Chapter 14: Farewell.

After all the students get a recommendation. Finally we arrived at the top of the school activities in Cibubur Junior High School. Today is the day of farewell. Maybe many students are sad about this event, because they have to part with the friends and friends they have at this school.

I can't be sad just about something like that. I don't think this parting is a farewell that can make someone never meet again. But this farewell is but a farewell to an old life leading to a new life.

Riki also re-centered his attention to the ongoing dance performances.

After the event after the event, we finally went to each other's classes to take photos together and exchange gifts to each of our friends.

take it at random without seeing whose gift we picked up.

Now it's my turn. Hopefully the gifts I get can be useful to me.

I started walking to the front of the class followed by a glare of eyes that could not pay attention to me.

I'm so nervous, can you not notice me.

While in front of the class, I started to turn my back on the pile and prepare to pick up one of the gifts there.

Hmmm.about which one I took.

My hands began to touch every gift that my palm passed through. Starting from the big gift to the small one I have passed. Not wanting to linger in front of the class, I took a gift that was quite small, about the size of my hand, and was located in the pile.

“WAAAA!!!”

Instantly the whole class was crowded with the cries of the women who were there.

What's the matter? Have I done anything bad?

Then my eyes fell on Rina who looked down embarrassed for something. I also saw the gift I just picked up. While walking to where my two came back, I shook the gift I just got to know what was inside there.

It was so small, it seemed to contain a bracelet.

I sat back in my chair and opened the gift. A bracelet is seen from behind a small box made of cardboard paper wrapped very neatly.

The bracelet! Not bad either, at least this bracelet can be an additional accessory for my watch.

I put the bracelet on my left hand along with the watch I was wearing.

After the gift exchange was over, we all took pictures with our homeroom teacher for a memento.

A friend of mine pulled my right hand to the front of the class.

I followed him because I thought they wanted to take a picture with me. It turned out that when I got to the front of the class, my friend juxtaposed me with Rina, and they all moved straight away from there.

Riki invited us both to vacation to the Thousand Islands, it would be very fun if we had to go there. The beautiful sea view coupled with the sunset at the end of the horizon makes the place a destination for a vacation.

But come to think of it, we did get a very long day off before going to school next, impossible if I just spent it at home. That would be very boring.

Maul and Riki were very happy when I got the gift, whereas I just shook the gift.

We started to open the contents of the gift and it turned out that there was a bracelet inside. The bracelet has the same model as the bracelet I'm wearing right now, but it has a different motif. I am grateful that both bracelets are made of knotted straps, because I don't really like plastic bracelets. Me, Riki, and Maul have different motives.

Riki immediately put the bracelet on his hand, as well as Maul.

Looks like I'll use the bracelet on my other hand. Hmmmm... But it will bother me when I write, I better wear it on my left hand.

Kirana pointed at the bracelet that I just got from the gift exchange event that my class held.

“This is from the gift exchange event in my class, why?”

Kirana smiled at me, I felt that if she knew the owner of the gift I took, considering that the bracelet from her also had the same model, I guess she did know about it, or maybe they bought it together.

Kirana left us. I saw Maul who always looked at the bracelet given by Kirana. He looks like it.

I better keep these bracelets, I don't want to lose them.

I took off all the bracelets in my hand and put them in my shirt pocket.

“Why did you take off both your bracelets Mar?”

“I don't want this bracelet to be lost Rik, you know for yourself that I often lose my watch when I ablute, fortunately there are good people who find it.”

I also saw the gaze of Riki who was very happy when getting the bracelet from Kirana. I think Riki still can't forget Kirana from her mind.

I'm sure that Riki was actually a little hurt when she found out that Kirana was just pretending to be her boyfriend, because she wanted to how else. Riki is not a person who can accept a bitter reality so easily, what else is this about love, it will certainly be very difficult. If Riki had the same thoughts as me, it would not be a problem.

“Do I have to tell her my feelings this time?”

“It's up to you, if you feel it's the best right now, then do it. Anyway this may be the last day you meet Kirana, so just do what you want to do, but don't act stupid.”

Is my advice too much for someone like Riki?

After hearing my suggestion just now, Riki immediately looked pleased and then she clasped the bracelet given by Kirana.

Riki left us to meet Kirana. Maul who did not know what happened saw Riki's departure with a confused face.

Maul doesn't understand what I just meant.

Actually I don't know if my advice to Riki is the best or not to do right now, but I just think that if you want to do something big, it's time. You better do it now and fail than you don't, but there's only regret.

Do I have to do the same thing as Riki did? No way, I'm not the one who wants to do something as illogical as that.

But from the very beginning I investigated about love, I have not gotten a satisfactory answer about it at all. Do I have to experience it first and then I know how it feels? No, it's just a stupid idea.

Never mind, why should I think about it. I better prepare myself for my next school life.
