Helen and Bina, but also her two children. They were staring at the little brother who was asleep.

Gavin approached Nara, then placed the tray on the nightstand. He took a plate that had been filled with rice and side dishes and then fed Nara.

“Kok is not spicy, Mas?” asked Nara with a frown.

“Intentionally Mama cook not spicy, pity your child if you eat spicy-spicy,” said Helen.

Nara nodded, then after giving birth to her twins, Mira said so. Although it is just a salty taste, Nara still spends. It was better than the food in the hospital which was dominated by bland taste.

Gavin wiped Nara's lips using a tissue when the food was gone. Gavin continued to smile and looked at Nara, which made Nara a little misbehaved.

“Why see me so?”

“Again gratitude,” says Gavin.

Nara frowned not understanding, Gavin cleared his throat. “Can your kayak wife, it feels like it should be grateful every second.thank you for everything, yes.” Gavin's gaze was very deep, Nara could only nod with a tinge of red on the cheek.

They feel they have to say thank you many times. Not just Gavin, but Nara as well. After a long look, Gavin turned his head when he got a question from Helen.

“Oh yes, do you want to give me the name of what this handsome grandson is?”

“I haven't thought, Ma,” said Nara.

“I've been thinking,” timpal Gavin.

“Kok I don't know?” nara protest.

“You didn't, yes I found it myself,” Gavin scratched the back of his head.

“What's the name, Yah?” ask Nessa impatiently.

“Akhtar Nabil Attarayhan.”

Welcome to baby Akhtar.
