Back To The Hospital

Getting a sudden surprise from Nara, it actually still makes Gavin distrustful. But, looking at Nara's panicked and worried face, Gavin knew that Nara was unlikely to lie when it came to children.

Gavin actually still wants to investigate, but when Nara says that Nevan is sick with leukemia makes him undo his intentions first. He now wants to see his son's condition. Yeah, Nevan turns out to be his son. Gavin still had little faith in what he heard from Nara's mouth.

But Gavin must keep investigating. Yesterday had asked Rafi to stop, but no one expected her to come alone to tell.

Gavin will re-investigate the incident at that time, and why until now Gavin could not trace who the woman he accidentally slept with, and it turns out that the woman was Nara. The woman who was still in the city with him.

Gavin picks up his cell phone on his desk, then immediately invites Nara to go to the hospital.

"We're going to the hospital now!" Nara nodded her head.

They walked out at a quick pace, regardless of his secretary and assistant who were chatting.

"Master!!" Rafi called Gavin, but the man did not turn his head even for a moment.

Whereas usually, if Gavin goes to eat he will not stay and always be brought. But this time, Gavin seems to forget about Rafi, Gavin's assistant. Making Rafi wonder herself, let alone seeing Gavin who seemed to be in a hurry.

Arriving at the parking lot, Gavin immediately took his car and approached Nara who was waiting.

"Lake in!" Nara said she entered Gavin's car and sat in the front seat.

Both of them were silent and not a word came out of their mouths. The car was quiet and cold. Gavin drove his car at high speed, making Nara have to hold on for fear.

Luckily the streets did not get stuck, and the journey from Gavin's office to the hospital where Nevan was treated only took twenty minutes.

As the two of them walk in a hurry, Nara takes Gavin to the doctor who is treating Nevan. He wants Gavin to take the test immediately so he can get the results as soon as possible.

Nara does not care whether Gavin is ready or not, as long as her son can be treated then Nara can feel calm.

"Well, can you do the test now? I've brought Nevan's father, maybe later the results match," Nara told doctors.

"Can, let's follow me." The doctor stood up from his seat, he walked first and told Gavin to follow him.

"Mas, sorry to bother you. But this time I really need help. If that's why I'm willing to go to Nevan's place, sorry I can't join nemenin."

Nara immediately turned around, without waiting for a reply from Gavin, Nara went towards her son's treatment room.

Gavin was still staring at Nara's back which had started to drift away, he didn't know what to say. Until he realized, then Gavin went after the doctor who was also far away.

As Nara enters Nevan's treatment room, Nara does not notice Nessa and Fahmi. Nevan is alone here.

The boy was sitting on a pillow and his eyes were looking out the window. Before continuing her steps, Nara took a deep breath first and exhaled slowly.

To be honest, seeing Nevan's situation like this made Nara feel like she always wanted to cry. But she could not cry in front of her son. Nara must try to keep her tears from coming out in front of Nevan.

"Nevan." Nara's soft voice made Nevan turn her head.

The once handsome face now looks pale. A strong and always active body can now only lie weak in a hospital bed.

A smile rose on Nevan's face, what a rare sight to see. Nevan, who had always been cold without a smile, now showed a beautiful smile between her pale face.

Nara walked up to Nevan, sitting in a chair beside the patient's bed. Nara searches the entire patient room, but she does not find Fahmi and Nessa.

"Nevan's alone? Nessa where? Fahmi doesn't exist either." Nara's consecutive questions. Nevan chuckles a little, she knows that her mother is currently upset because she is alone here.

"Yes, Nevan himself." Answer the boy who still saw Nara's face.

"Where are they?" nara asked a little annoyed, could-can Fahmi leave Nevan alone in this place.

The only thing that makes Fahmi want to leave Nevan alone is Nessa. Her daughter was completely clueless about the situation. Regardless of who such a trait might be, Nara herself had no idea.

"Tadi om Fahmi said he wanted to buy food. Nessa's laper, so Fahmi's gone with Nessa."

Ah, that's right. If it wasn't for Nessa, then maybe Fahmi would have left Nevan alone.

"But why is Nevan living alone?" There should have been a nurse to look after Nevan, but there wasn't a single nurse here to accompany Nevan.

That afternoon, in the patient's room, Nara and Nevan told a long story. The first time Nara could hear Nevan talking to her was a lot. Even Nevan spoke honestly to Nara that her body was currently in pain and her head was throbbing and her stomach was nauseous.

Nara is relieved, Nevan wants to express all the pain she is now feeling. Maybe if it's just him and Nevan, then Nevan will be more open and will not hide anything.

But, Nara also felt sad when she found out that Nevan had always felt sick these days. Nevan is so good at hiding all of that that it can't be seen by anyone but herself who feels it.

"What's so sick?"

"Yes, Bun. It hurts, but it didn't hurt as much as yesterday. This one too, when did it come off, Bun? Not good to know."

Nevan pointed towards her wrist that was being infused. For two days his hand was stabbed with a needle, Nevan felt uncomfortable and sometimes hurt.

"If it is healed, it can be removed. Patience, yes." Nara grabs Nevan's infused wrist, strokes it and then kisses gently.

The sound of the door opening brought the chatter between Nevan and Nara to a halt. Both of them looked to see who was coming.

Nevan was surprised to see who was walking towards him.
